本发明涉及复合机领域,特别涉及一种金银粉花形面料复合机。
背景技术
在服装面料、汽车内饰、皮革等领域都会用到复合机,复合机是通过上胶辊片层材料上上胶,然后将多层上过胶的片层压合在一起,随着社会的发展,对于面料的款式也越来越多,对于一些带一些金银粉花型的面料尤其深受印度人民的喜爱,因此如何快速大规模生产该花型的面料的复合机显得很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述问题,提供一种金银粉花形面料复合机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方法是:一种金银粉花形面料复合机,包括放卷装置、圆网花型装置、圆网撒粉装置、烘烤机构、弹粉及吸粉机构以及收卷机构;所述的圆网花型装置包括圆网花型机架、设置在圆网花型机架上的压辊以及圆网辊;所述的压辊设置在圆网花型机架的下部,圆网辊设置在圆网花型机架的下部;所述的压辊通过两侧的转轴与轴承固定在圆网花型机架上,压辊为主动辊,在所述的圆网辊的两端分别设置有定位槽,在两个的定位槽之间的辊面部分为与压辊接触部分,在其中一个定位槽的外侧的辊面上套设有传动齿,在所述的压辊的辊轴上设有与所述的传动齿啮合的主传动齿,在所述的圆网花型机架的两侧分别连接有定位支撑轮,所述的定位支撑轮通过转轴固定在圆网花型机架上,每侧的定位支撑轮均卡设在所述的定位槽内,每侧的定位支撑轮设置有至少3个;所述的压辊与所述的圆网辊的辊面贴合;所述的圆网辊为一个空心结构,圆网辊的辊面均布有多个花型孔,所述的花型孔为贯通所述的圆网辊辊面的通孔,在所述的圆网辊的空心结构内设置有喷胶管,在所述的喷胶管内上均匀分布有出胶孔,所述的喷胶管贯穿所述的圆网辊轴向方向的左右两端;在所述的圆网辊的内侧设置有内刮刀,所述的内刮刀贯穿所述的圆网辊轴向方向的左右两端,内刮刀可与所述的圆网辊的内辊面接触;在所述的圆网辊的内侧还设置有圆网辊校形装置,所述的校形装置为一个校形辊,校形辊的辊面与所述的圆网辊的内侧面贴合,所述的校形辊通过校形辊调节机构与圆网花型机架连接;在所述的圆网花型机架上还设置有下刮刀,所述的下刮刀与所述的压辊辊面接触,用于将压辊上胶水刮掉;所述的圆网撒粉装置包括撒粉机架,在所述的撒粉机架的上端设置有粉末上料机,所述的粉末上料机的出料端连接到储料仓,在所述的储料仓的底部设置有开口,在所述的开口处连接有导料辊,所述的导料辊上部分从开口伸入到储料仓内,在导料辊的辊面上均匀分布有收纳孔,在所述的开口处的两个侧壁上还分别设置有刮刀,所述的刮刀与导料辊的辊面贴合,在导料辊的出料端一侧还设置有毛刷辊,所述的毛刷辊转动,将导料辊辊面上收纳孔内的金银粉刮出;在所述的导料辊的下部还设置有漏斗以及出料筛,其中漏斗的底部设置有滤板,所述的滤板成一个V型结构,所述的漏斗一端通过转轴连接在机架上,另一端通过曲柄摇杆机构与电机相连接;所述的出料筛设置在所述的漏斗的底部,出料筛的四个角通过弹簧连接在机架上,出料筛前端连接有曲柄摇杆机构,出料筛的后端设置有振动电机。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的喷胶管通过导胶管以及胶泵与胶箱相连接。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的内刮刀通过内刮刀支架固定在圆网花型机架上,内刮刀支架可在所述的圆网花型机架上调节。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的弹粉及吸粉机构包括一个真空吸罩以及振动机构,所述的真空吸罩设置在传动料的上方,所述的振动机构设置在布料的下方,对传动料进行抖动。

有益效果:
本发明提供的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,通过采用在内部空心的圆网辊内进行上胶,并通过内刮刀将胶水从内侧挂,将胶水从圆网辊上的花型孔中漏出来,并配合压辊将胶水转移到面料上,能够快速批量地在布料上上花型胶;
通过在空心的圆网辊内设置校形辊,防止内部空心的圆网辊的变形,能够对圆网辊进行校形,这样就能将圆网辊内壁设置成很薄不用担心其变形,从而能够减小胶水的厚度,提高了上胶的质量;
通过在将圆网辊与压辊之间采用齿轮联动,这样能够保证压辊与圆网辊的同步性,提高了花型胶上胶的质量;
