Abstract
本发明公开了一种自动动态化辨证治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏及其制备方法,针对各种疾病的病因病机,分别选用不同配方的中药,经煎煮等步骤制成不同配方的贴膏和\或软膏,分别贴敷于人体上部(大椎穴)、中部(膻中穴、神阙穴和\或各脏俞穴)、下部(双涌泉穴)和\或涂敷于病变局部患处(阿是穴)的相关穴位,通过上、中、下组成的“三位一体”的整体施治贴膏系统,依托人体自身五脏一体系统的自动动态化整体调控机制,实现智能化地辩证施治。本发明智能系统贴膏,具有祛邪扶正,升清降浊,畅通气机,整体调理的功效,主治:各科各种常见病证,见感冒、发热、咳喘、泄泻、便秘、肥胖、痹证、眩晕、鼻炎、痔疮、痤疮、湿疹、银屑病等病证。

本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体涉及一种自动动态化辨证治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,还涉及上述系统贴膏的制备方法。
背景技术
市售及各类文献所载的现有治疗疾病的外用贴膏,其不足之处在于:①无中医专业知识的人应用时,难以正确地辩证分型治疗,出现错治、误治、过治的情况。因为给患者贴敷治疗时,需要按疾病的寒、热、燥、湿、滞、郁等病性病机,进行辨证分型治疗;②治疗时不能根据疾病动态变化情况,随时调整治疗的法则和方案,难以进行及时、同步、准确地辩证施治。所以医者应以整体观念为指导,充分考虑疾病的动态变化,参考五行的生克乘侮,六经及三焦、卫气营血的传变规律等,把握疾病的先机,根据病情变化,及时准确辩证施治,掌握有利时机,争取主动,力求及时控制病情的发展变化,实现“未病先防,既病防变,既变防传,瘥后防复”;③只局限于单一穴位或一组穴位的局部贴敷治疗,而没有注重全面系统性整体治疗。因为任何疾病都是整体功能状态失调在全身或局部的反应,不能只注意到局部片面的、当前的、明显的病变,而忽视从疾病的前因后果、发展演变等方面进行整体地系统性综合考虑。
阴阳学说在中医学的应用
人体是一个有机整体,构成人体的脏腑经络形体组织可以根据其所在部位、功能特点划分阴阳。阴阳之间的运动变化,包括阴阳之间相互交感、相互对立、互根互用、制约消长及相互转化的关系。中医学将人体与大自然看成一个统一的整体,机体内部以及机体与环境之间必须保持阴阳的平衡。阴阳平衡和谐,脏腑经络功能正常,气血运行有序,形神相得,则人体保持健康状态。平衡的破坏意味着疾病的发生,阴阳偏盛所形成的病证是实证。阴偏盛导致实寒证,阳偏盛导致实热证;阴阳偏衰所形成的病证是虚证。阴偏衰导致虚热证,阳偏衰导致虚寒证。因而调整阴阳,泻其有余,补其不足,恢复阴阳的协调平衡,是治疗疾病的基本原则。
五行学说在中医学的应用
中医学运用五行学说,将人体的内脏分别归属于五行,以五行的特性来分析五脏的生理功能。如:肝属木,故肝喜调达而恶抑郁,有疏通气血、调畅情志功能;心属火,故心主血脉以维持体温恒定、主神明以为脏腑之主;脾属土,故脾运化水谷,化生精微以营养脏腑形体;肺属金,故肺性清肃、有肃降功能;肾属水,故肾性蛰藏,有藏精、主水功能。运用类比的方法,演绎推理将人体的形体(五脏、六腑、五体、五脉等)、官窍、精神、情志等分归于五脏,同时又将自然界的五方、五季、五气、五色、五味等与五脏联系起来,构建了以五脏为中心的天人相应的五脏一体系统,将人体内外环境联结成一个密切联系的整体。相互收受通应。
一.运用五行相生理论,说明五脏之间相互资生和促进的生理关系,以维持体内正常的生理功能。如木生火,即肝生心,肝藏血,调节血量,可助心行血;肝主疏泄,调畅情志,与心主神明关系密切。火生土,即心生脾,心阳能温煦脾气,加强脾的运化功能。土生金,即脾生肺,脾主运化,化生精微以充养肺气;金生水,即肺生肾,肺气布津,滋养肾阴;肺气肃降,助肾纳气。水生木,即肾生肝,肾精化血养肝;肾阴助肝阴以防肝阳上亢。
二、运用五行相克的理论,说明五脏之间相互制约和抑制的生理关系,以维持体内生理功能的平衡协调和有序状态。如木克土,即肝克脾,肝气疏泄,以防脾气的壅滞,有利于脾的正常运化;土克水,即脾克肾,脾能运化水湿,脾气调节肾水;水克火,即肾克心,肾水上可制约心火;火克金,即心克肺,心火可制约肺气;金克木,即肺气克肝,肺气清肃,可抑制肝阳之上亢。
三、依据五行学说,五脏中每一脏都具有我生、生我和我克、克我的生理关系。说明每一脏在功能上因有他脏的资助而不至于虚损,又因有他脏的制约而不至于过亢。如肝(木)偏盛,则有肾(水)生之;肝(木)偏亢,则有肺(金)克之。这种制化关系把五脏联系成一个有机的整体,从而保证了人体内环境的平衡。
四、五脏之间生理上相互资生、相互制约,因而在病理上必然相互影响,本脏之病可以传至他脏,他脏之病也可以传至本脏。五脏传变规律分为相生关系传变(包括“母病及子”和“子病及母”两方面)和相克关系传变(包括“相乘”和“相侮”两方面)。如肝有病,病传至心,为母病及子;病传至肾,为子病及母;病传至脾,为相乘;病传至肺,为相侮。其他四脏,以此类推。
