本发明涉及有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,包括安装在公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体,插头本体头部设有内凹的电极腔,电极腔内设有向外突出的电极柱,电极柱连接公共电动自行车的电池;所述插头本体端面为平面,插头本体端部设有活动端盖,活动端盖的大小、形状与插头本体端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体上平面形成用于打开活动端盖的开盖部,开盖部内侧与设于插头本体顶部的转轴铰接,并满足从外向内推动开盖部能使活动端盖绕转轴转动,以完全露出插头本体端面。本发明未锁车充电时能防止被雨水淋湿,锁车时能与设于锁车控制盒上的插座自动对接便于充电。

有桩公共电动车专用充电插头
技术领域
本发明涉及电动自行车技术领域,尤其涉及有桩公共电动车专用充电插头。
背景技术
公共电动自行车在很多城市得到推广,但公共电动自行车乱停乱放以及充电都成为难题,因此,现在有些城市改为有桩公共电动自行车,停放在固定的地点,也可进行充电,但现有的公共电动自行车在还车时要手动插上充电接头,借车时要手动插上充电接头,十分麻烦,还会造成还车时忘记充电,致使电池没电。
公告号为CN107086419A的专利申请“一种电动公共自行车还车自动充电联接装置”,采用“充电端由金属安装支架、铜触片、接线壳组组成”,可以解决公共电动自行车的充电自动充电问题,但该技术方案将“铜触片”安装在“接线壳组”的外部(参考该技术方案的附图1-10及充电口的结构),暴露在充电端的外部,不能防水,遇下雨被雨水淋湿后两个“铜触片”(即电极)会产生漏电,影响电池的使用寿命;其次,“铜触片” 被雨水淋湿后也会慢慢生锈产生铜锈,影响电接触效果。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,未锁车时能防止被雨水淋湿,锁车时能与设于锁车控制盒上的插座自动对接充电。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,包括安装在公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体,插头本体头部设有内凹的电极腔,电极腔内设有向外突出的电极柱,电极柱连接公共电动自行车的电池;所述插头本体端面为平面,插头本体端部设有活动端盖,活动端盖的大小、形状与插头本体端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体上平面形成用于打开活动端盖的开盖部,开盖部内侧与设于插头本体顶部的转轴铰接,并满足从外侧推动开盖部能使活动端盖绕转轴转动,以完全露出插头本体端面;转轴上设有扭簧,扭簧一端压在插头本体顶部,另一端推顶开盖部,使活动端盖具有向下关闭的趋势。
进一步,所述插头本体的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
进一步,所述电极柱设有正极柱、负极柱和接地极柱。
本发明的有益效果:采用活动端盖,在使用公共电动自行车时能盖住插头本体,防止雨水淋湿电极;与设于锁车控制盒上的插座配套使用,锁车充电时能自动打开活动端盖,露出电极柱,使电极柱能插入插座的插孔进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本发明的实施例,有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,包括安装在公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体1,插头本体1头部设有内凹的电极腔2,电极腔2内设有向外突出的电极柱3,电极柱3连接公共电动自行车的电池(图中未画出);所述插头本体1端面为平面,插头本体1端部设有活动端盖4,活动端盖4的大小、形状与插头本体1端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体1上平面形成用于打开活动端盖4的开盖部5,开盖部5内侧与设于插头本体1顶部的转轴6铰接,并满足从外侧(图1的箭头方向)推动开盖部5能使活动端盖4绕转轴6转动,以完全露出插头本体1端面;转轴6上设有扭簧7,扭簧7一端压在插头本体1顶部,另一端推顶开盖部5,使活动端盖4具有向下关闭的趋势。
本实施例中,所述插头本体1的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
本实施例中,所述电极柱3设有正极柱8、负极柱9和接地极柱10。
本发明与设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒11上的专用插座12配套使用,锁车控制盒11上的插座12如图4~5所示,插座12设有与本发明的插头本体1相配合的内凹的插腔13,插腔13底部设有向外突出的插孔台14,插孔台14的形状、大小与电极腔2相配合,插孔台14上设有与设于锁车控制盒11上的充电器电连接的金属电极插孔15,在插腔13内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部16,推盖部16和开盖部5相配合,在推盖部16的下方设有端盖容纳腔17。公共电动自行车未锁车充电时,活动端盖4在扭簧7的作用下保持关闭状态, 防止雨水进入电极腔2内淋湿电极柱3;当电动自行车锁车时,自行车上的锁车装置插入锁车控制盒11时,本发明也同时插入锁车控制盒11上的插座12,插入时,推盖部16推动开盖部5(如图1的箭头所示)克服扭簧7的弹力使活动端盖4翘起开启活动端盖4,露出整个插头本体1端面,插头本体1插入插腔13内,同时向上翘起的活动端盖4在端盖容纳腔17内向内移动,插头本体1插入插腔13底部时,插孔台14插入到电极腔2内,电极柱3插入到电极插孔15内,与电极插孔15形成电接触,锁车控制盒11上的充电器即可向电动自行车充电。
本发明采用活动端盖,公共电动自行车未锁车充电时能盖住插头本体,防止雨水淋湿电极;与设于锁车控制盒上的插座配套使用,锁车充电时能自动打开活动端盖,露出电极,使电极能插入插座的插孔进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。

1.有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,包括安装在公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体,插头本体头部设有内凹的电极腔,电极腔内设有向外突出的电极柱,电极柱连接公共电动自行车的电池;其特征在于:所述插头本体端面为平面,插头本体端部设有活动端盖,活动端盖的大小、形状与插头本体端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体上平面形成用于打开活动端盖的开盖部,开盖部内侧与设于插头本体顶部的转轴铰接,并满足从外侧推动开盖部能使活动端盖绕转轴转动,以完全露出插头本体端面;转轴上设有扭簧,扭簧一端压在插头本体顶部,另一端推顶开盖部,使活动端盖具有向下关闭的趋势。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有桩公共电动车专用充电插头,其特征在于:所述插头本体的横截面为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