圆网撒粉装置通过设置导料辊以及毛刷辊,并通过刮刀将导料辊表面多余的金银粉刮掉,这样能够将储料仓内的金银粉均匀地转移到导料辊上,并下料,在料的过程中,通过一个漏斗进行二次下料,这样使得金银粉更加地均匀,下料后的金银粉送到到出料筛上,并通过曲柄摇杆机构对出料筛进行抖动,并配合振动电机振动,能够非常均匀地将金银粉撒到机架下部传动的料子上。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1到图3所示的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,包括放卷装置2、圆网花型装置3、圆网撒粉装置3、烘烤机构4、弹粉及吸粉机构5以及收卷机构6。
所述的圆网花型装置2包括圆网花型机架23、设置在圆网花型机架23上的压辊25以及圆网辊21;所述的压辊25设置在圆网花型机架23的下部,圆网辊21设置在圆网花型机架23的下部。
所述的压辊25通过两侧的转轴与轴承固定在圆网花型机架23上,压辊25为主动辊,压辊25通过外部的电机以及减速箱相连接,带动压辊25旋转。在所述的圆网辊21的两端分别设置有定位槽211,在两个的定位槽211之间的辊面部分为与压辊接触部分,在其中一个定位槽211的外侧的辊面上套设有传动齿29。在所述的压辊23的辊轴上设有与所述的传动齿29啮合的主传动齿,在所述的圆网花型机架23的两侧分别连接有定位支撑轮210,所述的定位支撑轮210通过转轴固定在圆网花型机架23上,每侧的定位支撑轮210均卡设在所述的定位槽211内,每侧的定位支撑轮设置有至少3个;在所述的压辊25与所述的圆网辊21的辊面贴合。
所述的圆网辊21为一个空心结构,圆网辊21的辊面均布有多个花型孔,所述的花型孔为贯通所述的圆网辊21辊面的通孔,在所述的圆网辊21的空心结构内设置有喷胶管22,在所述的喷胶管22内上均匀分布有出胶孔,所述的喷胶管22贯穿所述的圆网辊21轴向方向的左右两端,所述的喷胶管22通过导胶管以及胶泵与胶箱相连接。
在所述的圆网辊的内侧设置有内刮刀24,所述的内刮刀24贯穿所述的圆网辊21轴向方向的左右两端,内刮刀24通过内刮刀支架27固定在圆网花型机架23上,内刮刀支架27可在所述的圆网花型机架23上调节,当上胶的时候,调节内刮刀24可与所述的圆网辊21的内辊面接触,这样就能够将胶水刮入到花型孔内,从而落入到需要上胶的料子上。
在所述的圆网辊21的内侧还设置有圆网辊校形装置,所述的校形装置为一个校形辊28,校形辊28的辊面与所述的圆网辊21的内侧面贴合,所述的校形辊28通过校形辊调节机构与圆网花型机架23连接,由于圆网辊21为空心结构,其内壁较薄,容易变形,因此需要设置校形辊28对圆网辊的辊面进行校形。
在所述的圆网花型机架23上还设置有下刮刀26,所述的下刮刀26与所述的压辊25辊面接触,用于将压辊25的辊面上的胶水刮掉,这样能够保持压辊25的辊面清洁,防止料子背面沾上胶水。
料子上了花型胶之后,需要进行洒金银粉,将花型胶上覆盖一层金银粉,洒金银粉通过圆网撒粉装置进行。如图4所示,为圆网撒粉装置的结构示意图,包括撒粉机架314,在所述的机架的上端设置有粉末上料机31,所述的粉末上料机31的出料端连接到储料仓32,在所述的储料仓32内设置有搅拌机构313。在所述的储料仓32的底部设置有开口,所述的储料仓32的底部为一个V型状结构,所述的开口设置在V型结构的底部,开口的左右两个侧壁成V型状,在所述的开口处连接有导料辊34。在所述的开口处设置向外侧延伸的L型折边33,通过设置L型折边33,既起到开口处加强筋的作用,同时也给导料辊34上的金银粉提供了出料的通道。
所述的导料辊34上部分从开口伸入到储料仓32内,在导料辊34的辊面上均匀分布有收纳孔,在所述的开口处的两个侧壁上还分别设置有刮刀312,所述的刮刀312可在所述的开口的侧壁上移动,并锁紧。所述的刮刀312与导料辊34的辊面贴合,在导料辊34的出料端一侧还设置有毛刷辊311,所述的毛刷辊311转动,将导料辊34辊面上收纳孔内的活性炭粉刮出。在后续可以更换不同的直径的导料辊34,只需要将刮刀312移动对准位置,然后再调节好,将刮刀312锁紧即可。
在所述的导料辊34的下部还设置有漏斗39以及出料筛37,其中漏斗39的底部设置有滤板,所述的滤板成一个V型结构,该V型结构的角度大概为140°到160°之间。所述的漏斗39一端通过转轴连接在机架上,另一端通过曲柄摇杆机构与电机相连接。从导料辊34上漏下的金银粉通过进入漏斗39中完成二次下料。因为从导料辊34上直接洒下的金银粉虽然在一定的时间内,总量是固定的,但是由于经过毛刷辊的辊刷,以及下落得时候容易被吹散等等因素,直接落入到出料筛中会导致金银粉比较分散,从出料筛上再撒入到棉料上其均匀性就差了不少,通过漏斗39中间过渡下,能够使得落入出料筛37上的金银粉比较均匀。
所述的出料筛37设置在所述的漏斗39的底部,出料筛37的四个角通过弹簧310连接在机架上,出料筛37前端连接有曲柄摇杆机构,出料筛的后端设置有振动电机316。