因此临床治疗时,应该注意:A、“实则泻其子”,指五脏病变之实证,除泻其本脏外,还可以泻其子脏。B、控制疾病的传变:1.先安未受邪之地:根据疾病传变规律,对尚未受邪而可能受到传变的脏腑经络和可能受到影响的气血津液,事先予以调养充实以安扶之,则可以阻止病变传至该处,达到防止其传变,终断其发展的目的。2.截断病传途径:内伤杂病的传变多遵循五脏之间相生相克规律,表里和经络传变等;外感病的传变遵循伤寒的六经传变(即太阳→阳明→少阳→太阴→少阴→厥阴)与温病的卫气营血传变(卫分→气分→营分→血分)及三焦传变(上焦手太阴肺→中焦脾胃→下焦肝肾)。根据疾病的传变规律,及时采取适当的防治措施,截断其传变途径,阻断和防止病变的发展和传变,把病变尽可能控制在较小的范围,以利于疾病的彻底治疗,取得最好的疗效。
脏象学说在中医学的应用
一、五脏与气的关系:凡人体的脏腑经络、形体官窍、气血津液、营卫阴阳无不依赖于气的升降出入来维持其正常的生理功能并相互之间密切关系。脏腑气化功能升降正常,出入有序,方能维持“清阳出上窍,浊阴出下窍;清阳发腠理,浊阴走五脏;清阳实四肢,浊阴归六腑”的正常生理活动,使机体与外界环境不断地进行新陈代谢,从而维持机体内部脏腑经络系统的相对平衡以及机体与周围环境的动态平衡。气有不调之处即为病变本所在之处,因此,一起疾病的发生发展都与气的生成和运行失常有关。
1.肺有节律的一呼一吸,呼浊吸清,一方面实现机体内外的气体交换,主呼吸之气;另一方面主司一身之气的生成和运行,调节全身之气的升降出入运动,进而维持全身气机的协调。即“肺主气,气调则营卫脏腑无所不治”。
2.肝主疏泄,指肝能调畅全身气机,促进血行津布,促进脾胃运化和胆汁分泌排泄,调畅情志活动等,肝的疏泄功能正常,则气机调畅,气血和调,经络通利,脏腑、形体、官窍等的功能活动协调一致。
3.肾主纳气,指肾具有摄纳肺所吸入的清气而维持正常呼吸的功能。人的呼吸由肺所主,但肺吸入之清气,必须下归于肾,由肾加以摄纳潜藏,使其维持一定深度,以利于气体交换。即“肺为气之主,肾为气之根,肺主出气,肾主纳气,阴阳相交,呼吸乃和”。
二、五脏与水液代谢的的关系:水液代谢的调节主要依靠肺、脾、肾、肝和三焦等脏腑生理机能的协调配合来完成的。
1.肺主通调水道,即肺通过宣发和肃降作用对于体内水液的运行、输布和排泄起着疏通和调节作用。肺气的宣发,一方面将脾气转输至肺的水液和水谷之精中的较轻清部分,向上向外布散到全身,以濡润脏腑组织器官;另一方面使一部分被机体代谢利用后的废水或多余的水液,通过呼气以水汽的形式,通过皮肤汗孔以蒸发和排汗的形式而排出体外,即肺同时主司腠理开合。肺气的肃降,一方面将脾气转输至肺的水液和水谷之精中的较稠厚部分,向下向内输布以濡润体内脏腑组织器官;另一方面使大部分被机体代谢利用后的废水或多余的水液不断的下输于肾,经肾和膀胱的气化作用,生成尿液而排出体外。从而维持体内水液代谢的平衡。即“肺主行水”“肺为水之上源”。
2.由于脾居中焦,为气机升降的枢纽,通过对水液的吸收运化和转输作用,与肺、肾、三焦、膀胱等,共同调节和维持人体水液代谢的平衡。若脾失健运,水液(湿)的吸收和输布障碍,水液停聚,可出现水湿痰饮等病理产物。即“脾虚生湿”“脾为生痰之源”“诸湿肿满,皆属于脾”。
3.肾主水,主持和调节全身水液代谢,通过肾的气化作用在以下三方面来实现:一是促进和调节参与水液代谢的脏腑,使其发挥各自的生理功能,从而促进全身的水液代谢;二是升清降浊,肾能将被组织利用后下达膀胱的水液,经肾的蒸腾气化作用升清降浊,清者回吸收,由脾气的传输作用通过三焦水道上腾于肺,重新参与水液代谢;浊者化为尿液,在膀胱气化作用下排出体外;三是司膀胱开闔。尿液的生成和排泄在维持机体水液代谢平衡过程中起着极其关键的作用。
4.因肝主疏泄,能调畅三焦气机,促进肺、脾、肾三脏调节水液代谢的功能,肝的疏泄正常,气机调畅,则三焦气治,气行则水行,保持了水道的畅通,促进津液输布的畅通,无聚湿生痰之患。
5.三焦决渎,利水道,三焦气化功能正常,则水道通利,津液畅行无阻。
三、五脏与水谷饮食运化的关系:饮食的消磨转输,气血精微的化生,虽以脾胃升降运化为主,但脾胃的升降与肝之疏泄、肺的宣发肃降息息相关:A、肝属木,脾胃属土,木克土,土得木而达。肝的疏泄功能可使全身气机疏通畅达,既可以助脾之运化,使清阳之气升发,水谷精微上归于肺;又能助胃之受纳腐熟,促进浊阴之气下降,使食糜下达于小肠。胆汁的分泌,贮藏和排泄均有赖于肝主疏泄、调达气机。肝的疏泄功能正常,则胆汁能正常有序地分泌和排泄,有助于脾胃的的消化吸收功能。B、脾之经脉还循胃口,上膈属肺,肺之清肃与胃同主于降;肺之宣发与脾的升清同主于升;肺的宣肃有协调脾胃升降之功。且肺与大肠相表里,又肺主一身之气,肺气清肃下降,气机调畅,并布散津液,能促进大肠的传导、糟粕的排出;大肠传导正常,糟粕下行,亦有利于肺气的肃降。
