本发明提出的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,生物资源利用率高,改水效果好,养分充足,水体溶解氧含量高,水产品的生长速度快、产量高,还可通过改良水质来解毒保肝利肝,预防脂肪肝、花肝、肝肿大、肝腹水、肝胰脏坏死以及肝胆综合症。本发明还提出了一种绿色农业、畜牧养殖业以及水产养殖业专用的肝胆疾病预防、拉往后体表出血以及各种病毒预防的水质改良剂的制备方法,该制备方法简单,原料易混合,且在制备过程中原料中的养分均无损失。

背景技术
海水、淡水、鱼、虾、蟹、贝、蚌、珍珠、海蜇、海参、鲆、鲽、蚝、石斑鱼、金鲳鱼等各种水生物的生长速度和体质的健康状况主要取决于养殖场所的水质问题,但由饲料质量和实用方法致使水生物体健康受损的病例却较普遍,特别是水生物营养性肝病。当前我国比较突出的水产养殖类肝胆综合症主要发生海水、淡水、鱼、虾、蟹、贝、蚌、珍珠、海蜇、海参、鲆、鲽、蚝、石斑鱼、金鲳鱼等常规主养水生物类中。营养性因素、毒性物质和水源质量等原因均是此类疾病的诱因。因此,引起水生物肝病的病因较多。通常情况下因为养殖密度过大,水体环境的恶化。会导致水体中的氨氮浓度过高,当水体中的氨氮浓度过高时,鱼体内氨的代谢产物难以正常排出而蓄积于血液之中,引起水生物代谢失衡引发肝胆疾病。此外还有饲料氧化、腐败、发霉、变质会导致水质变坏,水生物再这样的水质环境下脂肪是易被氧化的物质,脂肪氧化产生的醛、酮、酸对水生物有毒,将直接对肝脏造成损害。水生物采食1个月后,患瘦背病,肌纤维萎缩、坏死;草鱼、团头鲂等水生物类采食后,极易引发水生物的患肝胆综合症。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂。
一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,包括以下含量份的原料:姜黄2--10%,大青叶5.6--25%,紫草3.6--10%,珍珠草3-10.1%。五味子5-15.5%、黄芪3-7%、大黄5.6--25%、茵陈5-10.3%、金银花3-10.5%、莲翘2-10.9%、甘草5-15.2%、龙胆草2-6%精制。
所述水产养殖用肝胆健康水质改良剂包括以下含量份的原料:姜黄2--10%,大青叶5.6--25%,紫草3.6--10%,珍珠草3-10.1%。五味子5-15.5%、黄芪3-7%、大黄5.6--25%、茵陈5-10.3%、金银花3-10.5%、莲翘2-10.9%、甘草5-15.2%、龙胆草2-6%精制。

S1:将相应含量份的五味子和金银花加入到6~10倍量的烘干设备中,文火3-4小时后使用高速万能粉碎机粉碎,再经过二次粉碎后达到120目的精细粉混合物A;
S2:向混合物A中加入相应重量份经过烘干以及多次粉碎的珍珠草、陈茵的混合粉剂,继续搅拌5~10min,即得混合物B;
S3:将混合物B转移至容器中,将混合物A和姜黄、大青叶、紫草、黄芪、大黄、连翘、甘草、龙胆草按照相应比例搅拌,混合均匀即得混合物C;
S4:将混合物C置于干燥箱中进行干燥、再送入塑料包装机中塑封即得水产养殖用肝胆健康水质改良剂。
S5:将最终混合物按照每亩50~80克的粉剂量,加水稀释每周一次全池均匀泼洒。
本发明提出的粉剂,生物资源利用率高,底水效果好,水体溶解氧含量高,水产品的生长速度快、产量高;长期泼洒可通过改良水质来解毒保肝利肝,预防脂肪肝、花肝、肝肿大、肝腹水、肝胰脏坏死以及肝胆综合症;长期使用可以防止拉网后体表出血变红,可防止偷死,在气温突变、台风、寒流前使用高抗应激反应。定期泼洒本品可通过改良水质能有效预防病毒、细菌的发生。如孢疹病毒、出血病毒、红体病毒等。

