取制备好的胶原蛋白肽9.7 kg,维生素C 0.05 kg,甜菊糖0.015 kg,柠檬酸0.02kg混合均匀,按照每包20g进行分包包装,食用时加温水冲服即可。

胶原蛋白肽粉的制备:将海洋鱼皮清洗干燥后,浸泡在0.05mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,常温浸泡2h后分离出海洋鱼皮,用蒸馏水清洗干净;将处理过的海洋鱼皮放入重其8倍的蒸馏水中,加入1%的中性蛋白酶酶解4h得胶原蛋白溶液,酶解温度为45℃,酶解压力为0.03MPa;向酶解得到的胶原蛋白溶液中加入重其1.5%的活性炭吸附,在常温下,压力控制在0.03MPa,50min后分离纯化出胶原蛋白溶液,向胶原蛋白溶液中加入β-环糊精进行包覆,然后在40℃喷雾干燥得胶原蛋白肽粉。
取制备好的胶原蛋白肽9.5 kg,维生素C 0.04 kg,甜菊糖0.01 kg,柠檬酸0.02kg混合均匀,按照每包20g进行分包包装,食用时加温水冲服即可。
针对本发明对骨骼的效果,动物实验如下:
1. 股骨重量
如图1所示,与低钙对照组比较,** p < 0.01
与低钙对照组相比,中、高剂量组和碳酸钙组股骨重量差异均有统计学意义( p <0.01 )。高剂量组股骨重量不低于同剂量碳酸钙对照组。
2. 股骨钙含量
如图2所示,与低钙对照组比较,* p < 0.05,** p < 0.01
与低钙对照组相比,中、高剂量组和碳酸钙组股骨钙含量差异有统计学意义( p <0.05,p < 0.01 )。高剂量组股骨钙含量不低于同剂量碳酸钙对照组。
3. 股骨骨密度
如图3所示,与低钙对照组比较,* p < 0.05,** p < 0.01
与低钙对照组相比,中、高剂量组和碳酸钙组股骨远心端骨密度差异有统计学意义( p< 0.05,p < 0.01 )。高剂量组股骨远心端骨密度不低于碳酸钙组。
如图4所示,与低钙对照组比较,* p < 0.05,** p < 0.01
与低钙对照组相比,中、高剂量组和碳酸钙组股骨中点骨密度差异均布有统计学意义( p < 0.05,p < 0.01 )。高剂量组股骨中点骨密度不低于碳酸钙组。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:包括以下质量分数的原料:胶原蛋白肽粉95-98%,维生素C 0.1-1%,甜菊糖0.1-0.3%,柠檬酸0.5-3%;所述胶原蛋白肽为海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽,采用以下方法获得:将海洋鱼皮预处理后进行酶解得胶原蛋白溶液,然后脱色脱腥,分离纯化,喷雾干燥得胶原蛋白肽粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:包括以下质量分数的原料:胶原蛋白肽97.35%,维生素C 0.5%,甜菊糖0.15%,柠檬酸2%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼皮的预处理过程为:将海洋鱼皮清洗干燥后,浸泡在0.05mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中,常温浸泡2-4h后分离出海洋鱼皮,用蒸馏水清洗干净。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:所述酶解过程为:将处理过的海洋鱼皮放入重其8-10倍的蒸馏水中,加入1-1.5%的中性蛋白酶酶解4-8h得胶原蛋白溶液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:酶解温度为25-45℃,酶解压力为0.01-0.03MPa。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:所述脱色脱腥处理过程为:向酶解得到的胶原蛋白溶液中加入重其1.5-2.5%的活性炭吸附,30-50min后分离纯化出胶原蛋白溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:脱色脱腥温度在常温下进行,压力控制在0.03-0.05MPa。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:喷雾干燥前向胶原蛋白溶液中加入β-环糊精进行包覆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:喷雾干燥温度为40-70℃。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种含有海洋鱼皮胶原低聚肽的多肽组合物,其特征在于:所述海洋鱼皮选用三文鱼或龙利鱼鱼皮。