五脏相关学说认为:生理上,每一脏对其他四脏都有促进作用。如肾之元阴元阳是各脏的阴阳之本;脾为后天之本,运化水谷精微,对每一脏都有资生的作用;再如心血对各脏的滋养、肺气对各脏之气的补益、肝之疏泄对各脏气机的调节,皆为促进作用。反之,每一脏对其他四脏都有抑制作用,主要体现在各脏之间的阴阳平衡和气机的调畅上,如肾阴与各脏之阳的平衡,肝阳与与各脏之阴的平衡。在病理上,每一脏的病变都会影响其他四脏。
脏腑相合理论认为:心合小肠,肺合大肠,肝合胆,脾合胃,肾合膀胱。生理上,表里相合的脏腑相互为用、相互协同,共同完成其生理活动。病理上,相合脏腑的病变又可相互影响。
经络学说在中医学的应用
人体各个组织器官,均需气血津液以濡润滋养,才能维持其正常的生理活动。而气血津液之所以能通达于全身,发挥其营养脏腑组织器官,抗御外邪,保卫机体的作用,则必须依赖于经络系统的传注方能实现。经络系统是人体各组成部分之间的信息传导网,能够循经感传,双向传导,接受和输出各种信息。
经络系统,由经脉、络脉及其它连属部分组成。是运行全身气血,联络脏腑形体官窍,沟通表里上下内外,感应传导信息,调节体内各部分功能活动的通路系统,是人体特有的组织结构和联络系统。通过有规律的循行和错综复杂的联络交会,纵横交错,网络全身,把人体的五脏六腑、四肢百骸、五官九窍、皮肉筋脉等组织器官联结成一个统一协调共济的有机整体,通过对各脏腑形体官窍的机能活动进行调节,使人体复杂的生理机能相互协调,维持阴阳动态平衡状态,从而保证人体生命活动的正常进行。当发生疾病时,人体自身经络中的经气能入里出表,通上达下,自动动态化感应传导信息(包括疾病病位,寒热、燥湿等病性病机,脏腑相兼病变、并病、合病情况及疾病传变等各种病变信息),聚合转输,反馈整合给天人相应的五脏一体系统。
到目前为止,市场上没有见到治疗疾病的的智能系统贴膏,以实现自动动态化整体辩证治疗疾病。各类文献也没有报道记载,因此需要自动动态化辨证治疗疾病智能系统贴膏生产上市。
发明内容
本发明充分发挥阴阳学说、五行学说、脏象学说、经络学说等在中医临床中的应用,从而克服现有技术的不足,更好地传承发扬祖国医学。本发明目的之一在于提供一种能自动动态化辨证治疗的智能系统贴膏,治疗时,不用医生辨证分型-加减配伍。采取如下技术方案:分别用不同配方的中药贴膏和\或软膏,分别贴敷于人体上部(大椎穴)、中部(膻中穴、神阙穴和\或各脏俞穴)、下部(双涌泉穴)和\或涂于病变局部(阿是穴)的相关穴位,通过上、中、下组成的“三位一体”的整体施治贴膏系统,依托人体自身五脏一体系统的自动动态化整体调控机制,在引经药(包括十二经各经引经药、病证引经药、能载药上行的桔梗和能引药下行的牛膝等)的引导下,接引众药,以经络为渠道,通过经络的传导转输,直入本经,到达病所,发挥其治疗作用。即可因势利导,祛邪外出,及时截断病势,控制传变,又可以调和脏腑,气血,阴阳,使机体从失衡状态向平衡状态转化,进行自动动态化连续性辩证施治,从而实现辩证施治的智能化。在药物(中药四气、五味、升降浮沉性能)与经络(穴位刺激、沟通联系、运行气血、感应传导、调节平衡)效应,神经与体液调节,生物全息与泛作用,放大性与多样性等综合治疗效应作用下,多位点、多通路,多环节,多效应地依托人体自身五脏一体系统的整体调控机制,通过整体调节以促进局部病变的恢复,以恢复和建立相对平衡关系,标本同治而治愈疾病。由于能准确、同步、及时地截断,扭转病势,所以能明显地提高辩证治疗的的准确率,实时性,治愈率。目的之二在于还提供一种制备所述智能系统贴膏的可工业化的制备方法。
针对各种疾病的病因病机,本发明是一种自动动态化辩证治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,其上、中、下三部和\或病变局部(阿是穴),各自有不同的配方:A.上部用大椎穴做为治疗贴敷部位,大椎穴是督脉的经穴,又与手足三阳经相交会,督脉统率和督促全身阳经,为“诸阳之会”,是全身阳脉的交汇点。统摄全身阳气,而太阳主开,少阳主枢,阳明主里,故本穴可清阳明之里,启太阳之开,和解少阳以驱邪外出,它即可治督脉之疾,又可治诸阳经的全身性疾病及外感之邪。当阴阳相争的时候,刺激大椎穴,即可使阴阳平衡:①若阳气被风寒所闭,从此处疏通开泄最“合算”,以通阳解表;②若体内阳热过盛,从此处泻热最“合算”;以退热祛邪;③若身体虚弱,从此处温补也是最为“合算”,以益气壮阳。因为此处可达到“牵一发而动全身”,用一穴就能调动全身阳气的效果。该穴配方,针对各种疾病的具体病因病机,选用以下药物:1.辛散轻扬的发表药,以发散表邪为主要功效,如桂枝、薄荷等,辛既有利于阳气升达,又有利于阴血化生,更有利于温助阳气;2.升脾胃清阳之气药,如升麻、葛根、白芷、柴胡等;3.风药,如防风、荆芥、羌活等,作用:①风药轻扬升散,同气相召,脾气上升,运化乃健,泄泻可止;②有助于化湿,所谓“风胜则燥”,湿见风则干,风药具有燥湿之性。湿邪已祛,脾运得复,清气上升,泄泻自止;③风药能促进肝之阳气升发的作用,肝气升发条达,疏泄乃治;④现代药理研究证明:风药尚有抗过敏作用,即能治疗与结肠过敏有关的慢性泄泻,又能治疗过敏性咳嗽;4.清热药,如芦根、竹叶、青蒿、白薇等,以清解里热为主要功效;5.祛风寒湿药,如独活、威灵仙、木瓜、伸筋草等,具有祛风、除湿、散寒、止痛、通经络等作用;6.祛风湿热药,如秦艽、桑枝、豨签草等,具有祛风除湿、通络止痛、清热消肿等作用;7.平抑肝阳药,如石决明、珍珠母、罗布麻叶等,主人肝经,有平肝潜阳之功效。主治肝阳上亢证,部分兼有清肝火、明月等功效,此外,亦可用治肝阳化风之痉挛抽搐及肝阳上扰之烦躁失眠;8.息风止痉药,如天麻、钩藤、僵蚕等。

