Abstract
公开了一种用于修补轮胎的密封组合物,其包含:5%至15%的天然胶乳;20%至60%的合成胶乳;30%至60%的选自由丙二醇和乙二醇组成的组中的二醇;0.05%至5%的二氧化硅;合成胶乳包含15%至40%的乙烯‑乙酸乙烯酯,百分数以总组合物的重量计。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于修补轮胎的密封组合物。
背景技术
当轮胎被刺穿时,现在常规做法是使用密封组合物。将所述组合物倒入轮胎中以从内侧修补刺孔,从而确保轮胎的气密密封。
已知不同的密封组合物,其中橡胶胶乳,通常是天然橡胶,与粘合剂和防冻剂混合。
然而,缺点是所述组合物在长期保存的情况下经历胶乳粒子与粘合剂粒子之间的聚集现象,导致组合物呈现乳脂状外观。因此,当分配所述乳脂状组合物时,其通常堵塞分配器阀并且不能充分地修补刺孔。
发明人进行的研究已经表明,分配器阀堵塞的原因之一似乎是天然橡胶粒子的大约1微米的大尺寸以及它们的不均匀和不稳定的粒度分布。
不含粘合剂的组合物也是已知的。然而,所述组合物也导致分配器阀的堵塞。
EP2655504公开了一种密封组合物,其包含天然胶乳,合成胶乳,优选SBR胶乳,防冻剂,优选丙二醇或乙二醇,以及选自由层状硅酸盐和二氧化硅组成的组中的矿物。
这种组合物不导致分配器阀的堵塞。
然而,认为在本领域中需要没有已知组合物的缺点的用于修补轮胎的新型密封组合物,其在储存期限和密封性质方面表现出提高的性能。
发明的公开内容
因此,本发明的目的是找到长期稳定的密封组合物,其具有不经历导致分配器阀堵塞的聚集现象的橡胶胶乳粒子,但是同时具有增加的密封能力和储存期限。
所述目的通过根据权利要求1所述的密封组合物实现。
尤其是,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于修补轮胎的密封组合物,其包含:
-5%至15%的天然胶乳;
-20%至60%的合成胶乳;
-30%至60%的选自由丙二醇和乙二醇组成的组中的二醇;
-0.05%至5%的二氧化硅;
其中所述合成胶乳包含15%至40%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯,
百分数以总组合物的重量计。
更具体地,组合物包含:
-5%至10%的天然胶乳;
-20%至50%的合成胶乳;
-40%至50%的选自由丙二醇和乙二醇组成的组中的二醇;
-0.05%至4%的二氧化硅;
其中所述合成胶乳包含20%至30%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯,
百分数以总组合物的重量计。
已经观察到,作为合成胶乳的一部分的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)的存在提高了组合物的密封性能。此外,已经观察到组合物的储存期限的增加。
有利地,EVA的引入使天然胶乳的含量减少,并且使密封组合物的氨气味减少。
优选地,合成胶乳还包含选自由苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳和羧化苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳组成的组中的胶乳,更优选苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳。
本发明的组合物可以含有BET表面积在170至250m2/cm3、优选175至225m2/cm3的范围内的二氧化硅。
在刺孔的密封期间二氧化硅的存在起辅助作用,因为其在聚合期间渗透到胶乳混合物中,起机械强化作用。
优选地,所述二醇是丙二醇。
最后,密封组合物还可以包含添加剂,如优选0.05%至3%、更优选0.1%至2.5%的量的抗氧化剂,以及优选0.2%至3%、更优选0.3%至2%的量的稳定剂。
根据以下一些仅是示例性的并且非限制性的实施例的说明,本发明的另外的特征将变得清楚。

实施例1

实施例2
用于评价密封性质的试验
通过其中使用6mm直径钢钉在槽之间产生刺孔的Ford规格(ES8S43-19L523-AA)来评价组合物的密封能力。
为确定以kPa/min计的线性放气速度而测量的30秒后的轮胎压力降低是约50kPa。
随后,将轮胎安装在试验车上并且连接至压缩机。将实施例1的密封组合物注入到轮胎中,之后将所述轮胎充气至250kPa。
以30km/h的最低速度和80km/h的最高速度驾驶试验车10分钟,测量轮胎压力以根据10分钟后的压力损失评价密封能力并且验证来自所产生的刺孔的任何泄漏。
随后,停止试验车,并且在1小时和2小时后再次测量压力。
所获得的结果在表3中给出。
如可以看到的,密封组合物显示出不仅在环境温度而且在70℃以及在-40℃能够密封轮胎。

从-40℃的低温到70℃的高温,甚至在80℃/100小时和-40℃/120小时的极端情况下,密封剂都自由分散而没有任何阀阻塞,并且试验轮胎在10分钟内完全密封。在1小时和2小时的储存后,轮胎压力保持,并且密封性能完美。
实施例3
用于评价老化之后的密封性质的试验
在老化(45、55、65、75、85、95和105天)之后评价了实施例1的组合物(TEK9)的密封性质,并且将其与根据EP2655504制备的组合物(TEK8)的密封性质进行比较。尤其是,TEK8组合物具有以下组成:
-29.5%天然胶乳
-31%的SBR
-36.6%丙二醇
-0.6%二氧化硅
通过将密封组合物在烘箱中在70℃老化所需天数来进行试验。之后,进行在实施例2中描述的试验。
结果在表4中示出。

如根据表4中的数据明显的,与现有技术的密封组合物(TEK8)相比,TEK9在老化之后表现更好。尤其是,本发明的组合物在老化之后更稳定,在现有技术的组合物之前至少2分钟将轮胎密封。
此外,实验数据证实,老化还影响现有技术的组合物的粘度(参见表5)。

老化的密封剂的粘度首先增大,然后粘度降低。在TEK8的老化过程中,在75天时的粘度(36.1cps)比最初(36.1cps)降低约41%。与此相比,对于TEK9老化密封剂来说,在105天老化之后粘度仍然保持粘性,为74.8Cps。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于修补轮胎的密封组合物,所述密封组合物包含:
-5%至15%的天然胶乳;
-20%至60%的合成胶乳;
-30%至60%的选自由丙二醇和乙二醇组成的组中的二醇;
-0.05%至5%的二氧化硅;
其特征在于所述合成胶乳包含15%至40%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯,
百分数以总组合物的重量计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述组合物包含:
-5%至10%的天然胶乳;
-20%至50%的合成胶乳;
-40%至50%的选自由丙二醇和乙二醇组成的组中的二醇;
-0.05%至4%的二氧化硅;
其特征在于所述合成胶乳包含20%至30%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯,
所述百分数以所述总组合物的重量计。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述二氧化硅的BET表面积在170至250m2/cm3的范围内。
4.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的密封组合物,其特征在于所述合成胶乳还包含选自由苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳和羧化苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳组成的组中的胶乳。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封组合物,其特征在于所述合成胶乳是苯乙烯-丁二烯胶乳。
6.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的密封组合物,其特征在于所述二醇是丙二醇。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的密封组合物,其特征在于所述密封组合物还包含抗氧化剂和稳定剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的密封组合物,其特征在于包含0.05%至3%的所述抗氧化剂和0.2%至3%的所述稳定剂。
