本发明公开了一种自发热面料的制备方法,其工艺流程为:织造→前处理→柔软整理→烘干→热定型→自发热蜡疗保健整理→加热滴注→成品。所述自发热蜡疗保健整理工序为:将托玛琳石粉、远红外陶瓷粉、蜂蜡和石蜡按质量比10~30:5~20:10~30:10~30混合,加热至70~90℃,并高速搅拌混合均匀制得自发热蜡疗混合液,然后滴于热定型后的织物表面,常温冷却凝固,形成自发热蜡疗保健颗粒;所述加热滴注工序为:将聚氨酯类弹性水晶胶A和B混合均匀、抽真空,然后滴塑于自发热蜡疗保健颗粒表面,并烘干固化。本发明有效避免皮肤低温烫伤,消除天气变化对织物性能的影响,同时赋予织物蜡疗保健功效,并提高功能织物耐水洗性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自发热面料的制备方法,主要应用于功能性保健纺织品领域。
背景技术
自发热面料是一种自驱动发热而达到保暖效果的面料,在日常生活中具有重要意义,其潜在应用十分广泛。目前关于发热保暖面料的研究主要有以下三种:(1)基于某些特殊纤维的吸湿发热的保暖面料,这种保暖面料中特殊纤维材料分子的亲水基团与水分子结合,使水分子动能降低,同时转换为热能释放,实现吸湿发热目的,但此方式中由于升温峰值高,产热紊乱,很容易造成低温烫伤;(2)基于太阳能蓄热的发热面料,它是通过在纤维中加入特殊物质来吸收太阳能并转换为热能,同时发射出远红外线,从而实现发热目的,但此方式的性能受天气变化的影响较大,在太阳光较弱的情况下,其发热升温效率很低,且仅限于室外,另外此方式所用材料昂贵,制作成本高;(3)基于相变蓄热的发热面料,此方式是在纤维中加入热敏相变材料,热敏相变材料能以潜热的形式吸收、储存和释放热量,从而达到吸热、发热的目的,但此种方式不耐水洗,且存在固——液相变的渗漏问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种自发热面料的制备方法,目的是有效避免皮肤低温烫伤,消除天气变化对织物性能的影响,同时赋予织物蜡疗保健功效,并提高功能织物耐水洗性能。
本发明的技术解决方案:
一种自发热面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺流程:织造→前处理→柔软整理→烘干→热定型→自发热蜡疗保健整理→加热滴注→成品,所述前处理工序为:将织物在溢流机中先行走两圈,使织物走顺,然后泵入已溶解的碱液和助剂,再走3~5min使碱液与织物充分接触,随后以1~5℃/min的速度升温至100℃,保温20~30min ,再以1~3℃/min的速度降温,降至80℃时排液,排液后充分洗涤,先80℃热洗10~25min,并醋酸中和,然后再40℃温洗10~25min,最后60~80℃烘干,在此过程中,布速控制在80~120m/min;
所述柔软整理工序为:浸轧柔软整理液,轧液率为50%~80%;所述自发热蜡疗保健整理工序为:将托玛琳石粉、远红外陶瓷粉、蜂蜡和石蜡按质量比10~30:5~20:10~30:10~30混合,加热至70~90℃,使蜂蜡和石蜡熔化,并高速搅拌混合均匀制得自发热蜡疗混合液,然后借助于热熔胶点胶机滴于热定型后的织物表面,常温冷却凝固,形成自发热蜡疗保健颗粒;所述加热滴注工序为:将聚氨酯类弹性水晶胶A和B两组份按一定比例混合均匀、抽真空,然后借助于立式自动滴塑机将其滴塑于自发热蜡疗保健整理工序中形成的自发热蜡疗保健颗粒表面,并于40~60℃烘干固化,烘干固化时间为1~2h。
优选的所述织造工序为:首先对经纱进行上浆处理,其浆料配方为:PVA-217为1%~8%,GH-22为1%~5%,上浆率为5%~15%,pH值为6~8,车速控制在10~30m/min,然后采用喷气织机进行织造,车速控制在300~800r/min。
优选的所述前处理工序中的碱液为NaOH 10~15g/L,助剂为平平加O 2~5g/L和ABS 1~3g/L,浸染浴比为1:30~1:50。

本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的自发热蜡疗保健颗粒中包括托玛琳石粉,托玛琳石粉具有热电和压电双重效应,能与人体磁场形成共振共鸣,并通过人体自身能量可持续释放热能、负离子和远红外线,产生深度热效应,可促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,增强机体抗病能力,保健保暖。
2、本发明的自发热蜡疗保健颗粒中还包括远红外陶瓷粉,远红外陶瓷粉具有良好的远红外温热效果,当它吸收外界的热能后,能释放出波长为 4~16μm的远红外线,易被人体吸收,而且可以提高组织供氧,改善新陈代谢,增强免疫力,保暖保健。
3、本发明将托玛琳石粉、远红外陶瓷粉和蜂蜡、石蜡制得的自发热蜡疗混合液,借助于热熔胶点胶机滴于织物表面,常温冷却凝固,形成自发热蜡疗保健颗粒,
蜂蜡和石蜡热容量大、导热系数低,有其包覆托玛琳石粉和远红外陶瓷粉,能有效避免低温烫伤,而且蜂蜡和石蜡有一定的蜡疗保健功能。
4、本发明用立式自动滴塑机将聚氨酯类水晶胶滴塑于自发热蜡疗保健颗粒表面,使其完全包覆自发热蜡疗保健颗粒并将其牢固粘结于织物表面,使得自发热蜡疗保健颗粒不易脱落、耐洗涤。
5、所述前处理工序可以有效除去织物上的浆料、油剂,使织物蓬松柔软且有良好的润湿性能;所述柔软整理工序使织物手感更加柔软光滑,织物贴身舒适。
