本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC自由发泡板及其制备方法。原料包括PVC95‑100份、钙锌稳定剂1‑3份、增强剂2‑4份、发泡调节剂6‑15份、发泡剂1‑4份、润滑剂1‑2份、填料50‑80份。采用本发明的配方和方法制备出来的PVC自由发泡板的邵氏D硬度达到45‑50,且不易开裂,抗拉伸,通过对温度、转速的严格控制,选择优良的发泡剂,不出现破泡现象,板材的性能好,符合使用要求。

一种PVC自由发泡板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC自由发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC自由发泡板是PVC发泡板的一种。PVC发泡板按制作工艺可分为PVC结皮发泡板和PVC自由发泡板,PVC发泡板又称为雪弗板和安迪板,其化学成分是聚氯乙烯。 其化学性质稳定。耐酸耐碱耐腐蚀!防潮防霉、隔热保温、隔音吸音、阻燃自熄、表面光滑、防蛀质轻、不吸水。PVC自由发泡板表面硬度一般,广泛应用于广告展板,裱画板,丝印,雕刻等。但是目前还未有一种科学系统的制备方法,使得产出的VC自由发泡板不出现破泡的问题,且性能较好。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种PVC自由发泡板及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种PVC自由发泡板其原料包括以下重量份的各组分:PVC95-100份、钙锌稳定剂1-3份、增强剂2-4份、发泡调节剂6-15份、发泡剂1-4份、润滑剂1-2份、填料50-80份。
进一步,所述增强剂采用GM605增强剂。
进一步,所述发泡调节剂为发泡调节剂K400或者发泡调节剂K100.
进一步,所述润滑剂包括外润滑剂、内润滑剂;所述外润滑剂、内润滑剂的比例为3-4:8-10。
进一步,所述发泡剂包括白发泡剂、黄发泡剂;所述白发泡剂、黄发泡剂的混合比例为2-3:1。
一种PVC自由发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的原料加入高速混合机中,加热至120-125℃保温2-3分钟,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45-50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175-186℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180-186℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185-190℃,连接器的温度为:175-185℃,机头的温度为190-200℃,螺杆转速为14-22转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供了一种PVC自由发泡板及其制备方法,采用本发明的配方和方法制备出来的PVC自由发泡板的邵氏D硬度达到45-50,且不易开裂,抗拉伸,通过对温度、转速的严格控制,选择优良的发泡剂,不出现破泡现象,板材的性能好,符合使用要求。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种PVC自由发泡板其原料包括以下重量份的各组分:PVC 100份、钙锌稳定剂2份、GM605增强剂3份、发泡调节剂K400 8份、白发泡剂1.2份、黄发泡剂0.5份、外润滑剂0.3份、内润滑剂0.8份、填料60份。其中,PVC采用P-700型PVC树脂,白发泡剂采用MS108白发泡剂,黄发泡剂采用MSV206黄发泡剂,外润滑剂采用AC-316A外润滑剂,内润滑剂采用G-60内润滑剂,填料为轻质活性碳酸钙,细度为300目。
一种PVC自由发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的原料加入高速混合机中,加热至125℃保温2分钟,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185℃,连接器的温度为:175℃,机头的温度为190℃,螺杆转速为15转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
实施例2:
一种PVC自由发泡板其原料包括以下重量份的各组分:PVC 100份、钙锌稳定剂2.5份、GM605增强剂2.5份、发泡调节剂K100 10份、白发泡剂1.5份、黄发泡剂0.5份、外润滑剂0.4份、内润滑剂1份、填料60份。其中,PVC采用P-700型PVC树脂,钙锌稳定剂采用CZ-963钙锌稳定剂,白发泡剂采用MS108白发泡剂,黄发泡剂采用MSV206黄发泡剂,外润滑剂采用AC-3316外润滑剂,内润滑剂采用G-60内润滑剂,填料为轻质活性碳酸钙和滑石粉的混合物,混合比例为5:1,细度为400目。
一种PVC自由发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的原料加入高速混合机中,加热至120℃保温3分钟,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为186℃,挤出机二区的温度为186℃,挤出机三区的温度为190℃,连接器的温度为185℃,机头的温度为200℃,螺杆转速为20转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。

1.一种PVC自由发泡板,其特征在于:其原料包括以下重量份的各组分:PVC95-100份、钙锌稳定剂1-3份、增强剂2-4份、发泡调节剂6-15份、发泡剂1-4份、润滑剂1-2份、填料50-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC自由发泡板,其特征在于:所述增强剂采用GM605增强剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC自由发泡板,其特征在于:所述发泡调节剂为发泡调节剂K400或者发泡调节剂K100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC自由发泡板,其特征在于:所述润滑剂包括外润滑剂、内润滑剂;所述外润滑剂、内润滑剂的比例为3-4:8-10。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC自由发泡板,其特征在于:所述发泡剂包括白发泡剂、黄发泡剂;所述白发泡剂、黄发泡剂的混合比例为2-3:1。
6.如权利要求1-5任一所述的一种PVC自由发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的原料加入高速混合机中,加热至120-125℃保温2-3分钟,将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45-50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175-186℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180-186℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185-190℃,连接器的温度为:175-185℃,机头的温度为190-200℃,螺杆转速为14-22转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
