本发明公开了一种降血糖口服液及其制备方法,由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液35%‑45%,沙棘水提液35%‑45%,苦瓜水提液8%‑12%,葛根水提液0.5%‑1.5%,白子菜水提液1%‑4%,桑叶水提液0.5%‑1.5%,纽甜溶液1%‑6%,去离子水:余量。本发明的降血糖口服液,属于纯中药产品,配比合理,口感适宜,温水冲泡即可,饮用方便,并且在不伤害糖尿病患者肝肾器官的基础上降血糖,适合高血糖人群及糖尿病患者饮用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健口服液领域,尤其涉及一种降血糖口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
众所周知,糖尿病是患者的胰岛素分泌能力不足及身体对胰岛素的敏感性逐渐降低导致以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。在过去的几十年中,中国的城市化进程发展迅速,而城市化的发展与居民生活方式的变化有关,如缺乏运动、饮食不健康、肥胖等这些环境因素都与糖尿病的发病机理有关,从而导致我国糖尿病人数显著增加。
目前,国内外尚无根治糖尿病的方法,只能依靠服用降糖药物或注射胰岛素的办法来暂时控制并稳定血糖值。但是,糖尿病患者若长期服用降糖药物,其胰岛器官耐药性会不断增强,患者继续增加药物服用量,最终不仅给患者带来巨大的经济压力,而且治疗过程痛苦,最终导致并发症的产生,如足部坏疽、肾功能衰竭、心脏病、脑血管病变、尿毒症等病症。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种降血糖口服液及其制备方法,该口服液采用科学的配方,口感适宜,饮用方便,并且在不伤害糖尿病患者肝肾器官的基础上降低空腹血糖,适合高血糖人群及糖尿病患者饮用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种降血糖口服液,由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液35%-45%,沙棘水提液35%-45%,苦瓜水提液8%-12%,葛根水提液0.5%-1.5%,白子菜水提液1%-4%,桑叶水提液0.5%-1.5%,纽甜溶液1%-6%,去离子水:余量。
上述方案中,由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液40%,沙棘水提液40%,苦瓜水提液10%,葛根水提液1%,白子菜水提液3%,桑叶水提液1%,纽甜溶液5%。
一种降血糖口服液的制备方法,包括如下具体步骤:
步骤一:首先按下述重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;
步骤二:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别水洗后恒温干燥处理,在75℃-85℃下恒温干燥6-8小时,共干燥3-5次;
步骤三:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别进行机械粉碎,粉碎粒度为80目-100目;
步骤四:经步骤三得到的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入到六个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,超声水提2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;
步骤五:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液分别进行灭菌处理,灭菌条件为100-140℃下灭菌10-30min;
步骤六:在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液进行混合后灌装。
上述方案中,所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的干燥条件为80℃下,每次恒温干燥8小时,共干燥4次;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的粉碎粒度为100目;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶6种原料分别加入到6个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,超声重复提取2次,90℃水煮提取1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液的灭菌条件为115℃下灭菌20min;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液在无菌条件下混合灌装。
上述方案中,所述降血糖口服液采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。
本发明的降血糖口服液,通过本配方的科学配比,可以降低高血糖人群及糖尿病患者血糖值以及改善高血糖人群及糖尿病患者长期服用西药对身体器官的伤害,具有如下有益效果:

本发明中的白子菜、葛根、桑叶中的多糖对肝脏具有保护作用,所含的多糖对丙氨酸转氨酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶具有抑制作用,使其活力明显降低,并且可以改善肝脏组织病理变化,提高机体清除自由基能力,从而达到修复肝脏损伤的作用。

