Abstract
本发明公开了一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料,本发明属于轮胎技术领域,其配方的特征是:由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯树脂、聚异丁烯、聚乙烯蜡、纳米级膨润土微粒、松香、乙基纤维素、橡胶防老剂4020、硅橡胶颗粒、橡胶油组成的。本发明主要应用于子午线真空轮胎内,是一种不影响车轮的动平衡,能快速自补缺口(直径小于等于10mm),不干枯,不冻结,可靠性高,稳定性好,长久耐用的轮胎密封新材料(它能在‑60℃‑100℃的环境下长期使用)。本发明的产品内含多种高分子聚合物,它在轮胎内的状态是液固并存的胶粘状态,能长期稳定且均匀地粘附在轮胎内壁上,从而没有影响车轮的动平衡,还起到了零泄漏的效果,这与现有技术相比确实是革命性的改进。

技术领域
本发明属于轮胎技术领域,本发明涉及一种应用于真空轮胎密封的自补新材料,具体涉及的是一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料。
背景技术
汽车以及各种机动车已成为现代文明的重要标志之一,在其使用过程中,轮胎被路面上的钉子或尖硬物质扎破造成泄气,导致车辆不能正常行使的现象经常出现。最早出现的自动补胎液是在上世纪二三十年代的美军轮式车辆中开始应用,在军用车辆的轮胎中灌注了自动补胎液,距今已有80-90年历史。现有技术的自动补胎液其优点是:补胎不用扒胎,3秒即可补好;但是,也存在较多的缺点:1、影响车轮的动平衡:当使用了一罐自动补胎液后,轮胎的内底部处残留有200ml-300ml的液体,该液体使车轮运转时如同一只偏心轮,既增加了噪音,又降低了稳定性,因此影响了车轮运转时的动平衡及带来了一定程度上的行车安全隐患。2、当轮胎的伤口直径大于6mm时自动补胎液不起作用。3、也有一些充气罐式的自动补胎液产品,其成份只能使泄气的轮胎暂时充气及减漏,待车辆行使到最近的修理站为止。4、有的轮胎补胎液产品会在胎内干枯或遇寒冷天气结冰,非但失去补漏效果,反而会损害轮胎的内壁。
发明的内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种应用于真空轮胎内,不影响车轮的动平衡,能快速自补缺口(直径小于等于10mm),不干枯,不结冰,可靠性高,稳定性好,长久耐用的轮胎密封新材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料,其配方的特征是:由乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂、聚异丁烯、聚乙烯蜡、松香、纳米级膨润土微粒、乙基纤维素、橡胶防老剂4020、硅橡胶颗粒、橡胶油组成的。

本发明一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料同现有技术相比具有以下优点及积极的效果:随着技术先进的子午线钢丝帘布层真空轮胎在全球的普及,现时市场上各式各样的自动补胎液产品因种种的原因,难以长期有效使用,更无法与轮胎“相伴终身”。与现有技术不同:1、本发明应用了由高分子聚合物组成的具有液固状态特性的新材料轮胎密封技术,使用时,可到汽修厂或4s店将轮胎拆开,在轮胎内壁上均匀地涂上一层本发明的产品,本发明的产品内含多种高分子聚合物,它在轮胎内的状态是液固并存的胶粘状态,能长期稳定且均匀地粘附在轮胎内壁上,从而没有影响车轮的动平衡,这与现有技术相比确实是革命性的改进。2、在本发明当中用粒度为60目-350目吸附力强的硅橡胶颗粒、乙基纤维素、纳米级膨润土微粒作填充剂,它们以海棉状网络结构的形式高度分散于整个高分子聚合物体系中,该体系的主体材料是聚异丁烯(弹性体),增粘材料为乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂,本发明的新材料能以液固的胶粘状态存在,主要是以多种高分子聚合物组合在一起的作用。车辆在使用本发明的产品后行使时,轮胎如有小于等于10mm口径的铁钉扎穿,在未拔铁钉之前,铁钉附近的密封新材料向穿进轮胎内的钉尖处集结,直至将其包裹及密封起来,之后,在拔铁钉的瞬间也不会出现气体泄漏,能起到零泄漏的效果,这也领先于现有技术。3、本发明的配方当中设有松香和橡胶防老剂4020,其作用是防止本发明的产品老化。设有聚乙烯蜡为耐温性较好的稳定剂。设有橡胶油为柔韧剂,它们使本发明的产品不干枯,能防锈,有滋润橡胶轮胎及防止橡胶轮胎龟裂的作用。本发明的产品能在-60℃~100℃的环境下长期使用。本发明一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料是优胜于现有技术的,本发明的产品是“能够与轮胎相伴终身的”创新产品。

下面的实施例是对本发明作进一步证明,本发明不限于此。
实施例一
一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料,其组分及重量配比如下:
本发明一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料,其制备的方法为:将20克乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂、65克聚异丁烯、3克聚乙烯蜡、2克松香放入一电加热的搅拌釜中,加热至120℃待熔融后搅拌25分钟,再加入2克橡胶油、2克橡胶防老剂4020继续搅拌18分钟,然后,加入2克纳米级膨润土微粒、2克乙基纤维素、2克硅橡胶颗粒(60目-350目)继续搅拌15分钟,搅拌均匀后完成,得到棕黄色带斑点的胶粘物为本发明的成品,将其从搅拌釜中倒出,装入罐子中完成。

1.一种由高分子聚合物组成的轮胎密封新材料,其特征在于:该配方各组分的重量百分比为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂20%--40%、聚异丁烯45%--65%、聚乙烯蜡3%--8%、纳米级膨润土微粒2%--3%、松香2%--5%、乙基纤维素2%--4%、橡胶防老剂4020 2%--3%、硅橡胶颗粒(60目--350)2%--6%、橡胶油2%--3%。