II用神阙穴做为治疗贴敷部位,神阙穴属任脉(与六阴经有联系,为“阴脉之海”,调节全身阴经气血),与督脉(与六阳经有联系,为“阳脉之海”,调节全身阳经气血)相通,又为冲脉(调节十二经脉及五脏六腑之气血,为“十二经脉之海”和“五脏六腑之海”)循行之域,“一源三歧”三脉经气相通,共理人体诸经百脉,调节五脏六腑生理活动。该穴配方,针对各种疾病的具体病因病机,选用以下药物治疗:1.疏肝解郁的柴胡,属肝,胆,三焦,心包络诸经引经药,归肝、胆、肺经。苦,辛,微寒,功用为:一、辛行苦泄,在经主气以达阳气,在脏主血以达阴气,宣畅气血,旋转枢机,畅郁阳而化滞阴乃能疏肝解郁,使肝气条达和畅;二、辛散苦泄,微寒退热,善于祛邪解表退热和疏散少阳半表半里之邪。无论风热、风寒表证,皆可使用;三、升举脾胃清阳之气;四、制约诸辛温药,防其温燥太过,截断化热病势;2.载药上行、开宣肺气的桔梗,既升提肺气,复其通调水道之功能,又宣肺利气能通利大小便;3.健脾补中,利水渗湿的茯苓或薏苡仁;4.温里药,以温里祛寒为主要功效,个别药能助阳,如:丁香、吴茱萸、胡椒等;5.化湿药,以化湿运脾为主要功效,如:苍术、厚朴、砂仁等;6.消食药,以消化食积为主要功效,个别药兼行气、活血、祛痰等功效,如:山楂、麦芽、莱菔子等。
III用背俞穴做为治疗贴敷部位,背俞穴是脏腑之气输注于背腰部的腧穴。由于背俞穴是脏腑之气输注和汇聚的部位,在分布上大体与对应的脏腑所在部位的上下排列相接近,因此,主要用于相关脏腑的病变。另外还可用于治疗与对应脏腑经络相联属的组织器官疾患,如:肝开窍于目,主筋,故目疾、筋病可选肝俞。因为脏病(阴病)多与背俞穴(阳部)相关,所以临床上脏病多选其背俞穴治疗。该穴配方,针对各种疾病的具体病因病机,选用以下药物治疗:1.收涩药,以收敛固涩为主要功效,如:浮小麦、五味子、五倍子、乌梅等;2.各类补虚药;3.各类泻实药等。

和\或D.病变局部(阿是穴)患处为治疗涂敷部位,用软膏直接涂敷患处,直达病灶,迅速消除局部病变。病变局部(阿是穴)患处软膏配方,针对各种疾病的具体病因病机,选用以下药物治疗:1.清热药,如黄连、蒲公英等;2.活血化瘀药,如:川芎、乳香、穿山甲、土鳖虫等;3.止血药,如:三七、地榆、血余炭、艾叶等;4.补虚药,如:当归等;5.收涩药,如:五倍子等;6.攻毒杀虫止痒药,如:硫磺、土槿皮等;7.拔毒化腐生肌药,如:炉甘石等;8.开窍药,如:冰片等;9.祛风湿药,如:狗脊、路路通等;10.发散风寒药,如:白芷、细辛等;11.发散风热药,如:薄荷等。

其制备方法皆包括以下步骤:
(1)加水煎煮所选各药的一半量,具体步骤为:按配料比称取所选各药,分别取所选各药的一半量,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间最好为1-1.5小时,合并药液,浓缩为清膏,所述所述清膏的相对密度最好为1.21-1.30(50-60℃);
(2)取第(1)步中所选各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成细粉A,如:粉碎为80-200目的细粉A;
(3)将第(1)步中的清膏与第(2)步中的细粉A调和,干燥,再粉碎为膏状药可接受的细粉B,具体步骤为:在第(1)步的清膏中均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达6%以下,出料冷却至室温后,粉碎成80-200目的细粉B,并称重;
(4)取适量蜂蜜加热炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入适量蜂蜡熔化,再将第(3)步中的细粉B,透皮剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后制成膏状药,加载于贴膏载药体上即可。所述制膏过程是通常过程,最佳方法为:取占细粉B重量30-80%的蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在10%以下,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入占细粉B重量10-30%的蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入占细粉B重量1-2%的氮酮,不断搅拌,充分混匀,直至呈色泽均匀的糊状体后,摊涂于涂胶无纺底布中间的防渗圈内的防渗膜上,盖上防粘纸,包装即得产品。
