技术领域
本发明涉及一种珍珠棉,特别涉及一种珍珠棉的加工工艺、珍珠棉及加工珍珠棉的复合机。
背景技术
珍珠棉又名聚乙烯发泡棉,是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、恢复性差的缺点。具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能。是传统包装材料的理想代替品。因此,珍珠棉当下包装行业不可或缺的材料,然而,目前的珍珠棉在强度方面,还是不够高,在运输过程中,在较大外力冲击下,还是容易破损,针对这种情况,本发明作出了进一步的优化。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明提供了强度度,在外力冲击下事易破损的珍珠棉、珍珠棉的加工工艺及加工珍珠棉的复合机。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种珍珠棉的加工工艺,采用以下步骤:
1)按照原料重量份称取如下原料 :聚乙烯 90%-100%,单甘脂0 .2%-0 .3%,滑石粉0 .2%-0 .3%,丁烷3%-5%,增白剂0 .2%-0 .4%,阻燃剂2%-5%,将上述原料通过混合机混合,然后通过发泡机制成珍珠棉;
2)选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
3)将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉;
采用上述加工方法加工出的珍珠棉包括有珍珠棉层,所述的珍珠棉层上设有一层气泡膜层,所述的气泡膜层上设有一层薄膜层,所述的气泡膜层包括有平面膜层及设于平面膜层上的若干气泡,所述的珍珠棉层与若干气泡复合;
复合机包括有机架、设于机架一端的进料辊及设于机架另一端的出料辊,所述的进料辊顶部设有第二进料辊,所述的进料辊及第二进料辊与出料辊之间设有若干压辊,所述的机架上还设复合辊,所述的复合辊包括有 左复合辊及右复合辊,所述的左复合辊及右合辊之间设有加热装置,所述的机架与复合辊之间设有调节左复合辊与右复盒辊之间距离的调节机构,所述的机架底部与加热装置之间设有调节加热装置与复合辊之间位置的第二调节机构;
所述的调节机构包括有气缸及气缸轴,所述的机架的两侧分别设有安装座,所述的左复合辊及右复合辊分别通过辊轴与安装座连接,所述安装座一侧内设有调节槽,所述的气缸设于安装座一端上,所述的气缸轴一端与气缸连接,另一端置于调节槽内并通过螺栓与左复合辊的辊轴连接;
所述的加热装置包括有底座,所述的底座内设有腔体,腔体内设有隔板,所述的隔板将腔体间隔为上腔体及下腔体,所述的下腔体内设有至少一个吹风机,所述的隔板上设有若干吹风口,所述的上腔体内设有若干加热丝,所述的底座底部设有若干出风口;
所述的底座设置出风口的一端宽度小于底座底部的宽度,促使底座顶部与底部形成梯形;
所述的第二调节机构包括有调节手轮及调节齿轮,所述的底座两端与机架两侧的安装座底部通过第二转轴连接,所述底座一侧底部设有扇形齿轮,所述的调节齿轮设于扇形齿轮下方并与扇形齿轮啮合,所述的调节手轮通过通过调节转轴与调节齿轮连接。
本发明的有益效果是:珍珠棉上设置了一层具有薄膜层的气泡膜层,这样在原有的基础上,增加了珍珠棉的强度,提高了整体的抗拉性能,且气泡膜层与珍珠棉层结合,提高了珍珠棉的整体减震效果。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种珍珠棉的加工工艺,采用以下步骤:
1)按照原料重量份称取如下原料 :聚乙烯 90%-95%,单甘脂0 .2%-0 .3%,滑石粉0 .2%-0 .3%,丁烷2%-5%,增白剂0 .2%-0 .4%,阻燃剂2%-5%,将上述原料通过混合机混合,然后通过发泡机制成珍珠棉;
2)选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
3)将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉。
上述方案中,聚乙烯、单甘脂、滑石粉、丁烷、增白剂为传统珍珠棉的配方,本发明在原有的基础上增加了阻燃性,起到阻燃效果。实施例一:按照原料重量份称取如下原料 :聚乙烯 95%,单甘脂0 .2%,滑石粉0 .2%,丁烷2%,增白剂0 .2%,阻燃剂2 .4%,将上述原料通过混合机混合,然后通过发泡机制成珍珠棉;
2)选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
3)将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉。
实施例二:按照原料重量份称取如下原料 :聚乙烯90%,单甘脂0 .3%,滑石粉0.3%,丁烷4%,增白剂0 .4%,阻燃剂5%,将上述原料通过混合机混合,然后通过发泡机制成珍珠棉;