出料筛37前端连接的曲柄摇杆机构的具体结构如下:所述的出料筛37的前端设置有连接块38,在所述的连接块38上铰接有连杆315,在所述的毛刷辊311上同轴设置有一个摇轮,所述的连杆315的另一端与所述的摇轮之间通过转轴连接。该连杆315为一个可伸缩的结构。这样在后续在根据不同的需求进行调节。
料子经过洒粉后,需要再通过烘烤机构4进行烘烤,将花型胶固化,所述的烘烤机构4包括烘烤机架以及设置在所述的烘烤机架上的烘箱,烘烤机构4为常规设备,这里不过多的描述。
料子经过烘烤后,胶水固化了,需要将多余的洒在料子上,没有花型胶部分的金银粉进行去除,采用弹粉及吸粉机构实现。所述的弹粉及吸粉机构包括一个真空吸罩以及振动机构,所述的真空吸罩设置在传动料的上方,所述的振动机构设置在布料的下方,对传动料进行抖动,通过弹粉及吸粉机构将多余。最后在通过收卷机构收卷。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:包括放卷装置、圆网花型装置、圆网撒粉装置、烘烤机构、弹粉及吸粉机构以及收卷机构;所述的圆网花型装置包括圆网花型机架、设置在圆网花型机架上的压辊以及圆网辊;所述的压辊设置在圆网花型机架的下部,圆网辊设置在圆网花型机架的下部;所述的压辊通过两侧的转轴与轴承固定在圆网花型机架上,压辊为主动辊,在所述的圆网辊的两端分别设置有定位槽,在两个的定位槽之间的辊面部分为与压辊接触部分,在其中一个定位槽的外侧的辊面上套设有传动齿,在所述的压辊的辊轴上设有与所述的传动齿啮合的主传动齿,在所述的圆网花型机架的两侧分别连接有定位支撑轮,所述的定位支撑轮通过转轴固定在圆网花型机架上,每侧的定位支撑轮均卡设在所述的定位槽内,每侧的定位支撑轮设置有至少3个;所述的压辊与所述的圆网辊的辊面贴合;所述的圆网辊为一个空心结构,圆网辊的辊面均布有多个花型孔,所述的花型孔为贯通所述的圆网辊辊面的通孔,在所述的圆网辊的空心结构内设置有喷胶管,在所述的喷胶管内上均匀分布有出胶孔,所述的喷胶管贯穿所述的圆网辊轴向方向的左右两端;在所述的圆网辊的内侧设置有内刮刀,所述的内刮刀贯穿所述的圆网辊轴向方向的左右两端,内刮刀可与所述的圆网辊的内辊面接触;在所述的圆网辊的内侧还设置有圆网辊校形装置,所述的校形装置为一个校形辊,校形辊的辊面与所述的圆网辊的内侧面贴合,所述的校形辊通过校形辊调节机构与圆网花型机架连接;在所述的圆网花型机架上还设置有下刮刀,所述的下刮刀与所述的压辊辊面接触,用于将压辊上胶水刮掉;所述的圆网撒粉装置包括撒粉机架,在所述的撒粉机架的上端设置有粉末上料机,所述的粉末上料机的出料端连接到储料仓,在所述的储料仓的底部设置有开口,在所述的开口处连接有导料辊,所述的导料辊上部分从开口伸入到储料仓内,在导料辊的辊面上均匀分布有收纳孔,在所述的开口处的两个侧壁上还分别设置有刮刀,所述的刮刀与导料辊的辊面贴合,在导料辊的出料端一侧还设置有毛刷辊,所述的毛刷辊转动,将导料辊辊面上收纳孔内的金银粉刮出;在所述的导料辊的下部还设置有漏斗以及出料筛,其中漏斗的底部设置有滤板,所述的滤板成一个V型结构,所述的漏斗一端通过转轴连接在机架上,另一端通过曲柄摇杆机构与电机相连接;所述的出料筛设置在所述的漏斗的底部,出料筛的四个角通过弹簧连接在机架上,出料筛前端连接有曲柄摇杆机构,出料筛的后端设置有振动电机;在所述的出料筛的前端设置有连接块,在所述的连接块上铰接有连杆,在所述的毛刷辊上同轴设置有一个摇轮,所述的连杆的另一端与所述的摇轮之间通过转轴连接;所述的储料仓的底部为一个V型状结构,所述的开口设置在V型结构的底部,开口的左右两个侧壁成V型状;所述的刮刀可在所述的开口的侧壁上移动,并锁紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:所述的喷胶管通过导胶管以及胶泵与胶箱相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:所述的内刮刀通过内刮刀支架固定在圆网花型机架上,内刮刀支架可在所述的圆网花型机架上调节。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:所述的弹粉及吸粉机构包括一个真空吸罩以及振动机构,所述的真空吸罩设置在传动料的上方,所述的振动机构设置在布料的下方,对传动料进行抖动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:所述的烘烤机构包括烘烤机架以及设置在所述的烘烤机架上的烘箱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银粉花形面料复合机,其特征在于:在所述的开口处设置向外侧延伸的L型折边。