和\或D.病变局部(阿是穴)软膏,亦有不同的配方,所述软膏的原料还可以包括:基质,如:凡士林,羊毛脂等,防腐剂,如:尼泊金乙酯等。在制备过程中还包括分装膏药的载药体,如:软膏管等。
(1)所述软膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:按配料比称取所述各药,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间为1-1.5小时,分别用七号筛滤过,合并两次煎液,进行浓缩;
(2)取第(1)步中浓缩后的滤液,加一倍量乙醇使沉淀,静置12-24小时,滤取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的稠膏状,并称重;
(3)取适量基质加热熔化,再将第(2)步中的稠膏,适量防腐剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后至冷却,辐照灭菌,分装到软膏管中,密封包装即得。所述制膏过程是通常过程,最佳方法为:取占稠膏重量45-90%的凡士林和5-10%羊毛脂在水浴上加热熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入稠膏,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入占稠膏重量0.05-0.1%的尼泊金乙酯,不断搅拌,充分混合均匀后冷却,辐照灭菌,分装到软膏管中,每支10克,密封包装即得产品。
用以上方法制备的治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,规格为:每贴药量为1.5-5克,最佳为2-3克;和\或病变部位软膏为10克。
用以上方法制备的治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,性状:本品为棕褐色圆形软膏,气味芳香。
本发明的治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,其功能为:祛邪扶正,升清降浊,畅通气机,整体调理。主治:各科各种常见病证,见感冒、发热、咳喘、泄泻、便秘、肥胖、痹证、眩晕、鼻炎、痔疮、痤疮、湿疹、银屑病等病证。
用法用量:治疗时,分别用不同配方的中药贴膏,分别贴敷于人体上部(大椎穴)、中部(膻中穴、神阙穴和\或各脏俞穴)、下部(双涌泉穴)的相关穴位。每个穴位,一次一贴;和\或用不同配方的中药软膏涂敷于病变局部患处(阿是穴),根据具体病证确定贴敷和\或涂敷时长及疗程。

实施例本发明治疗成人咳嗽的智能系统贴膏
成人咳嗽病因:1.外感咳嗽为六淫外邪侵袭肺系,或因吸入烟尘、异味气体,肺气被郁,肺失宣降;2.内伤咳嗽总由脏腑功能失调,内邪干肺所致。成人咳嗽病机:邪犯于肺,肺气上逆。病变主脏在肺,与肝、脾有关,久则及肾。针对成人咳嗽病因病机,本发明上、中、下三部选用不同的药物配方:A.上部大椎穴贴膏的原料组成及用量为:A.上部大椎穴贴膏的原料组成及用量为:桔梗120克、薄荷90克、荆芥88克、白芷90克、葛根40克、升麻22克、竹叶41克。
制备方法为:(1)按配料比称取所述各药,分别取桔梗、薄荷、荆芥、白芷、葛根、升麻、竹叶7味各药的一半量,加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间为1.5小时,合并药液,浓缩为清膏,所述清膏的相对密度为1.25(50-60℃);(2)取第(1)步中7味各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成200目的细粉A;(3)在第(1)步的清膏中,均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在55-60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达5.8%时出料,冷却至室温后,粉碎成200目的细粉B,并称重170克;
(4)取66克蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在5%,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入39克蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入3.4克氮酮,不断搅拌,充分混匀,直至呈色泽均匀的糊状体后,取2克为一份,摊涂于涂胶无纺底布中间的防渗圈内的防渗膜上,盖上防粘纸,包装即得产品。
B.I中部肺俞穴贴膏的原料组成及用量为:桔梗120克、紫苑80克、款冬花78克、白前90克、百合110克、当归71克、黄芪11克。
制备方法为:(1)按配料比称取所述各药,分别取桔梗、紫苑、款冬花、白前、百合、当归、黄芪7味各药的一半量,余同上A中(1);
