本发明的是提供一种克服现有技术显示器组件的缺点的解决方案。具体而言,本发明的目的是提供一种可靠且经济设计的显示器组件。
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的显示器组件,该显示器组件包括外壳,该外壳具有沿着主轴线布置的前开口、外周壁和后壁,所述外壳被构造成在前开口侧上收纳诸如液晶显示器模块之类的显示器模块,并且被构造成容纳印刷电路板,该印刷电路板连接至所述显示器模块并且包括用于控制所述显示器模块的电子控制单元,其特征在于,该显示器组件进一步包括抵靠所述外壳的后壁安装在所述外壳内的内部壳体,所述内部壳体包括被构造成收纳所述印刷电路板的第一保持表面和被构造成收纳所述显示器模块的第二保持表面,并且所述外壳包括将所述印刷电路板保持在所述第一保持表面上的第一组轴向保持构件和将所述显示器模块保持在所述第二保持表面上的第二组轴向保持构件。
本发明的优点是,提供了一种将塑料部件的技术优点和压铸金属部件的技术优点组合的显示器组件。内部壳体提供了良好的机械刚度以确定良好的平面度来接收显示器模块,从而防止云纹效应。内部壳体用作散热器,以帮助从印刷电路板和安装在印刷电路板上的电子部件进行散热。内部壳体还提供了屏蔽以确保电磁兼容性。
本发明的另一个优点是无需任何螺钉就能够完成显示器组件,这简化了整个组件。显示器模块、印刷电路板和内部壳体仅通过夹紧而一起组装在外壳中。
根据本发明的其它有利特征:
-所述轴向保持构件从所述外壳的后壁朝向所述外壳的前开口基本轴向地延伸;
-所述内部壳体包括后壁、外周壁和前开口,所述内部壳体的外周壁在所述内部壳体的后壁和所述内部壳体的前开口之间限定第一径向表面,所述第一径向表面形成所述第一保持表面;
-所述内部壳体的外周壁包括一组孔口,所述一组孔口被构造成给所述第一组轴向保持构件让路,从而允许所述第一组轴向保持构件夹紧所述印刷电路板的外周部分;
-所述显示器组件安装在界定所述内部壳体的前开口的径向前表面上,所述径向前表面形成所述第二保持表面;
-所述内部壳体的前开口设有定位构件,该定位构件被构造成与布置在所述显示器模块上的互补定位构件相配合,以便固定所述显示器模块在所述内部壳体上的径向位置;
-所述内部壳体的前开口包括延伸到所述内部壳体的外部的径向延伸部,并且所述定位构件中的至少一个定位构件布置在所述径向延伸部的自由端上;
-所述外壳的后壁设有孔口,所述内部壳体的后部延伸穿过该孔口;
-所述外壳包括所述轴向保持构件由一块塑料材料制成;
-所述内部壳体由一块压铸金属合金制成;
所述印刷电路板包括在所述印刷电路板的后侧上延伸穿过布置在所述内部壳体的后壁中的连接器孔口的至少一个电连接器;
-所述显示器组件进一步包括盖构件,该盖构件安装在所述内部壳体的外周壁和所述外壳的外周壁之间,以将轴向保持构件中的至少一些固定在它们的保持位置;
-所述盖构件包括覆盖所述显示器模块的显示器侧的外周部分的径向延伸部。

具体实施方式
在如下描述中,类似部件可以利用相同附图标记表示。
图1是根据本发明的优选实施方式的用于机动车辆的显示器组件10的分解立体图。显示器组件10包括外壳12,在该外壳12内堆叠有内部壳体14、印刷电路板16、显示器模块18和盖构件20。
在如下描述中,没有任何限制性目的,将任意地使用沿着对应于堆叠方向的主轴线A1的轴向取向。还将相对于主轴线A1使用径向取向。当在图1中看时,主轴线A1将对应于从底部到顶部的取向而定向成从后部到前部。
在当前实施方式中,外壳12包括前开口22、轴向地取向的外周壁24和基本垂直于主轴线A1的后壁26。外壳后壁26设有由后台肩部分30限定的后孔口28。所述外壳后孔口28具有与内部壳体14的后部分32基本互补的形状,从而允许所述内部壳体的后部分32轴向延伸穿过所述外壳后孔口28。该布置由图2、图3和图5更具体地示出。
所述内部壳体14被设计成轴向地插入到外壳12内和外壳后孔口28内,直到支承表面34抵靠在外壳后台肩部分30上。
所述内部壳体14包括前开口36、基本轴向地取向的外周壁38和基本垂直于主轴线A1的后壁40。在当前实施方式中,如图2和图5所示,所述内部壳体外周壁38包括前台肩部分或第一径向表面,从而限定被构造成收纳印刷电路板16的第一保持表面42和限定所述支承表面34的后台肩部分。
有利地,所述内部壳体前开口36由限定被构造成支撑显示器模块18的第二保持表面44的径向前表面界定。
