本发明涉及一种粉粒物料运输车。
背景技术
粉粒物料运输车又称散装水泥车，由专用汽车底盘、散装水泥车罐体、气管路系统、自动卸货装置等部分组成，适用于粉煤灰、水泥、石灰粉、矿石粉、颗粒碱等颗粒直径不大于0.1mm粉粒干燥物料的散装运输，主要供水泥厂、水泥仓库和大型建筑工地使用，可节约大量包装材料和装卸劳动。目前粉粒物料运输车卸料机构一般由空气压缩机、流化床、滑料板、进气管和出料管组成，其中，流化床和滑料板位于装载粉粒物料的罐体内部。空气压缩机产生的气体进入罐体后，经过流化床的作用，使粉粒物料流态化，由出料口排出。此种传统方式卸料速度较慢，一般为1.0-1.5T/分钟，效率不高，卸料速度较慢，不能满足生产需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的粉粒物料车卸料速度慢的问题，提供一种结构简单、使用方便、卸料速度快的粉粒物料运输车。
为实现以上目的，本发明的技术解决方案是：一种粉粒物料运输车，包括车架、液压油缸、罐体和出料口，所述罐体位于车架之上，出料口位于罐体尾部，罐体尾部与车架之间设置有活动底座，所述罐体的前部设置有液压油缸，液压油缸固定位于车架之上，液压油缸上的活塞杆通过传动装置与罐体连接在一起，传动装置固定焊接在罐体前部。
与现有技术相比，本发明由于加装了液压油缸，卸料时可通过液压油缸将罐体升起一定角度，使得卸料速度大大加快，提升了工作效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参见图1，一种粉粒物料运输车，包括车架1、液压油缸2、罐体3和出料口4，所述罐体3位于车架1之上，出料口4位于罐体3尾部，罐体3尾部与车架1之间设置有活动底座5，所述罐体3的前部设置有液压油缸2，液压油缸2固定位于车架1之上，液压油缸2上的活塞杆6通过传动装置7与罐体3连接在一起，传动装置7固定焊接在罐体3前部。
卸料时，操纵位于车架1上的液压油缸2向上举升，由于液压油缸2上的活塞杆6通过传动装置7与罐体3连接在一起，而活塞杆6与传动装置7之间设置有固定座10，固定座10位于活塞杆6之上，此时活塞杆6将带动罐体3升起，由于活动底座5的存在，使得罐体3升起后与地面形成一定角度，利用粉粒物料自身重力，空气压缩机8产生的高压气体经气管9进入罐体3，使得粉粒物料从出料口4排出到目的位置。本发明结构简单、使用方便、卸料速度快。

1.一种粉粒物料运输车，包括车架（1）、液压油缸（2）、罐体（3）和出料口（4），所述罐体（3）位于车架（1）之上，出料口（4）位于罐体（3）尾部，罐体（3）尾部与车架（1）之间设置有活动底座（5），其特征在于：所述罐体（3）的前部设置有液压油缸（2），液压油缸（2）固定位于车架（1）之上，液压油缸（2）上的活塞杆（6）通过传动装置（7）与罐体（3）连接在一起，传动装置（7）固定焊接在罐体（3）前部。