本发明的降血糖口服液,由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液35%-45%,沙棘水提液35%-45%,苦瓜水提液8%-12%,葛根水提液0.5%-1.5%,白子菜水提液1%-4%,桑叶水提液0.5%-1.5%,纽甜溶液1%-6%,去离子水:余量。
具体的,在本发明中各配方原料说明如下:
苦荞:富含硒,可以对人体起到自然补充硒的作用,其被誉为"五谷之王",具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、活气血等功效。
沙棘:沙棘维生素C含量很高,素有维生素C之王的美称。沙棘广泛应用于食品、医药、轻工等许多领域。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。
苦瓜:具有降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、预防骨质疏松、调节内分泌、抗氧化、抗菌以及提高人体免疫力的功效。
葛根:为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
白子菜:又名“白背三七”,具有降血糖、清热凉血等功效。
桑叶:桑叶中的桑叶多糖具有明显的降血糖功效,并且富含稀有元素如有机硒、锗,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
纽甜:纽甜的甜度为蔗糖的8000-10000倍,根据GB2760-2011食品添加剂卫生标准,纽甜的使用范围为各类食品饮料,使用量为按生产需要适量使用。作为一种功能性甜味剂,纽甜对人体健康无不良影响,不会升高人体血糖值,起有益的调节或促进作用。
本口服液选用产自四川的苦荞、产自甘肃的沙棘、产自江苏的苦瓜、产自河南的葛根、产自广东的白子菜、产自江苏的桑叶和购自山东的纽甜。
通过本配方的科学配比,可以降低高血糖人群及糖尿病患者血糖值以及改善高血糖人群及糖尿病患者长期服用西药对身体器官的伤害。
本发明一个优选实施例降血糖口服液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:首先按下述重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;
步骤二:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别水洗后恒温干燥处理,在75℃-85℃下恒温干燥6-8小时,共干燥3-5次;
步骤三:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别进行机械粉碎,粉碎粒度为80目-100目;
步骤四:经步骤三得到的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入到六个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪中水提,重复提取2次,90℃水煮水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;
步骤五:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液分别进行灭菌处理,灭菌条件为100-140℃下灭菌10-30min;
步骤六:在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液混合后灌装。
在一实施例中,本发明降血糖的制备方法,步骤二中,苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的干燥条件为80℃下,每次恒温干燥8小时,共干燥4次;通过对原料进行高温加热,可以破坏原料中的细胞壁,使原料中的有效成分更容易被水提取出来,同时也达到杀菌的目的。实验过程中发现,在80℃的恒温下进行干燥对原料的破壁效果较好,温度继续升高,破壁效果并没有很大提高,同时还增加了能耗。每次干燥后通风冷却至室温,再加热干燥,共进行4次,快速增温也有利于提高原料的破壁效果。
步骤三中,苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的粉碎粒度为100目,通过对原料进行机械粉碎,粉碎粒径太粗,会对提取效果有影响;粉碎粒径太细,虽然会使原料中的有效成分更容易被水提取出来,但会在提取过程中出现较多的粉末沉在底部,影响口感。因此,粉碎粒度为100目的条件下,提取效果和口感达到平衡。
步骤四中,苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶6种原料分别加入到6个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,超声重复提取2次,90℃水煮提取1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;超声提取两次,目的是将原料中的细胞壁进行破碎,再水煮1次,以便原料中的有效成分更好地溶解在溶剂中。
步骤五中,苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液的灭菌条件为115℃下灭菌20min;再此灭菌条件下,质量标准符合国家规范,继续延长灭菌时间,反而会导致能耗增加。
最后,苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液在无菌条件下混合灌装。灌装采用一次性棕色卡口瓶包装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。
本发明口服液的用法及用量:口服液每支10mL,每日用量为3支,早中晚餐后各1支。
本实施例中,α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率的测定方法:
步骤一:配置溶液:67mmol/LpH为6.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液、1u/mLα-葡萄糖苷酶、3mmol/L的谷胱甘肽溶液、0.1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液、10mmol/L的PNPG溶液;
步骤二:将1mL样品降血糖口服液加入到体积为2mL,浓度为67mmol/L,pH为6.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,再加入0.1mL3mmol/L的谷胱甘肽溶液,最后加入0.25mL浓度为10mmol/L的PNPG溶液开始反应;
步骤三:在37℃条件下进行20min后,加入2mL0.1mol/L的碳酸钠溶液终止反应,用分光光度计测定其在400nm处的吸光度A1,用缓冲溶液代替酶溶液作AC1,用缓冲溶液代替酶溶液和样品液作空白,测定的吸光度记为AC2,用缓冲液代替样品测定的吸光度记为A0。

本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,80℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液35mL、沙棘水提液35mL、苦瓜水提液8mL、葛根水提液0.5mL、白子菜水提液1mL、桑叶水提液0.5mL、纽甜水提液1mL,去离子水19mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.9733mg/mL,口感微苦。
实施例2
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,75℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过90目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液45mL、沙棘水提液38mL、苦瓜水提液11mL、葛根水提液1mL、白子菜水提液2mL、桑叶水提液1mL、纽甜水提液1mL,去离子水1mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.2861mg/mL,口感较苦。
实施例3
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,85℃恒温干燥6小时,干燥3次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过90目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液35mL、沙棘水提液45mL、苦瓜水提液9mL、葛根水提液0.8mL、白子菜水提液3mL、桑叶水提液1.2mL、纽甜水提液2mL,去离子水4mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.8054mg/mL,口感微甜。
实施例4
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,85℃恒温干燥6小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过80目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中100℃灭菌30min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液35mL、沙棘水提液45mL、苦瓜水提液9mL、葛根水提液0.8mL、白子菜水提液3mL、桑叶水提液1.2mL、纽甜水提液2mL,去离子水4mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.4187mg/mL,口感苦。
实施例5
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,85℃恒温干燥6小时,干燥5次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过80目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中140℃灭菌10min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液43mL、沙棘水提液41mL、苦瓜水提液9mL、葛根水提液0.9mL、白子菜水提液2mL、桑叶水提液1.1mL、纽甜水提液2mL,去离子水1mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.1906mg/mL,口感适宜。