(2)取第(1)步中7味各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成200目的细粉A;
(3)在第(1)步的清膏中,均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在55-60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达5.8%时出料,冷却至室温后,粉碎成200目的细粉B,并称重194克;
(4)取74克蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在5%,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入44克蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入3.8克氮酮,余同上A中(4)。
II中部膻中穴贴膏的的原料组成及用量为:桔梗110克、旋覆花190克、甘草80克、白芍98克、百部70克、南沙参80克、芦根41克、全瓜蒌41克。
制备方法为:(1)按配料比称取所述各药,分别取桔梗、旋覆花、甘草、白芍、百部、南沙参、芦根、全瓜蒌8味各药的一半量,余同上A中(1);
(2)取第(1)步中8味各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成200目的细粉A;
(3)在第(1)步的清膏中,均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在55-60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达5.8%时出料,冷却至室温后,粉碎成200目的细粉B,并称重246克;
(4)取94克蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在5%,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入56克蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入4.9克氮酮,余同上A中(4)。
III中部神阙穴贴膏的的原料组成及用量为:柴胡130克、桔梗110克、陈皮90克、木香78克、茯苓108克。
制备方法为:(1)按配料比称取所述各药,分别取柴胡、桔梗、陈皮、木香、茯苓5味各药的一半量,余同上A中(1);
2)取第(1)步中5味各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成200目的细粉A;
(3)在第(1)步的清膏中,均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在55-60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达5.8%时出料,冷却至室温后,粉碎成200目的细粉B,并称重179克;
(4)取68克蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在5%,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入41克蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入3.5克氮酮,余同上A中(4)。
C.下部(双涌泉穴)贴膏的的原料组成及用量为:知母60克、牛膝90克、黄芩60克、羌活35克、细辛8克。
制备方法为:(1)按配料比称取所述各药,分别取知母、牛膝、黄芩、羌活、细辛5味各药的一半量,余同上A中(1);
(2)取第(1)步中5味各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成200目的细粉A;
(3)在第(1)步的清膏中,均匀拌入第(2)步中的细粉A,放入干燥箱,在55-60℃以下进行干燥,使含水量达5.8%时出料,冷却至室温后,粉碎成200目的细粉B,并称重88克;
(4)取38克蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在5%,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入20克蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入1.7克氮酮,余同上A中(4)。
具体实施例临床报道
于2011年6月至2018年4月,采用本发明治疗成人咳嗽的智能系统贴膏治疗成人咳嗽90例,并设立对照组50例进行疗效观察,取效良好,现报道如下:

2.治疗方法