2)选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
3)将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉。
实施例三:按照原料重量份称取如下原料 :聚乙烯93%,单甘脂0 .3%,滑石粉0.3%,丁烷3%,增白剂0 .4%,阻燃剂3%,将上述原料通过混合机混合,然后通过发泡机制成珍珠棉;
2)选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
3)将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉。
上述三组实施例中,抗拉强度能达到KG/CM2 6 .40以上,撕裂强度能达到 KG/CM27 .10以上,较传统的珍珠棉,抗拉强度及撕裂强度整体提高。
如图5所示,珍珠棉包括有珍珠棉层10,所述的珍珠棉层10上设有一层气泡膜层20,所述的气泡膜层20上设有一层薄膜层30。
所述的气泡膜层20包括有平面膜层201及设于平面膜层201上的若干气泡202,所述的珍珠棉层10与若干气泡202复合。
如图1-图4所示,复合机包括有机架1、设于机架1一端的进料辊11及设于机架1另一端的出料辊12,所述的进料辊11顶部设有第二进料辊13,所述的进料辊11及第二进料辊13与出料辊12之间设有若干压辊14,所述的机架1上还设复合辊,所述的复合辊包括有左复合辊21及右复合辊22,所述的左复合辊21及右复合辊22之间设有加热装置3,所述的机架1与复合辊之间设有调节左复合辊21与右复合辊22之间距离的调节机构4,所述的机架1底部与加热装置3之间设有调节加热装置3与复合辊之间位置的第二调节机构5。由于本发明的珍珠棉是与气泡膜上的气泡端面复合在一起,因此,复合的温度及位置非常重要,如果温度太高,会使气泡破掉,温度太低,则又会粘不上去,当温度调节好后,不同的厚度的珍珠棉,如果处于同一位置加温,那么就会出现温度过高或过低,导致会出现粘不上去或气泡破掉的现象,因此,本发明在加热装置3与机架1之间设置了第二调节机构5,针对加热装置3的位置进行调节,根据珍珠棉的厚度,来调整加热装置3的位置,保证,气泡膜能与珍珠棉复合在一起,又不会使气泡破掉,而调节机构4的设置,则是针对不同厚度的珍珠棉设定,保证不同厚度的珍珠棉都能复合,由于包装材料有多种,有的非常薄,只有几毫米,有的则可以非常厚,可以达几好几厘米,通过调节机构4及第二调节机构5的设置,使得较厚或较薄的珍珠棉都能复合在一起。
所述的调节机构4包括有气缸41及气缸轴42,所述的机架1的两侧分别设有安装座43,所述的左复合辊21及右复合辊22分别通过辊轴23与安装座43连接,所述安装座43一侧内设有调节槽44,所述的气缸41设于安装座43一端上,所述的气缸轴42一端与气缸41连接,另一端置于调节槽44内并通过螺栓45与左复合辊21的辊轴23连接。上述方案中,通过气缸调节左复合辊21与右复合辊22的位置,当珍珠棉整体较厚时,通过气缸41促使左复合辊21与右复合辊22之间的距离延长,当珍珠棉整体较薄时,则使左复合辊21与右复合辊22之间的位置缩短。
所述的加热装置3包括有底座31,所述的底座31内设有腔体32,腔体32内设有隔板33,所述的隔板33将腔体32间隔为上腔体321及下腔体322,所述的下腔体322内设有至少一个吹风机34,所述的隔板33上设有若干吹风口35,所述的上腔体321内设有若干加热丝36,所述的底座31底部设有若干出风口37。上述方案中,加热装置3设置在左复膜辊21与右复膜辊22之间,复膜时,加热装置对珍珠棉加热,实现复膜。
所述的底座31设置出风口37的一端宽度小于底座31底部的宽度,促使底座31顶部与底部形成梯形。上述方案中,顶部小于底部,使得出风口37整体变小,热度更为集中。
所述的第二调节机构5包括有调节手轮51及调节齿轮52,所述的底座31两端与机架1两侧的安装座43底部中间通过第二转轴38连接,所述底座31一侧底部设有扇形齿轮53,所述的调节齿轮52设于扇形齿轮53下方并与扇形齿轮53啮合,所述的调节手轮51通过通过调节转轴54与调节齿轮52连接。上述方案中,底座31底部设置了扇形齿轮53,转动调节手轮51,调节手轮51带动调节齿轮52转动,由于扇形齿轮53与调节齿轮52啮合,因此,扇形齿轮53会沿着调节齿轮52转动,在转动的过程中,底座31顶部的位置会发生变化,达到调节的作用,能过调节手轮51反向或正向转动,达到促使底部顶部出风口往左移动或往右移动,通过不同厚度的珍珠棉,来调节位置,使其达到最好的复膜效果。

选取气泡膜及薄膜,将气泡膜与薄膜通过复合机复合;
将步骤1中的珍珠棉与步骤2中复合后的气泡膜通过复合机复合,形成具有气泡膜的珍珠棉;
采用上述加工方法加工出的珍珠棉包括有珍珠棉层,所述的珍珠棉层上设有一层气泡膜层,所述的气泡膜层上设有一层薄膜层,所述的气泡膜层包括有平面膜层及设于平面膜层上的若干气泡,所述的珍珠棉层与若干气泡复合;
