Abstract

本发明涉及被动安全装置技术领域,具体地说是一种座椅侧气囊,包括气体发生器、异型腔体气袋、金属支架,异型腔体气袋的内部设有导气袋,气体发生器的出气口位于导气袋内并面向导气袋上端,导气袋上端为封闭结构,导气袋下端为开口结构,异型腔体气袋的右下方表面设有排气孔,异型腔体气袋轮廓的左右距离大于轮廓的上下距离。本发明同现有技术相比,设计了安装在座椅靠背内的侧面乘员气囊,在侧面碰撞发生时,通过异型腔体气袋轮廓、导气袋结构以及特殊的折叠结构,最终实现抬起乘员手臂,降低胸部变形量的同时,既满足侧碰,又满足柱碰要求,更全方位地对乘员起到保护作用。

Description

一种座椅侧气囊
技术领域
本发明涉及被动安全装置技术领域,具体地说是一种座椅侧气囊。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,对汽车的开发技术以及车辆安全提出了更高的要求。近年来,在车辆的被动安全领域有了重大创新。
中国新车评价规程C-NCAP2018的法规中,不仅将侧面壁障重量加以提升,同时也将碰撞中的前排假人由原来的ES2假人变为了生物仿真度更高的WS假人,结构存在根本性改变的WS假人来看,躯干变宽,使之与车身间的间距减小,在碰撞过程中,假人胸部肋骨变形量也随之增大;同时,增加了肩部得分的考核,在实车碰撞过程中,若肩部力超过3KN,将扣除胸部的全部得分。通过实车摸底试验,发现目前市场上传统设计的侧气囊仅能勉强满足AEMDB侧面碰撞,但无法满足斜柱碰要求。
参见图1,传统的座椅侧气囊设计,在车辆发生侧面碰撞时,气囊从乘员与门板内饰之间展开,滑过肩部,无法抬起乘员手臂,此时,车身严重的侵入则会直接作用在乘员肩部。
参见图2,现有少数采用上下式双腔或多腔设计的座椅侧气囊,由于其形状以及内部结构的缺陷,基本也无法满足抬起乘员手臂的功能,仅能勉强满足AEMDB侧面碰撞。
因此,在侧气囊设计中我们必须更多的考虑对乘员肩部保护。要求气囊在发生侧面碰撞时,充分作用到乘员手臂下端,使其有足够的空间托起乘员手臂的同时,将手臂顺势朝内旋转,从而降低碰撞中对乘员肩部的伤害,起到更好的保护作用。同时,尽可能减少车身入侵时乘员的胸部压缩变形量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种座椅侧气囊,在侧面碰撞发生时,能够最大程度抬起乘员手臂,减少肩部伤害的同时,也减少车身入侵时乘员的胸部压缩变形量。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是一种座椅侧气囊,包括气体发生器、异型腔体气袋、金属支架,气体发生器装配在异型腔体气袋的内侧,气体发生器通过金属支架装配到座椅侧面骨架上,其特征在于:异型腔体气袋的内部设有导气袋,气体发生器的出气口位于导气袋内并面向导气袋上端,导气袋上端为封闭结构,导气袋下端为开口结构,异型腔体气袋的右下方表面设有排气孔,异型腔体气袋轮廓的左右距离大于轮廓的上下距离。
当气体发生器接收到汽车碰撞信号并点爆后,气体在导气袋的引导下,形成自上而下的气体流出导气袋的开口结构,并在异型腔体气袋内自下而上迅速充气,在异型腔体气袋展开的瞬间,气体快速充满异型腔体气袋与乘员手臂下方接触的有效区域。
所述的气体发生器的螺栓穿过金属支架的孔,螺栓的端部采用螺母紧固,金属支架与座椅侧面骨架之间采用挂钩和螺栓结构固定。
所述的气体发生器的出气口处设有隔热装置。
所述的导气袋上端的封闭结构为三针链缝线,在气体发生器点爆充气时,三针链缝线避免导气袋上端漏气,将所有气体汇聚从导气袋下端的开口结构引出,使气体快速充满异型腔体气袋的下部。
在门板内饰侵入时,所述的异型腔体气袋借助门板内饰侵入的外力,充分与乘员下臂接触并托起乘员手臂。
在异型腔体气袋充气过程中,所述的排气孔避开与乘员的接触,排气孔对气体进行第二导向,让气体向着排气孔位置疏导;在门板内饰侵入时,所述的排气孔避免受到的挤压,以减少排气孔被堵风险。
所述的异型腔体气袋的上端设有倾斜折叠结构,倾斜折叠结构减慢了异型腔体气袋的打开速度,控制上端气囊的到位状态,在外界物体侵入的过程中,使异型腔体气袋充分覆盖乘员肩部,以降低乘员肩部的伤害。
所述的倾斜折叠结构的角度与异型腔体气袋与乘员肩部高低位置以及手臂与躯干的角度匹配。
所述的倾斜折叠结构的角度为0°-10°。
本发明同现有技术相比,设计了安装在座椅靠背内的侧面乘员气囊,在侧面碰撞发生时,通过异型腔体气袋轮廓、导气袋结构以及特殊的折叠结构,最终实现抬起乘员手臂,降低胸部变形量的同时,既满足侧碰,又满足柱碰要求,更全方位地对乘员起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例一
参见图3,本发明是一种座椅侧气囊,包括气体发生器、异型腔体气袋、金属支架,气体发生器1装配在异型腔体气袋3的内侧,气体发生器1的出气口处设有隔热装置2,气体发生器1通过金属支架4装配到座椅侧面骨架上,气体发生器1的螺栓穿过金属支架4的孔,螺栓的端部采用螺母紧固,金属支架4与座椅侧面骨架之间采用挂钩和螺栓结构固定。
参见图7,异型腔体气袋3的内部设有导气袋5,导气袋5是由一定强度和隔热功能的面料缝纫而成,气体发生器1的出气口位于导气袋5内并面向导气袋上端52,导气袋上端52为封闭结构,导气袋下端53为开口结构,开口结构的开口尺寸根据气流速度要求加宽或者减小。由于导气袋上端52完全封口,可适当减慢气体发生器1对异型腔体气袋3上端的展开到位时间。
参见图8,当气体发生器1接收到汽车碰撞信号并点爆后,产生的气体在导气袋5的引导下,形成自上而下的气体流出导气袋5的开口结构,并在异型腔体气袋3内自下而上迅速充气,待气囊完全充气后,对乘员起到充分保护。
参见图6,异型腔体气袋3轮廓的左右距离大于轮廓的上下距离,异型腔体气袋3的右下方表面设有排气孔32。异型腔体气袋3轮廓以X向更宽、Z向较短的形式设计,结合图6较宽气袋轮廓以及排气孔32位置导向性的位置设计,在异型腔体气袋3展开的瞬间,气体快速充满异型腔体气袋3与乘员手臂下方接触的有效区域6,如图4和图5为本发明实施案例的工作示意图。
参见图7,导气袋上端52的封闭结构为三针链缝线51,采用三针链缝的缝纫方式缝制,在气体发生器1点爆充气时,三针链缝线51避免导气袋上端52漏气,将所有气体汇聚从导气袋下端53的开口结构引出,使气体快速充满异型腔体气袋3的下部,使得气囊下端快速、充分的到位。在门板扶手内饰的入侵过程中,有利于异型腔体气袋3借助门板内饰入侵的外力,更充分地与乘员下臂接触并托起乘员手臂,有效填充气囊X向较宽的中下部位于乘员下臂区域31。
此外,在异型腔体气袋3充气过程中,排气孔32避开与乘员的接触,避免由此可能引发的灼伤,排气孔32对气体进行第二导向,让气体有的放矢地向着排气孔32位置疏导;在门板内饰侵入时,排气孔32避免受到的挤压,以减少排气孔32被堵风险。
实施例二
基于实施例一的描述,参见图9,异型腔体气袋3的上端设有特定角度的倾斜折叠结构9,倾斜折叠结构9的角度通过异型腔体气袋3与乘员肩部高低位置以及手臂与躯干的角度而设定。倾斜折叠结构9的角度优选为0°-10°。
倾斜的折叠方式,在气囊相同展开时间的作用下,接触区域增大,对乘员肩部保护的覆盖面积随之增加。倾斜折叠结构9减慢了异型腔体气袋3的打开速度,更好地控制上端气囊的到位状态,在外界物体侵入的过程中,使异型腔体气袋3充分覆盖乘员肩部,以降低乘员肩部的伤害。