2.1治疗组:单独用本发明治疗成人咳嗽的智能系统贴膏外贴治疗,对于白细胞计数偏高,体温过高,肺部炎症及其他并发症状明显者加用抗感染等综合治疗,24小时换药一次。
2.2对照组:单独用市售咳喘膏(如:河南省安阳市中智药业有限公司生产的咳喘膏)外贴治疗,按说明书用法用量。综合治疗同治疗组。两组均7天1疗程。
3.疗效分析
3.1疗效标准 治愈:咳嗽、咳痰消失,其它体症均消失;有效:咳嗽明显减轻,咳痰减少,其它体症均减轻;无效:咳嗽及其它体症无减轻或加重。

以上结果经统计学处理,P<0.01,表明治疗组与对照组在治愈率和总有效率上均有显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗组90例中均未发现毒副作用。
4、典型病例:左××,男,65岁,因午后潮热伴干咳半月来就诊。患者平素盗汗,手足心热,大便干,喜食冷饮,睡觉时盖不住被子,喜欢俯卧而睡,属阴虚火旺体质。本次发病于半月前高热后引起,曾先后静滴清开灵针、左氧氟沙星、地米针等,肌注柴胡针,口服咳必清、川贝枇杷膏等,治疗效果不佳。现仍午后潮热伴干咳,现症状:午后潮热伴干咳无痰,咳声嘶哑,口干咽燥,盗汗,手足心热,食少纳呆,大便干结。体检:腋温37.8℃,两颧发红,舌质红,花剥苔,脉细数,听诊两肺呼吸音粗。诊断:肺阴亏耗证咳嗽。单用本发明实施例的治疗成人咳嗽的智能系统贴膏外贴治疗。第二天复查,腋温37.5℃,咳嗽次数减少。又连用3次后复查,腋温37℃,干咳消失,食欲增强,盗汗减轻。又续用3次后复查,腋温36.9℃,无盗汗,手足心热,诸证痊愈。半年后随访未再复发。
最后应说明的是:以上所述具体实施方式可以使本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。因此,本领域技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换;而一切不脱离本发明的精神和技术实质的技术方案及其改进,其均应涵盖在本发明专利的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种治疗疾病的智能系统贴膏,其系统架构集成是:分别用不同配方的中药贴膏和\或软膏,分别贴敷于人体上部、中部、下部和\或涂敷于病变局部患处,组成上、中、下“三位一体”的整体施治贴膏系统,多位点、多通路,多环节,多效应地依托人体自身五脏一体系统的自动动态化整体调控机制,实现智能化地辩证施治。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统贴膏,其特征在于,分别用不同配方的中药贴膏和\或软膏,分别贴敷于人体上部的大椎穴、中部的膻中穴、神阙穴和\或各脏俞穴、下部的双涌泉穴和\或涂敷于病变局部患处(阿是穴)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统贴膏,其特征在于,不同配方的中药贴膏和\或软膏,其原料药物包括十二经各经引经药,病证引经药,及能载药上行的桔梗,引药下行的牛膝,用以引导众药直入本经,到达病所。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统贴膏,其特征在于,针对各种疾病的具体病因病机,分别选用以下药物:A.上部大椎穴贴膏:①发表药;②升脾胃清阳之气药;③风药;④清热药;⑤祛风寒湿药;⑥祛风湿热药;⑦平抑肝阳药;⑧息风止痉药;B.中部I膻中穴贴膏:①载药上行、开宣肺气的桔梗;②补气药;③理气药;④降气药;⑤活血化瘀药;⑥补血药;⑦补阴药;⑧清热药;⑨化痰止咳平喘药;II神阙穴贴膏:①疏肝解郁的柴胡;②载药上行、开宣肺气的桔梗;③健脾补中,利水渗湿的茯苓或薏苡仁;④温里药;⑤化湿药;⑥消食药;III和\或各脏俞穴贴膏:①收涩药;②各类补虚药;③各类泻实药;C.下部双涌泉穴贴膏:①能引药下行的牛膝;②能引热(火)下行的吴茱萸;③能引火归原,助阳补虚的肉桂;④清热药;⑤滋肾阴、泻肾火的知母;⑥温肺散寒化饮药;⑦祛风湿强筋骨药。D.和\或病变局部(阿是穴)软膏:(1)清热药;(2)活血化瘀药;(3)止血药;(4)补虚药;(5)收涩药;(6)攻毒杀虫止痒药;(7)拔毒化腐生肌药;(8)开窍药;(9)祛风湿药;(10)发散风寒药;(11)发散风热药。
