Claims (10)
- 流体を調量する弁(1)、特に、内燃機関のための燃料噴射弁であって、
弁ハウジング(8)と、電磁アクチュエータ(2)と、前記アクチュエータ(2)により操作可能な弁ニードル(10)であって、弁座面(12)と協働してシール座を為す弁閉鎖体(13)を操作するために用いられる前記弁ニードル(10)と、を備え、
前記弁ハウジング(8)内で移動可能な、前記アクチュエータ(2)のアーマチャ(4)が、前記弁ニードル(10)に設けられたストッパ(17、18)の間の、前記弁ニードル(10)上に案内されている、前記弁(1)において、
前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して相対的に固定される構成要素(7)には、少なくとも1つの減衰装置(31)が形成され、前記減衰装置(31)は、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して特定の方向(30)に起きる前記アーマチャ(4)の移動が、少なくとも、当該アーマチャ(4)の、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して生じる移動範囲(22)の終端で、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して相対的に減衰されるように、構成されることを特徴とする、弁(1)。 - 前記減衰装置(31)は、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して前記特定の方向(30)に起こる前記アーマチャ(4)の前記移動が、少なくともほぼ前記移動範囲(22)全体に渡って、又は、少なくともほぼ前記アーマチャ(4)の前記移動範囲(22)の終端で、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して相対的に減衰されるよう構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記特定の方向(30)は、前記シール座の閉鎖のために用いられる閉鎖方向(30)であり、及び/又は、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して相対的に固定される前記構成要素(7)は、ハウジング部分(7)であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰装置(31)は、減衰要素(32)と、前記構成要素(7)の内部に形成された凹設部(33)と、を有し、前記減衰要素(32)は、前記弁ハウジング(8)に対して前記特定の方向(30)に起こる前記アーマチャ(4)の前記移動によって、少なくとも前記アーマチャ(4)の前記移動範囲(22)の前記終端で、少なくとも間接的に前記アーマチャ(4)によって前記凹設部(33)へと押圧されうることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記凹設部(33)の内部の、前記減衰要素(32)により画定される流体空間(37)が、前記弁ハウジング(8)の、駆動時に前記流体で満たされる内部空間(6)とそれを介して接続される絞り孔及び/又は充填孔(53)が設けられ、又は、前記凹設部(33)は、袋穴(33)として構成され、前記凹設部(33)の内部の、前記減衰要素(32)により画定される流体空間(37)が、前記凹設部(33)と前記減衰要素(32)との間に生じる間隙(35)のみを介して、前記弁ハウジング(8)の、駆動時に流体で満たされる内部空間(6)と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の弁。
- 前記特定の方向(30)に逆らって前記減衰要素(32)に負荷を与える少なくとも1つのばね要素(34)が設けられ、前記ばね要素(34)は、前記構成要素(7)の内部に形成された凹設部(33)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の弁。
- 前記特定の方向(30)に逆らって前記減衰要素(32)に負荷を与える少なくとも1つのばね要素(34)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記減衰要素(32)は、球形状若しくは部分的に球形状の減衰要素(32)として、又は、ピン形状及び/又は少なくとも部分的に円筒形状の減衰装置(32)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記特定の方向(30)に逆らって前記減衰要素(32)の移動経路を制限する少なくとも1つの制限要素(54)が設けられ、及び/又は、環状又は部分的に環状に形成された少なくとも1つの制限要素(54)が設けられ、及び/又は、前記構成要素(7)の少なくとも近似的に平坦な端面(40)に接合された少なくとも1つの制限要素(54)が設けられ、前記端面(40)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(41)の方に向いていることを特徴とする、請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記構成要素(7)は、前記アーマチャ(4)の端面(41)の方に向いた端面(40)を有し、前記構成要素(7)の前記端面(40)と、前記アーマチャ(4)の前記端面(41)とは、少なくとも近似的に互いに平行に方向付けられ、前記凹設部(33)は、前記構成要素(7)の前記端面(40)に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