Claims (9)

1.一种座椅侧气囊,包括气体发生器、异型腔体气袋、金属支架,气体发生器(1)装配在异型腔体气袋(3)的内侧,气体发生器(1)通过金属支架(4)装配到座椅侧面骨架上,其特征在于:异型腔体气袋(3)的内部设有导气袋(5),气体发生器(1)的出气口位于导气袋(5)内并面向导气袋上端(52),导气袋上端(52)为封闭结构,导气袋下端(53)为开口结构,异型腔体气袋(3)的右下方表面设有排气孔(32),异型腔体气袋(3)轮廓的左右距离大于轮廓的上下距离; 当气体发生器(1)接收到汽车碰撞信号并点爆后,气体在导气袋(5)的引导下,形成自上而下的气体流出导气袋(5)的开口结构,并在异型腔体气袋(3)内自下而上迅速充气,在异型腔体气袋(3)展开的瞬间,气体快速充满异型腔体气袋(3)与乘员手臂下方接触的有效区域(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的气体发生器(1)的螺栓穿过金属支架(4)的孔,螺栓的端部采用螺母紧固,金属支架(4)与座椅侧面骨架之间采用挂钩和螺栓结构固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的气体发生器(1)的出气口处设有隔热装置(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的导气袋上端(52)的封闭结构为三针链缝线(51),在气体发生器(1)点爆充气时,三针链缝线(51)避免导气袋上端(52)漏气,将所有气体汇聚从导气袋下端(53)的开口结构引出,使气体快速充满异型腔体气袋(3)的下部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:在门板内饰侵入时,所述的异型腔体气袋(3)借助门板内饰侵入的外力,充分与乘员下臂接触并托起乘员手臂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:在异型腔体气袋(3)充气过程中,所述的排气孔(32)避开与乘员的接触,排气孔(32)对气体进行第二导向,让气体向着排气孔(32)位置疏导;在门板内饰侵入时,所述的排气孔(32)避免受到的挤压,以减少排气孔(32)被堵风险。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的异型腔体气袋(3)的上端设有倾斜折叠结构(9),倾斜折叠结构(9)减慢了异型腔体气袋(3)的打开速度,控制上端气囊的到位状态,在外界物体侵入的过程中,使异型腔体气袋(3)充分覆盖乘员肩部,以降低乘员肩部的伤害。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的倾斜折叠结构(9)的角度与异型腔体气袋(3)与乘员肩部高低位置以及手臂与躯干的角度匹配。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种座椅侧气囊,其特征在于:所述的倾斜折叠结构(9)的角度为0°-10°。