本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,80℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液42mL、沙棘水提液40mL、苦瓜水提液8mL、葛根水提液1mL、白子菜水提液1mL、桑叶水提液1.5mL、纽甜水提液3mL,去离子水3.5mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.1877mg/mL,口感适宜。
实施例7
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,80℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过95目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液44mL、沙棘水提液39mL、苦瓜水提液8mL、葛根水提液1mL、白子菜水提液2mL、桑叶水提液1mL、纽甜水提液2mL,去离子水3mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.1583mg/mL,口感微苦。
实施例8
本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,80℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液40mL、沙棘水提液39mL、苦瓜水提液9mL、葛根水提液0.9mL、白子菜水提液4mL、桑叶水提液0.9mL、纽甜水提液2mL,去离子水4.2mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.1499mg/mL,口感适宜。
实施例9

本实施例中的原材料按重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;经水洗后放入干燥箱中,80℃恒温干燥8小时,干燥4次,再经过机械粉碎,粉碎后过100目筛,将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入6个装有300ml去离子水的烧杯中,放入超声仪超声提取2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100ml,纽甜加入去离子水至100ml,再转移至高压灭菌锅中115℃灭菌20min,最后,在无菌条件下,口服液由苦荞水提液40mL、沙棘水提液40mL、苦瓜水提液10mL、葛根水提液1mL、白子菜水提液1mL、桑叶水提液1mL、纽甜水提液5mL,去离子水2mL调制而成,采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。该配比的口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50为0.1496mg/mL,口感适宜。
表1为实施例1-11各配方比降血糖口服液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的半数抑制浓度IC50:
临床研究资料:本发明临床观察病例200例,观察人群年龄段为30-70岁,其中试验组100例,空白组100例,试验组中高血糖患者80例,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者20例,饮用本口服液,口服液每支10mL,每日用量为3支,早中晚餐后各1支;空白组,是指未使用本发明口服液及其他类似降血糖产品。
结果表明,试验者高血糖患者80例中,空腹血糖或餐后两小时血糖值降低≥10%以上达到80例,占100%;试验组糖尿病患者20例中,空腹血糖或餐后两小时血糖值降低≥10%以上达到19例,占95%;空白组高血糖患者80例中,空腹血糖或餐后两小时血糖值降低≥10%以上达到6例,占7.5%;空白组糖尿病患者20例中,空腹血糖或餐后两小时血糖值降低≥10%以上达到1例,占5%;对比试验组和空白组结果,试验组疗效明显优于空白组。

Claims (5)
1.一种降血糖口服液,其特征在于:由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液35%-45%,沙棘水提液35%-45%,苦瓜水提液8%-12%,葛根水提液0.5%-1.5%,白子菜水提液1%-4%,桑叶水提液0.5%-1.5%,纽甜溶液1%-6%,去离子水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降血糖口服液,其特征在于:由下述重量比的原料制成,苦荞水提液40%,沙棘水提液40%,苦瓜水提液10%,葛根水提液1%,白子菜水提液3%,桑叶水提液1%,纽甜溶液5%。
3.一种降血糖口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下具体步骤:
步骤一:首先按下述重量份称取原料,苦荞15g、沙棘10g、苦瓜8g、葛根7.2g、白子菜2.8g、桑叶2g、纽甜0.01g;
步骤二:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别水洗后恒温干燥处理,在75℃-85℃下恒温干燥6-8小时,共干燥3-5次;
步骤三:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别进行机械粉碎,粉碎粒度为80目-100目;
步骤四:经步骤三得到的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶分别加入到六个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,超声水提2次,90℃水提1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;
步骤五:将苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液分别进行灭菌处理,灭菌条件为100-140℃下灭菌10-30min;
步骤六:在无菌条件下,将灭菌后的苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液混合后灌装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的降血糖口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的干燥条件为80℃下,每次恒温干燥8小时,共干燥4次;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶的粉碎粒度为100目;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜和桑叶6种原料分别加入到6个装有300mL去离子水的烧杯中,超声重复提取2次,90℃水煮提取1次,合并滤液,浓缩至100mL,纽甜加入去离子水至100mL;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液的灭菌条件为115℃下灭菌20min;所述苦荞、沙棘、苦瓜、葛根、白子菜、桑叶和纽甜溶液在无菌条件下混合灌装。
5.根据权利要求3所述的降血糖口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述降血糖口服液采用一次性棕色卡口瓶灌装,每瓶10mL,外用塑料口服液包装盒包装。
