本发明属于服装面料领域,具体涉及一种御寒防晒的衣服面料。
背景技术
正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计,制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通肉好人,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
从面料的特点及保暖效果而言,法兰绒和珊瑚绒两种面料,表面柔软的绒毛都具有舒适的穿着感及很好的保暖效果。但是从制造工艺来看,这两种面料又是完全不同的,编织出的纺织品经过仔细对比也存在差别,这些差别到底是什么呢:法兰绒和珊瑚绒的区别介绍一:法兰绒面料在编织前是将羊毛通过染色技艺后,加入原色的羊毛经过混纺编织而成,采用了斜纹编织和平纹编织技艺,同时经过了缩绒及拉毛处理,编织品具有了柔软及紧密的特点。珊瑚绒的面料采用了涤纶纤维为原料,编织的工艺主要经过了加热、变形、冷却、定型等,编织工艺也在逐年改良和升级,不断添加新的工艺,使面料具有更丰富的层次感和丰富的颜色。法兰绒和珊瑚绒的区别介绍二:从原料的选择可知,法兰绒采用的羊毛原料与珊瑚绒采用的涤纶纤维有很大的不同,从制成品可以发现,法兰绒的面料更加的厚实,毛绒的密度非常的紧密,珊瑚绒的绒毛密度相对要稀疏些,因为原料的原因,绒毛的手感也略有不同,法兰绒的手感更加的细腻柔软,同时面料的厚度及保暖性也有不同,采用羊毛为原料的法兰绒更加的厚实,更加的保暖。

本发明的目的在于提供具有手感顺滑、保湿防燥和御寒防晒效果的一种御寒防晒的衣服面料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种御寒防晒的衣服面料,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料包括人造棉面料,所述人造棉面料是由经线和纬线组成,所述经线采用法兰绒,所述纬线采用阻燃纤维,其中法兰绒的直径为18μm,纤度144dtex,阻燃纤维的直径为4μm,纤度为300dtex,经线密度为6.5根/cm,纬线密度为8根/cm,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料各成分重量配比为法兰绒占64%-82%,阻燃纤维占18%-36%,所述法兰绒包括涤纶纤维和短粘胶纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃纤维包括竹炭纤维和玻璃纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料各成分重量配比为法兰绒占78%,阻燃纤维占22%。
本发明的一种御寒防晒的衣服面料,具有手感顺滑、保湿防燥和御寒防晒的效果。

在一实施例中,一种御寒防晒的衣服面料,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料包括人造棉面料,所述人造棉面料是由经线和纬线组成,所述经线采用法兰绒,所述纬线采用阻燃纤维,其中法兰绒的直径为18μm,纤度144dtex,阻燃纤维的直径为4μm,纤度为300dtex,经线密度为6.5根/cm,纬线密度为8根/cm,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料各成分重量配比为法兰绒占64%-82%,阻燃纤维占18%-36%,所述法兰绒包括涤纶纤维和短粘胶纤维。
进一步说明,所述阻燃纤维包括竹炭纤维和玻璃纤维,所述御寒防晒的衣服面料各成分重量配比为法兰绒占78%,阻燃纤维占22。
在进一步说明,法兰绒色泽素净大方,有浅灰、中灰、深灰之分,适宜制作春秋男女上装和西裤,法兰绒克重高,毛绒比较细腻且密,面料厚,成本高,保暖性好。法兰绒呢面有一层丰满细洁的绒毛覆盖,不露织纹,手感柔软平整,身骨比麦尔登呢稍薄。经缩绒、起毛整理,手感丰满,绒面细腻,法兰绒的生产是先将部分羊毛染色,后掺入一部分原色羊毛,经混匀纺成混色毛纱,织成织品经缩绒、拉毛整理而成。大多采用斜纹组织,也有用平纹组织的。所用原料除全毛外,一般为毛粘混纺,有的为提高耐磨性混入少量锦纶纤维。
人造棉主要品种为以纤维素或蛋白质等天然高分子化合物的原料经过化学加工纺制的如棉型黏胶短纤维。其规格与棉纤维相似。长度一般为35mm。纤度为1.5~2.2dtex。可在棉纺机上纯纺,也可与棉花或棉型合成纤维(如涤纶、锦纶等)混纺。
由天然纤维素纺制的棉型短纤维。主要是粘胶短纤维。其特点是可染性好、鲜艳度和牢度高、穿着舒适、耐稀碱、吸湿性与棉接近。缺点是不耐酸、回弹性和耐疲劳性差、湿力学强度低。可以纯纺,也可以与涤纶等化学纤维混纺。本发明提供一种御寒防晒的衣服面料,具有手感顺滑、保湿防燥和御寒防晒的效果。