本发明提出的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,包括以下重量份的原料:姜黄7.5%,大青叶7.6%,紫草8.6%,珍珠草7.1%,五味子8.5%,黄芪7.7%,大黄6.6%,茵陈8.3%,金银花8.5%,连翘8.9%,甘草10.2%,龙胆草5.5%。
其制备方法 ,包括以下步骤:
将相应含量份的五味子和金银花加入到8倍量的烘干设备中,文火3-4小时后使用高速万能粉碎机粉碎,再经过二次粉碎后达到120目的精细粉混合物A;
S2:向混合物A中加入相应重量份经过烘干以及多次粉碎的珍珠草、陈茵的混合粉剂,继续搅拌5~10min,即得混合物B;
S3:将混合物B转移至容器中,将混合物A和姜黄、大青叶、紫草、黄芪、大黄、连翘、甘草、龙胆草按照相应比例搅拌,混合均匀即得混合物C;
S4:将混合物C置于干燥箱中进行干燥、再送入塑料包装机中塑封即得水产养殖用肝胆健康水质改良剂。
S5:将最终混合物按照每亩80克的粉剂量,加水稀释每周一次全池均匀泼洒。

先对模拟同一环境的不同水产养殖池进行养殖1个月,分别为养殖池一、养殖池二、养殖池三和对比池四,并向养殖池一中投入实施例一制备的粉剂、养殖池二中投入实施例二制备的粉剂、养殖池三中投入实施例三制备的粉剂,对比池四不添加任何物质,继续进行养殖,1个月后对养殖池一、养殖池二、养殖池三和对比池四进行检测,结果如下:
实验结果显示,使用实施例一至三制备的粉剂的养殖池中水生物的肝胆综合症发病率、拉网体表出血变红率、病毒发病率相对于不添加粉剂的养殖池有很好的水质改良效果,而且使用本发明制备的底改粉剂后水体无臭味出现,且水体中溶氧量比未添加底改粉剂的养殖池明显提高,表明本发明提出粉剂的预防水生物肝胆综合症发病率、拉网体表出血变红率、病毒发病率有良好的效果。

1.一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,包括以下含量份的原料:姜黄2--10%,大青叶5.6--25%,紫草3.6--10%,珍珠草3-10.1%,
五味子5-15.5%、黄芪3-7%、大黄5.6--25%、茵陈5-10.3%、金银花3-10.5%、莲翘2-10.9%、甘草5-15.2%、龙胆草2-6%精制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,所述水产养殖用肝胆健康水质改良剂包括以下含量份的原料:姜黄2--10%,大青叶5.6--25%,紫草3.6--10%,珍珠草3-10.1%,
五味子5-15.5%、黄芪3-7%、大黄5.6--25%、茵陈5-10.3%、金银花3-10.5%、莲翘2-10.9%、甘草5-15.2%、龙胆草2-6%精制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,所述改良剂包括姜黄、大青叶、紫草、珍珠草、五味子、黄芪、大黄、茵陈、金银花、连翘、甘草、龙胆草任意一种或几种混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,所述五味子与金银花的含量份比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,所述珍珠草和茵陈的含量份比为1~1.2:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,所述姜黄、大青叶、紫草、黄芪、大黄、连翘、甘草、龙胆草1:0.5~1.5:1~2。
7.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种绿色农业水产养殖用的肝胆健康水质改良剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将相应含量份的五味子和金银花加入到6~10倍量的烘干设备中,文火3-4小时后使用高速万能粉碎机粉碎,再经过二次粉碎后达到120目的精细粉混合物A;
S2:向混合物A中加入相应重量份经过烘干以及多次粉碎的珍珠草、陈茵的混合粉剂,继续搅拌5~10min,即得混合物B;
S3:将混合物B转移至容器中,将混合物A和姜黄、大青叶、紫草、黄芪、大黄、连翘、甘草、龙胆草按照相应比例搅拌,混合均匀即得混合物C;
S4:将混合物C置于干燥箱中进行干燥、再送入塑料包装机中塑封即得水产养殖用肝胆健康水质改良剂
S5:将最终混合物按照每亩50~80克的粉剂量,加水稀释每周一次全池均匀泼洒。
