Abstract

本发明公布一种含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物,该组合物中两者的重量份配比为:姜黄素1‑10份,刺梨汁10‑100份。该组合物具有协同增效保护肝脏功能的作用,以此组合物为核心组分,添加必要辅料和常规工艺,可制备具有解酒护肝作用的功能性食品、保健食品、特殊医学用途食品和老年食品,适合人们长期保健食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种解酒护肝作用的组合物,尤其涉及一种含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物及应用,属于食品保健领域。
背景技术
刺梨为蔷薇科多年生落叶灌木缫丝花的果实。刺梨含丰富的维生素和有机酸,其维生素C含量是所有水果之首,还富含超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),单宁等成分。因而,刺梨具有较为广泛的生理保健作用。
姜黄素是从姜科、天南星科中一些植物的根茎所含的一种低分子多酚化合物,现代医学研究表明姜黄素具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎等作用。
近年来,随着生活水平不断提高以及多坐少动的工作方式和应酬增多,被称为“富贵病”的脂肪肝检出率越来越高,目前估计国内有超过1.5亿脂肪肝患者。然而,迄今为止,在全球范围内对脂肪肝的发病机制仍缺乏清晰了解,也缺乏有效的治疗手段。而改变生活方式包括运动、饮食和行为的改变仍是应对脂肪肝的最佳策略。因此,开发适合长期食用的具有保肝护肝作用的食品具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物及其应用,其可长期服用,发挥护肝作用。
本发明姜黄素刺梨汁的组合物及其应用,具有以下特征:
1)姜黄素1-8份,刺梨汁10-100份。
2)进一步地,所述的刺梨汁是100%原汁或由100%原汁稀释后而得。
3)进一步地,所述的100%刺梨原汁含有维生素C 500mg~2500mg/100ml。
4)进一步地,所述的组合物在制备用于护肝的保健食品、功能性食品、特殊医学用途食品和老年食品的应用。
5)进一步地,所述组合物加上辅料或辅助性成分,制备成饮料、粉剂、片剂、胶囊、凝胶糖果、浸膏、流质/半流质。
本发明的有益效果
本发明提供一种含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物,利用二者在一定配比范围内,在护肝方面具有协同增效作用,使得可以在达到同等保健效果条件下减少服用剂量,降低成本、提高保健效果。同时,姜黄素与刺梨汁搭配后,可以降低刺梨汁的涩味,使得口感柔和,容易为人们喜爱。
具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
取姜黄素10g,刺梨汁100g(100%原汁),经混合、均质、杀菌等常规工艺制成饮料。
实施例2
取姜黄素10g,刺梨汁500g(100%原汁),加入环糊精,经溶解、混合、均质、喷雾干燥等常规工艺制成粉剂。
实施例3
取姜黄素80g,刺梨汁800g(100%原汁),加入环糊精,经溶解、混合、均质、喷雾干燥、制粒、压片等常规工艺制成片剂。
实施例4
取姜黄素80g,刺梨汁8000g(100%原汁),加入环糊精,经溶解、混合、均质、喷雾干燥、制粒、填充等常规工艺制成胶囊。
实施例5
取姜黄素50g,刺梨汁2500(100%原汁),加入明胶、糖浆、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠,经溶解、混合、熬糖、熬胶、混合、脱气、浇注、冷却脱模等常规工艺制成软糖。
本发明组合物的协同增效解酒护肝功效验证:
1.实验材料
健康成年雄性大鼠,SD种,大鼠适应期结束时,体重200±20g。
2.试验方法
SD大鼠100只,雄性,体重200±20g,按体重随机分组,10只SD动物给予维持饲料作为空白对照组,其余采用56度白酒6.72g/(kg·d)灌胃的方法制作酒精性肝病大鼠模型,连续造模4周,四周后,按体重随机分为模型对照组、维生素C组(50mg/day)、姜黄素组、刺梨汁组、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5共9组(实施例1-5组使用实施例的组方,剂量以固形物计为100mg/day,用蒸馏水稀释成等体积灌胃样品),每组10只。
受试样品给予时间为30天。12个样品组每天经口给予受试样品,空白组和模型组同时给予同体积的相应溶剂,模型对照组及12个样品组继续给予酒精,并定期称量体重,于实验结束时取血清和肝组织,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平及肝组织中SOD、MDA水平取肝组织,具体步骤按试剂盒说明操作;部分肝组织40g/L甲醛固定,石蜡包埋、切片,常规HE染色并观察。
3.试验结果
各组对酒精性肝损伤大鼠的影响如表1所示,结果表明:
1)酒精性肝损伤模型建模成功。
2)姜黄素组中大鼠血清ALT和AST水平低于模型对照组,而肝组织SOD活性高于模型对照组,表明姜黄素具有护肝作用;此外,数据表明刺梨汁也具有一定的护肝作用;而单纯的维生素C护肝效果比较差。
3)姜黄素刺梨汁的组合物各实施例中,大鼠血清ALT和AST水平显著低于模型对照组,肝组织SOD活性显著高于模型对照组而MDA的含量低于模型组,从结果上看,其护肝效果明显优于单一姜黄素、刺梨汁组、维生素C,说明姜黄素刺梨汁组合物在一定比例范围内在肝脏保护上有协同增效作用。
4)肝组织切片:空白组的肝组织中中央静脉为中心呈放射状排列:模型组大鼠肝小叶结构紊乱,肝细胞出现大、小泡性脂肪变性,以大泡性为主,伴有点、灶状坏死,炎性细胞浸润;刺梨汁、姜黄素组和维生素C组的肝组织脂肪变性较模型组轻,而各实施例组大鼠肝组织脂肪变性、坏死及炎性改变较之上述组有不同程度的减轻,进一步说明各实施例组的护肝效果优于单一姜黄素、刺梨汁和维生素C的保肝作用。

结论
综上所述,姜黄素刺梨汁组合物有助于保护酒精性肝损伤,两者在一定比例范围内具有协同增效作用,比单独的姜黄素或刺梨汁效果更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物,该组合物由以下重量份组成:姜黄素1-8份,刺梨汁10-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物,其特征在于,刺梨汁是100%刺梨原汁或由原汁稀释而得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含姜黄素和刺梨汁的组合物,其特征在于,刺梨汁含有维生素C范围500mg~2500mg/100ml。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的含姜黄素与刺梨汁的组合物在制备具有解酒护肝作用的保健食品、功能食品、特殊医学用途食品和老年食品中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述保健食品、功能食品、特殊医学用途食品和老年食品的剂型是饮料、粉剂、片剂、胶囊、凝胶糖果、浸膏、流质/半流质。
