本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其原料按重量份重量计如下:溴化丁基橡胶40‑55份、金银花提取物13‑16份、促进剂10‑15份、马来酸酐22‑28份、硫酸羟胺8‑15份、黄柏提取物7‑16份、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑6‑10份、乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物30‑35份、增塑剂12‑18份、阻燃剂2.5‑3.8份、抗菌剂2‑8份、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液5‑6份、亲水性物质溶液4‑5份、无机银锌复合抗菌剂10‑13份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂5‑8份、饱和季铵盐溶液5‑7份。通过亲水性物质溶液、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱对橡胶的浸泡,可以显著提高材料表面亲水性和抗菌性能;通过加入乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,使得医用橡胶具有较好的耐腐蚀性较长,延长给橡胶的使用寿命。

医用橡胶是一种良好的生物材料,在医用材料方面有着广泛的应用,医用橡胶制品往往对它还有个特殊要求,如耐腐蚀、无毒、杀菌、生理惰性、耐放射等。但是现有的医用橡胶过程中会产生有毒物质,危害人体健康,而且耐腐蚀性、抗菌性较差,导致其寿命大大降低。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶及其制备方法。

一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其原料按重量份重量计如下:溴化丁基橡胶40-55份、金银花提取物13-16份、促进剂10-15份、马来酸酐22-28份、硫酸羟胺8-15份、黄柏提取物7-16份、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑6-10份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物30-35份、增塑剂12-18份、阻燃剂2.5-3.8份、抗菌剂2-8份、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液5-6份、亲水性物质溶液4-5份、无机银锌复合抗菌剂10-13份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂5-8份、饱和季铵盐溶液5-7份。

S1:按照重量份称取各个原料,将溴化丁基橡胶、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物置于容器中混合,升温至130-150℃,再依次将金银花提取物、促进剂、马来酸酐、硫酸羟胺、黄柏提取物、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑、增塑剂、阻燃剂、抗菌剂加入其中,混合均匀后得到混合料;
S2:混合料投入至挤出机挤出造粒,将饱和季铵盐溶液、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液、亲水性物质溶液、无机银锌复合抗菌剂、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂混合后再投入造粒后的橡胶,50℃反应0.5h-1h;
S3:取出步骤S2处理后的橡胶,用去离子水充分冲洗后即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶及其制备方法,通过亲水性物质溶液、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱对橡胶的浸泡,这些具有抗菌性能的亲水性分子本身生物相容性良好,对人体无毒,可以显著提高材料表面亲水性和抗菌性能;
将无机银锌复合抗菌剂、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂加入至橡胶中,可起到抗菌的效果;通过加入乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,使得医用橡胶具有较好的耐腐蚀性较长,延长给橡胶的使用寿命;
加入金银花提取物、黄柏提取物,使得该橡胶具有高效协同抗有害微生物作用,对细菌、病毒、真菌均具有明显杀灭效果。

一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按照重量份称取各个原料,将溴化丁基橡胶、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物置于容器中混合,升温至150℃,再依次将金银花提取物、促进剂、马来酸酐、硫酸羟胺、黄柏提取物、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑、增塑剂、阻燃剂、抗菌剂加入其中,混合均匀后得到混合料;
S2:混合料投入至挤出机挤出造粒,将饱和季铵盐溶液、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液、亲水性物质溶液、无机银锌复合抗菌剂、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂混合后再投入造粒后的橡胶,50℃反应1h;
S3:取出步骤S2处理后的橡胶,用去离子水充分冲洗后即可。
本发明提供的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶及其制备方法,通过亲水性物质溶液、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱对橡胶的浸泡,这些具有抗菌性能的亲水性分子本身生物相容性良好,对人体无毒,可以显著提高材料表面亲水性和抗菌性能;
将无机银锌复合抗菌剂、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂加入至橡胶中,可起到抗菌的效果;通过加入乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,使得医用橡胶具有较好的耐腐蚀性较长,延长给橡胶的使用寿命;
加入金银花提取物、黄柏提取物,使得该橡胶具有高效协同抗有害微生物作用,对细菌、病毒、真菌均具有明显杀灭效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:其原料按重量份重量计如下:溴化丁基橡胶40-55份、金银花提取物13-16份、促进剂10-15份、马来酸酐22-28份、硫酸羟胺8-15份、黄柏提取物7-16份、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑6-10份、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物30-35份、增塑剂12-18份、阻燃剂2.5-3.8份、抗菌剂2-8份、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液5-6份、亲水性物质溶液4-5份、无机银锌复合抗菌剂10-13份、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂5-8份、饱和季铵盐溶液5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯化合物为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:所述亲水性物质包括聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酰胆碱、聚氨基酸、合成多肽和胶原蛋白的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:所述无机银锌复合抗菌剂中无机银锌的粒径是80-150nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:所述促进剂为医用噻唑类促进剂或医用次磺酰胺类促进剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂选用邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、阻燃剂由氢氧化镁和硼酸锌等质量混合而成、抗菌剂由纳米银和碳酸锂按照质量比3:5混合而成。
7.一种权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀抗菌医用橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1:按照重量份称取各个原料,将溴化丁基橡胶、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物置于容器中混合,升温至130-150℃,再依次将金银花提取物、促进剂、马来酸酐、硫酸羟胺、黄柏提取物、防老剂疏基苯并咪唑、增塑剂、阻燃剂、抗菌剂加入其中,混合均匀后得到混合料;
S2:混合料投入至挤出机挤出造粒,将饱和季铵盐溶液、二异氰酸酯化合物溶液、亲水性物质溶液、无机银锌复合抗菌剂、纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂混合后再投入造粒后的橡胶,50℃反应0.5h-1h;
S3:取出步骤S2处理后的橡胶,用去离子水充分冲洗后即可。
