本发明涉及有桩公共电动自行车充电专用插接装置,包括专用插头和专用插座;专用插头包括插头本体,插头本体头部设有电极腔,电极腔内设有电极柱,插头本体端面为平面,插头本体端部设有活动端盖,活动端盖设有开盖部,开盖部与一转轴铰接,转轴上设有扭簧;专用插座包括插腔,插腔和插头本体的大小、形状相配合;插腔底部设有电极插孔台,电极插孔台上设有金属电极插孔,电极插孔台和电极腔相配合,电极插孔和电极柱相配合,在插腔内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部,推盖部和开盖部的位置相配合,在推盖部的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔。本发明未锁车时专用插头能防止被雨水淋湿,锁车时专用插头能与专用插座进行自动对接充电。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动自行车技术领域,尤其涉及有桩公共电动自行车充电专用插接装置。
背景技术
公共电动自行车在很多城市得到推广,但公共电动自行车乱停乱放以及充电都成为难题,因此,现在有些城市改为有桩公共电动自行车,停放在固定的地点,也可进行充电,但现有的公共电动自行车在还车时要手动插上充电接头,借车时要手动插上充电接头,十分麻烦,还会造成还车时忘记充电,致使电池没电。
公告号为CN107086419A的专利申请“一种电动公共自行车还车自动充电联接装置”,采用“充电端由金属安装支架、铜触片、接线壳组组成”,可以解决公共电动自行车的充电自动充电问题,但该技术方案将“铜触片”安装在“接线壳组”的外部(参考该技术方案的附图1-10及充电口的结构),暴露在充电端的外部,不能防水,遇下雨被雨水淋湿后两个“铜触片”(即电极)会产生漏电,影响电池的使用寿命;其次,“铜触片” 被雨水淋湿后也会慢慢生锈产生铜锈,影响电接触效果。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了有桩公共电动自行车充电专用插接装置,未锁车时专用插头能防止被雨水淋湿,锁车时专用插头能与专用插座进行自动对接充电。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
有桩公共电动自行车充电专用插接装置,包括专用插头和专用插座;所述专用插头包括设于公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体,插头本体头部设有内凹的电极腔,电极腔内设有向外突出的电极柱,电极柱连接公共电动自行车的电池;所述专用插座包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒上内凹的插腔,插腔和插头本体的大小、形状相配合;
所述插头本体端面为平面,插头本体端部设有活动端盖,活动端盖的大小、形状与插头本体端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体上平面形成用于打开活动端盖的开盖部,开盖部内侧与设于插头本体顶部的转轴铰接,并满足从外侧推动开盖部能使活动端盖绕转轴转动,以完全露出插头本体端面;转轴上设有扭簧,扭簧一端压在插头本体顶部,另一端推顶开盖部,使活动端盖具有向下关闭的趋势;
所述插腔底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台,电极插孔台上设有与设于锁车控制盒上的充电器电连接的金属电极插孔,电极插孔台和电极腔相配合,电极插孔和电极柱相配合,在插腔内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部,推盖部和开盖部的位置相配合,在推盖部的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔。
进一步,所述插头本体和插腔的横截面均为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
进一步,所述电极柱设有正极柱、负极柱和接地极柱;所述电极插孔设有正极插孔、负极插孔和接地极插孔,正极柱和正极插孔相配合,负极柱和负极插孔相配合,接地极柱和接地极插孔相配合。
本发明的有益效果:采用专用插头和专用插座配套使用,专用插头采用活动端盖,公共电动自行车未锁车时能盖住插头本体,防止雨水淋湿电极柱;专用插座采用推盖部和端盖容纳腔,锁车时能自动打开活动端盖,露出电极柱,使电极柱能插入专用插座的插孔进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。

具体实施方式
如图1~5所示,本发明的实施例,有桩公共电动自行车充电专用插接装置,包括专用插头和专用插座;所述专用插头包括设于公共电动自行车车头的柱状插头本体1,插头本体1头部设有内凹的电极腔2,电极腔2内设有向外突出的电极柱3,电极柱3连接公共电动自行车的电池(图中未画出);所述插头本体1端面为平面,插头本体1端部设有活动端盖4,活动端盖4的大小、形状与插头本体1端面相对应,且其上部高出插头本体1上平面形成用于打开活动端盖4的开盖部5,开盖部5内侧与设于插头本体1顶部的转轴6铰接,并满足从外侧(图1箭头方向)推动开盖部5能使活动端盖4绕转轴6转动,以完全露出插头本体1端面;转轴6上设有扭簧7,扭簧7一端压在插头本体1顶部,另一端推顶开盖部5,使活动端盖4具有向下关闭的趋势;
所述专用插座包括设于公共电动自行车锁车控制盒8上内凹的插腔9,插腔9和插头本体1的大小、形状相配合;所述插腔9底部设有向外突出的电极插孔台10,电极插孔台10上设有与设于锁车控制盒8上的充电器(图中未画出)电连接的金属电极插孔11,电极插孔台10和电极腔2相配合,电极插孔11和电极柱3相配合,在插腔9内顶部设有一向下突出的推盖部12,推盖部12和开盖部5的位置相配合,在推盖部12的下方设有向内延伸凹进的端盖容纳腔13。
本实施例中,所述插头本体1和插腔9的横截面均为上宽下窄的等腰梯形。
本实施例中,所述电极柱3设有正极柱14、负极柱15和接地极柱16;所述电极插孔11设有正极插孔17、负极插孔18和接地极插孔19,正极柱14和正极插孔17相配合,负极柱15和负极插孔18相配合,接地极柱16和接地极插孔19相配合。
本发明的专用插头和专用插座配套使用。公共电动自行车未锁车时,活动端盖4在扭簧7的作用下保持关闭状态, 防止雨水进入电极腔2内淋湿电极柱3;当电动自行车锁车时,自行车上的锁车装置插入锁车控制盒8时,专用插头也同时插入专用插座内,插入时,推盖部12推动开盖部5(如图1的箭头所示)克服扭簧7的弹力使活动端盖4翘起开启活动端盖4,露出整个插头本体1端面,插头本体1插入插腔9内,同时向上翘起的活动端盖4在端盖容纳腔13内向内移动,插头本体1插入插腔9底部时,插孔台插入到电极腔2内,电极柱3插入到电极插孔11内,与电极插孔11形成电接触,锁车控制盒8上的充电器即可向电动自行车充电。
本发明采用专用插头和专用插座配套使用,专用插头采用活动端盖4,公共电动自行车未锁车时能盖住插头本体1,防止雨水淋湿电极柱3;专用插座采用推盖部12和端盖容纳腔13,锁车时能自动打开活动端盖4,露出电极柱3,使电极柱3能插入专用插座的插孔进行充电,锁车充电一起完成,无需手动充电,十分方便。
