技术领域

背景技术
在今天的共轨喷射器中,来自高压存储器(轨)的燃料经由高压管线导入到燃料喷射阀,其中,喷射器的喷射开口的打开和关闭通常通过致动器、例如压电致动器或磁致动器来控制。
共轨喷射器的优点在于,可以通过致动器非常精确地控制喷射行为,从而可以实现甚至复杂的、特别有利于燃烧的喷射过程变化曲线。因此,可以优化喷入过程,这又有助于减少有害物排放。
然而,在共轨喷射器中,由于喷射开口的周期性打开和关闭而发生压力振荡。这些压力振荡会影响燃料喷射阀的开关性能,因为它们导致关闭行为时的弹跳并因此导致喷嘴座磨损。此外,由于这种弹跳,各个喷射之间的时间间隔发生改变,从而可能影响多重喷射的实现。因此,共轨系统中的压力振荡对内燃机的整个喷射系统的运行行为具有负面影响并且降低了各个喷射器的寿命。

发明内容

当使用磁致动器时,阻尼元件的使用还导致电磁衔铁上的压力振荡减小。由电磁衔铁的保持板反射到运动的电磁衔铁上的压力振荡影响喷射器的喷射行为,因为其短时地迫使电磁控制阀处于阀座节流状态中。因此,通常设置较大的电磁衔铁行程以预防这种短期出现的节流。然而,这在根据权利要求1使用阻尼元件来衰减压力振荡时是不必要的,因此允许更快的开关时间。

Claims (15)

1.具有喷射器壳体(1)的燃料喷射阀,在所述喷射器壳体中构成高压区域(29)和低压区域(13),其中,所述燃料喷射阀具有喷嘴针(5)和控制阀(30),所述喷嘴针为了打开和关闭至少一个喷射开口(6)而与密封座(11)协同作用,所述控制阀(30)能够控制燃料从构造在高压区域(29)中的控制室(8)向低压区域(13)中溢流,其特征在于,在低压区域(13)中布置有阻尼元件(21)用于衰减压力振荡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述阻尼元件(21)构造为限界和密封阻尼室(31)的膜片(25)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述膜片(25)由金属制成,优选呈波纹形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述阻尼室(31)填充有气体,优选空气。
5.根据权利要求2所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述阻尼室(31)填充有闭孔的PA(聚酰胺)泡沫。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述喷射器壳体(1)包括阀体(2)和喷嘴体(3),在所述阀体和喷嘴体中布置有阀件(18),其中,所述阀件(18)具有呈从高压区域(29)到低压区域(13)的排出节流部(23)形式的连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,用于衰减压力振荡的所述阻尼元件(21)布置在阀件(18)中。
8.根据权利要求6所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,用于衰减压力振荡的所述阻尼元件(21)构造为阀件(18)和阀夹紧元件(20)之间的柱形内置件(38)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,构造为电磁阀的控制阀(30)具有电磁线圈(14)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述控制阀(30)包括衔铁栓(17)和电磁衔铁(19)。
11.根据权利要求6或7所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述阀件(18)具有背离所述喷嘴针(5)并且构造为空心柱体(26)的端部区域,所述电磁衔铁(19)在所述端部区域中被导向。
12.根据权利要求6,7或11所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述阀件(18)具有朝向所述喷嘴针(5)的端部区域(28),在该端部区域中,喷嘴针(5)的背离密封座的端部区域被导向。
13.根据权利要求6所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述喷嘴体(3)限界构造在高压区域(29)中的高压室(7),喷嘴针(5)被接收在所述高压室中。
14.根据权利要求13所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,在高压室(7)中布置有复位弹簧(9),所述复位弹簧一方面支撑在喷嘴针(5)的缩肩(10)上,另一方面支撑在喷嘴体(3)上。
15.根据权利要求14所述的燃料喷射阀,其特征在于,所述复位弹簧(9)朝向所述至少一个喷射开口(6)的方向对所述喷嘴针(5)加载以力。
