Abstract

本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防火PVC发泡板及其制备方法。原料包括PVC树脂80‑100份、钙锌稳定剂1‑3份、增强剂2‑4份、发泡调节剂6‑15份、发泡剂1‑4份、阻燃剂3‑5份、纳米碳酸钙填充剂2‑4份、ABS抗冲击改性剂0.1‑0.3份、润滑剂1‑2份,阻燃剂为重量比为1‑2:3‑4的磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁的混合物。本发明在原料中加入磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁,磷氮系阻燃剂不含卤素,也不采用氧化锑为协效剂。含有膨胀型阻燃剂的高聚物受热时,表面能生成一层均匀的炭质泡沫层,该泡沫层隔热、隔氧、抑烟并能防止产生熔融滴落,而形成良好的阻燃性能。氧化镁具有优异的抑制HCl生成的能力,本发明采用阻燃剂效果好,使得制出的PVC发泡板具备良好的阻燃性能,提高PVC发泡板的安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防火PVC发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板材是国外20世纪70年代开发的一种新型塑料材料,由于其独 特的生产工艺技术,使其具有优异的性能,被广泛应用于建筑、车船、家具、装饰装修、广告制作、展览标牌、市容环保、旅游等行业。硬质结皮低发泡PVC板材就是其中的一种性能优异的材料,近年来,我国低发泡挤出制品生产颇有进展,但规模、产品品种及质量方面均与我国化工建材市场的发展态势不相适应,挤出发泡工艺的有关配方、工艺条件、设备结构参数及它们与发泡制品的密度和性能的关系也有待于进 一步研究和优化,目前使用的PVC发泡板材不能防火,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防火PVC发泡板及其制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种防火PVC发泡板,原料包括以下各重量份的组分:PVC树脂80-100份、钙锌稳定剂1-3份、增强剂2-4份、发泡调节剂6-15份、发泡剂1-4份、阻燃剂3-5份、纳米碳酸钙填充剂2-4份、ABS抗冲击改性剂0.1-0.3份、润滑剂1-2份,所述阻燃剂为重量比为1-2:3-4的磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁的混合物。
进一步,所述增强剂采用GM605增强剂。
进一步,所述发泡调节剂为发泡调节剂K400或者发泡调节剂K100.
进一步,所述润滑剂包括外润滑剂、内润滑剂;所述外润滑剂、内润滑剂的比例为3-4:8-10。
一种防火PVC发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的PVC树脂和钙锌稳定剂加入高速混合机中,加热至120-125℃保温2-3分钟,再向高速混合机中加入原料中其他各组分,加热至320-360℃,然后将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45-50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175-186℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180-186℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185-190℃,连接器的温度为:175-185℃,机头的温度为190-200℃,螺杆转速为15-20转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供了一种防火PVC发泡板及其制备方法,在原料中加入磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁,磷氮系阻燃剂不含卤素,也不采用氧化锑为协效剂。含有膨胀型阻燃剂的高聚物受热时,表面能生成一层均匀的炭质泡沫层,该泡沫层隔热、隔氧、抑烟并能防止产生熔融滴落,而形成良好的阻燃性能。氧化镁具有优异的抑制HCl生成的能力,本发明采用阻燃剂效果好,使得制出的PVC发泡板具备良好的阻燃性能,提高PVC发泡板的安全性能。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种防火PVC发泡板,原料包括以下各重量份的组分:PVC树脂85份、钙锌稳定剂1份、GM605增强剂2份、发泡调节剂K400 8份、发泡剂1份、阻燃剂3份、纳米碳酸钙填充剂2份、ABS抗冲击改性剂0.1份、外润滑剂0.3份、内润滑剂1份,阻燃剂为重量比为1:3的磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁的混合物。
一种防火PVC发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的PVC树脂和钙锌稳定剂加入高速混合机中,加热至120℃保温2分钟,再向高速混合机中加入原料中其他各组分,加热至340℃,然后将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185℃,连接器的温度为:175℃,机头的温度为190℃,螺杆转速为15转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
实施例2:
一种防火PVC发泡板,原料包括以下各重量份的组分:PVC树脂95份、钙锌稳定剂2份、GM605增强剂3份、发泡调节剂K100 12份、发泡剂3份、阻燃剂5份、纳米碳酸钙填充剂4份、ABS抗冲击改性剂0.3份、外润滑剂0.4份、内润滑剂0.8份,阻燃剂为重量比为2:3的磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁的混合物。
一种防火PVC发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的PVC树脂和钙锌稳定剂加入高速混合机中,加热至125℃保温3分钟,再向高速混合机中加入原料中其他各组分,加热至350℃,然后将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:186℃,挤出机二区的温度为:186℃,挤出机三区的温度为:190℃,连接器的温度为:185℃,机头的温度为200℃,螺杆转速为20转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
本发明不局限于以上所述的具体实施方式,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施案例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种防火PVC发泡板,其特征在于:原料包括以下各重量份的组分:PVC树脂80-100份、钙锌稳定剂1-3份、增强剂2-4份、发泡调节剂6-15份、发泡剂1-4份、阻燃剂3-5份、纳米碳酸钙填充剂2-4份、ABS抗冲击改性剂0.1-0.3份、润滑剂1-2份,所述阻燃剂为重量比为1-2:3-4的磷氮系阻燃剂和氢氧化镁的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火PVC发泡板,其特征在于:所述增强剂采用GM605增强剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火PVC发泡板,其特征在于:所述发泡调节剂为发泡调节剂K400或者发泡调节剂K100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火PVC发泡板,其特征在于:所述润滑剂包括外润滑剂、内润滑剂;所述外润滑剂、内润滑剂的比例为3-4:8-10。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种防火PVC发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料中的各组分;
(2)将称取后的PVC树脂和钙锌稳定剂加入高速混合机中,加热至120-125℃保温2-3分钟,再向高速混合机中加入原料中其他各组分,加热至320-360℃,然后将混合物料放入冷混机中冷却至45-50℃,而后转移至入料仓,用锥形双螺杆挤出形成发泡材料,挤出机一区的温度为:175-186℃,挤出机二区的温度为:180-186℃,挤出机三区的温度为:185-190℃,连接器的温度为:175-185℃,机头的温度为190-200℃,螺杆转速为15-20转/分钟,挤出发泡材料后再进行真空定型、冷却成型、切边修整,制成发泡板材,最后按所需长度进行切割和包装。