印刷电路板16由第一组轴向保持构件46在第一保持表面42上保持就位。在当前实施方式中,所述第一组轴向保持构件46由在内部壳体14的每侧从外壳后壁26朝向外壳前开口22轴向地延伸的四个回弹锁定臂或夹构成。每个轴向保持构件46包括向后定向的锁定表面48,该锁定表面48被设计成夹在印刷电路板16的前侧上,以将所述印刷电路板16在所述第一保持表面42上轴向地保持就位。
有利地,所述内部壳体14设有横向孔口50,该横向孔口50允许每个轴向保持构件46的自由端进入内部壳体14,以抓紧印刷电路板16的外周部分。
每个轴向保持构件46被设计成在将印刷电路板16轴向地插入到内部壳体14内时径向向外地回弹性地挠曲或弯曲,并且向内弯曲回到它们图中所示的休止位置,其中所述轴向保持构件46将印刷电路板16保持就位。
根据当前实施方式,如图3和图4更具体地所示,内部壳体前开口36设有定位构件52,该定位构件被布置成与设置在显示器模块18上的互补定位构件54相配合。所述内部壳体定位构件52包括位于内部壳体14的一侧的两对定位肋55、56,这两对定位肋55、56限定定位凹口58,所述定位凹口58被设计成在相对于主轴线A1的径向或横向平面内收纳并固定布置在显示器模块18的外周部分上的互补的突耳60。所述互补的突耳60是所述显示器模块互补的定位构件54的一部分。
在所述内部壳体14的另一侧,前开口36包括径向延伸部62,该径向延伸部62在内部壳体14外侧延伸并且包括设有定位构件52的轴向凸缘64。所述径向延伸部62包括形成用于显示器模块18的支撑表面的径向表面66。在当前实施方式中,凸缘定位构件52由圆形孔68构成,该圆形孔68与设置在显示器模块18的外周部分上的销70互补。
当然,定位构件52、54可以具有适合于完成它们将显示器模块18在内部壳体14上定位并保持就位的功能的不同形状、不同数量。
根据当前实施方式,第二组轴向保持构件72设置在外壳后壁26上。所述第二组轴向保持构件72与第一组轴向保持构件46基本为相同形状,并且基本实现相同功能,但是用于轴向地保持显示器模块18而不是印刷电路板16。
因此,第二组轴向保持构件72包括四个回弹锁定臂或夹子,每个回弹锁定臂或夹子都设有锁定表面48,所述锁定表面48被设计成与设置在显示器模块18的外周部分上的互补的锁定表面74相配合。
有利地,外壳12由塑料材料通过注射成型而成,并且两组轴向保持构件46、72以与外壳12相同的一块材料制成。
有利地,内部壳体14由一块压铸金属合金制成,并优选由铝或镁合金制成,以便提供良好的电磁兼容性屏蔽,并且提供良好的热消散性能。
根据所示的实施方式,印刷电路板16包括电子控制单元(未示出),以控制安装在该印刷电路板的后侧的一些电连接器76和显示器模块,以允许将显示器模块18和印刷电路板16连接至车辆的电子电路。当然,根据标准连接装置诸如挠性连接器或其它类型连接器将印刷电路板16连接至显示器模块18。
有利地,内部壳体后壁40包括与电路连接器76互补的连接器孔口,从而允许它们朝向外壳12的外部轴向地延伸并且允许连接至车辆的互补连接器(未示出)。
根据更具体地通过图1和图5所示的当前实施方式,盖构件20安装在内部壳体外周壁38和外壳外周壁24之间,以将至少一些轴向保持构件46、72固定在它们的保持位置。所述盖构件20包括覆盖显示器模块18的显示器侧的外周部分的径向延伸部78。
如能够在图5中看到的,盖构件具有轴向阻挡表面80,该轴向阻挡表面80与轴向保持构件72的横向侧接合,以防止它们朝向它们的“打开”位置弯曲并且防止将显示器模块18移除。
除了将这些部件一起维持在显示器组件10中之外,盖构件20还能够通过用作罩将内部壳体外周壁38和外壳外周壁24之间的间隙隐藏而确保组件良好的外观。盖构件20可以通过适当的装配装置(未示出)固定在外壳外周壁24上。