5.根据权利要求4所述的系统贴膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述上、中、下三部各自不同配方的外贴膏,皆分别依次是通过包括以下步骤的制备方法制备的:(1)加水煎煮所选各药的一半量;(2)取第(1)步中各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成细粉A;(3)将第(1)步中的清膏与第(2)步中的细粉A调和,干燥,再粉碎为膏状药可接受的细粉B;(4)取适量蜂蜜加热炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入适量蜂蜡熔化,再将第(3)步中的细粉B,适量透皮剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后,制成膏状药;所述和\或病变局部(阿是穴)软膏,是通过包括以下步骤的制备方法制备的:取所述各药加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间为1-1.5小时,分别用七号筛滤过,合并两次煎液,进行浓缩;(2)取第(1)步中浓缩后的滤液,加一倍量乙醇使沉淀,静置12-24小时,滤取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的稠膏状;(3)取适量基质加热熔化,再将第(2)步中的稠膏,适量防腐剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后至冷却,制成软膏状药。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的的系统贴膏的制备方法,所述上、中、下三部各自不同配方的外贴膏,皆分别依次是通过包括以下步骤的制备方法制备的:(1)加水煎煮所选各药的一半量;(2)取第(1)步中各药剩余部分,将其粉碎成细粉A;(3)将第(1)步中的清膏与第(2)步中的细粉A调和,干燥,再粉碎为膏状药可接受的细粉B;(4)取适量蜂蜜加热炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入适量蜂蜡熔化,再将第(3)步中的细粉B,适量透皮剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后,制成膏状药;所述和\或病变局部(阿是穴)软膏,是通过包括以下步骤的制备方法制备的:取所述各药加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间为1-1.5小时,分别用七号筛滤过,合并两次煎液,进行浓缩;(2)取第(1)步中浓缩后的滤液,加一倍量乙醇使沉淀,静置12-24小时,滤取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的稠膏状;(3)取适量基质加热熔化,再将第(2)步中的稠膏,适量防腐剂,分次逐渐加入,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后至冷却,制成软膏状药。
7.根据权利要求6所述的的制备方法,其特征在于,所述上、中、下三部各自不同配方的外贴膏,在所述第(1)步中,皆是:加水煎煮两次,合并煎液,每次煎煮时间为1-1.5小时,所述清膏的相对密度在50-60℃时为1.21-1.30;所述和\或病变局部(阿是穴)软膏:在所述第(1)步中是:加水煎煮两次,每次煎煮的时间为1-1.5小时,分别用七号筛滤过,合并两次煎液,进行浓缩。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述上、中、下三部各自不同配方的外贴膏,在所述第(2)步中,皆是:所述细粉A为80-200目的细粉;在所述的第(3)步中,皆是:干燥温度为60℃以下,使含水量达6%以下,出料冷却至室温后粉碎成80-200目的细粉B;所述和\或病变局部(阿是穴)软膏:在所述第(2)步中是:取第(1)步中浓缩后的滤液,加一倍量乙醇使沉淀,静置12-24小时,滤取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的稠膏状;在所述的第(3)步中是:所述适量基质是占稠膏重量45-90%的凡士林和5-10%羊毛脂,所述适量防腐剂占稠膏重量0.05-0.1%的尼泊金乙酯;取所述凡士林和羊毛脂在水浴上加热熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入稠膏,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入所述防腐剂,不断搅拌,充分混合均匀后冷却,辐照灭菌,分装到软膏管中,每支10克,密封包装即得产品。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述上、中、下三部各自不同配方的外贴膏,在所述第(4)步中,皆是:所述适量蜂蜜是占细粉B重量30-80%的蜂蜜,所述适量蜂蜡是占细粉B重量10-30%的蜂蜡,所述透皮剂是占细粉B重量1-2%的氮酮;皆是:取所述蜂蜜,加热至119——122℃,含水量在10%以下,密度为1.40左右,炼至表面翻腾着红棕色光泽较大气泡时,加入所述蜂蜡熔化,滤过,冷至58-82℃时,不断搅拌,缓慢加入细粉B,在45-55℃条件下,不断搅拌,加入所述透皮剂,不断搅拌,充分混匀,直至呈色泽均匀的糊状体后,摊涂于涂胶无纺底布中间的防渗圈内的防渗膜上,盖上防粘纸,包装即得产品。