以上描述和附图示出了本发明的原理和优选实施方式。然而,不应该将本发明解释为限于以上讨论的具体实施方式。本领域技术人员将认识到以上讨论的实施方式的附加变型。具体而言,轴向保持构件和/或定位构件可以具有另选设计。此外,外壳的总体形状和内部壳体的总体形状可以具有另选设计。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于机动车辆的显示器组件(10),该显示器组件(10)包括外壳(12),该外壳(12)具有沿着主轴线(A1)布置的前开口(22)、外周壁(24)和后壁(26),所述外壳(12)被构造成在前开口侧上收纳诸如液晶显示器模块之类的显示器模块(18),并且被构造成容纳印刷电路板(16),该印刷电路板(16)连接至所述显示器模块(18)并且包括用于控制所述显示器模块(18)的电子控制单元,其特征在于,该显示器组件(10)进一步包括抵靠所述外壳的后壁(26)安装在所述外壳(12)内的内部壳体(14),所述内部壳体(14)包括被构造成收纳所述印刷电路板(16)的第一保持表面(42)和被构造成收纳所述显示器模块(18)的第二保持表面(44),并且所述外壳(12)包括将所述印刷电路板(16)保持在所述第一保持表面(42)上的第一组轴向保持构件(46)和将所述显示器模块(18)保持在所述第二保持表面(44)上的第二组轴向保持构件(72)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述第一组轴向保持构件(46)和所述第二组轴向保持构件(72)从所述外壳的后壁(26)朝向所述外壳的前开口(22)基本轴向地延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述内部壳体(14)包括后壁(40)、外周壁(38)和前开口(36),所述内部壳体的外周壁(38)在所述内部壳体的后壁(40)和所述内部壳体的前开口(36)之间限定第一径向表面,所述第一径向表面形成所述第一保持表面(42)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述内部壳体的外周壁(38)包括一组孔口(50),所述一组孔口(50)被构造成给所述第一组轴向保持构件(46)让路,从而允许所述第一组轴向保持构件(46)夹紧所述印刷电路板(16)的外周部分。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述显示器模块(18)安装在界定所述内部壳体的前开口(36)的径向前表面上,所述径向前表面形成所述第二保持表面(44)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述内部壳体的前开口(36)设有定位构件(52),该定位构件(52)被构造成与布置在所述显示器模块(18)上的互补定位构件(54)相配合,以便固定所述显示器模块(18)在所述内部壳体(14)上的径向位置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述内部壳体的前开口(36)包括延伸到所述内部壳体(14)外部的径向延伸部(62),并且所述定位构件(52)中的至少一个定位构件布置在所述径向延伸部(62)的自由端上。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述外壳的后壁(26)设有孔口(28),所述内部壳体(14)的后部(32)延伸穿过该孔口(28)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述外壳(12)包括所述第一组轴向保持构件(46)和所述第二组轴向保持构件(72)由一块塑料材料制成。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述内部壳体(14)由一块压铸金属合金制成。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述印刷电路板(16)包括在所述印刷电路板(16)的后侧上延伸穿过布置在所述内部壳体的后壁(40)中的连接器孔口的至少一个电连接器(76)。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,该显示器组件(10)进一步包括盖构件(78),该盖构件(78)安装在所述内部壳体的外周壁(38)和所述外壳的外周壁(24)之间,以将所述第一组轴向保持构件(46)和所述第二组轴向保持构件(72)中的至少一些固定在它们的保持位置。
13.根据权利要求12所述的显示器组件(10),其特征在于,所述盖构件(78)包括覆盖所述显示器模块(18)的显示器侧的外周部分的径向延伸部(80)。
