本发明属于蚕丝处理技术领域,具体涉及一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维。
背景技术
中国是蚕桑文化的发源地,是全球最大的茧丝绸生产国和供应国,在国际茧丝绸市场上占有主导的地位和绝对的垄断地位,为国民经济和出口创汇做出了重大贡献。由于我国桑蚕生产新区发展迅速,目前,生产技术滞后,生产环境相对恶劣,生产条件差,再加上蚕茧价格的波动,蚕茧茧质也存在不同幅度的下降。在蚕茧分类上,蚕茧主要分为上车茧和下茧,下茧主要包括双宫茧、黄斑茧、柴印茧、畸形茧、薄皮茧、死笼茧、蛆孔茧等,随着茧质的下降,下茧的比例不断增加,随之而来的是缫丝下脚料也不断增加。据不完全统计,全国每年生产的桑蚕下茧在5-6万吨,桑条吐、汰头片约5万吨。这些大批的下茧和桑条吐、汰头片,只能进行深加工变成绢纺原料,加工成桑绵球和蚕丝被等。
现在技术生产的蚕丝纤维保湿性能较差,力学性能一般,在纺织过程中易断裂,造成大量资源浪费,成品质量较低的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,对蚕丝纤维进行二次改性处理,处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
将蚕丝纤维浸泡在质量分数为3.4-3.6%的月桂醇溶液中,然后再采用超声波处理33-38s,然后过滤,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝纤维清洗,自然晾干;将处理后的蚕丝纤维置于等离子体输送带上,等离子体设备通过一个高压电极、一个负极地线电极、中间隔绝一层耐高压绝缘层产生的电离子对蚕丝纤维进行低温等离子体改性处理130-140s/100g,并且在常压状态下对蚕丝纤维进行等离子体改性处理;
(2)一次改性处理:
将上述处理后的蚕丝纤维添加到其质量10倍的清水中,然后向清水中添加蚕丝纤维质量0.3-0.5%的硫酸铵、1.2-1.5%的六偏磷酸钠、3.2-3.4%的海藻酸钠,水浴加热至75℃,以120r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后保温静置4小时,然后过滤,自然晾干;
(3)二次改性处理:
将木聚糖溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量分数为9-10%的木聚糖溶液,然后然后再添加木聚糖质量5.5%的马来酸盐,加热至180℃,以500r/min转速搅拌2小时,得到混合溶液;向混合溶液中加入其质量4-5%的三乙胺,在120℃保温下反应2小时,然后将反应产物在乙醇中沉淀,经过滤、洗涤、干燥后,粉碎,研磨,过300目筛,得到改性剂;将改性剂按41-44g:200mL的比例溶解于乙醇溶液中,得到改性液;将蚕丝按81-84g:300mL的比例添加到改性液中,然后再将改性液添加到反应釜中,向反应釜中通入氦气,排除空气后,抽真空,然后浸渍41-43min,然后过滤过蚕丝,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝表面清洗,真空干燥至恒重,即得。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明通过采用月桂醇溶液对蚕丝纤维进行处理,可有效松散桑蚕丝纤维的内部结构,进而提升其柔软性,便于后续处理效果,然后通过对处理后的蚕丝纤维进行等离子体处理,蚕丝纤维表面将引入羟基、羧基、环氧基、过氧化氢物等活性基团,然后再进行改性处理,铵盐、六偏磷酸钠、海藻酸钠可与桑蚕丝纤维分子链间形成氢键,提升了分子链内及分子链间氢键的产生率,促进了蚕丝蛋白无规线团及α-螺旋结构向更稳定的β-折叠结构的转变,进而提升了整体结构的稳定性和强度,尤其是显著的提高蚕丝纤维的干断裂强度,而且还能够明显的提高蚕丝纤维的断裂伸长率,同时经过处理后的桑蚕丝表面积增大,透气性更佳,耐温性提升;本发明通过对蚕丝纤维的二次改性处理,能够显著提高蚕丝纤维的保湿性能,使得改性后的蚕丝纤维的回潮率和含水率均远远大于未改性蚕丝纤维,说明经过本发明改性后蚕丝纤维的吸湿性能明显提高,这是因为经过本发明改性处理后的蚕丝纤维含有更多的亲水基团,并且,改性后的蚕丝纤维的结晶度有所降低,增加了对水的亲和力,提高了吸湿性能。

将蚕丝纤维浸泡在质量分数为3.4-3.6%的月桂醇溶液中,然后再采用超声波处理33-38s,然后过滤,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝纤维清洗,自然晾干;将处理后的蚕丝纤维置于等离子体输送带上,等离子体设备通过一个高压电极、一个负极地线电极、中间隔绝一层耐高压绝缘层产生的电离子对蚕丝纤维进行低温等离子体改性处理130-140s/100g,并且在常压状态下对蚕丝纤维进行等离子体改性处理;
(2)一次改性处理:
将上述处理后的蚕丝纤维添加到其质量10倍的清水中,然后向清水中添加蚕丝纤维质量0.3-0.5%的硫酸铵、1.2-1.5%的六偏磷酸钠、3.2-3.4%的海藻酸钠,水浴加热至75℃,以120r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后保温静置4小时,然后过滤,自然晾干;
(3)二次改性处理:
将木聚糖溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量分数为9-10%的木聚糖溶液,然后然后再添加木聚糖质量5.5%的马来酸盐,加热至180℃,以500r/min转速搅拌2小时,得到混合溶液;向混合溶液中加入其质量4-5%的三乙胺,在120℃保温下反应2小时,然后将反应产物在乙醇中沉淀,经过滤、洗涤、干燥后,粉碎,研磨,过300目筛,得到改性剂;将改性剂按41-44g:200mL的比例溶解于乙醇溶液中,得到改性液;将蚕丝按81-84g:300mL的比例添加到改性液中,然后再将改性液添加到反应釜中,向反应釜中通入氦气,排除空气后,抽真空,然后浸渍41-43min,然后过滤过蚕丝,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝表面清洗,真空干燥至恒重,即得。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液为将月桂醇溶于无水乙醇中得到。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述超声波功率为500W,频率为30kHz。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液浸泡温度为55-58℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述等离子体处理功率为850-880W。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述马来酸盐为马来酸钾。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺溶剂。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述乙醇溶液质量分数为80%。

实施例2
一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,对蚕丝纤维进行二次改性处理,处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
将蚕丝纤维浸泡在质量分数为3.4-3.6%的月桂醇溶液中,然后再采用超声波处理33-38s,然后过滤,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝纤维清洗,自然晾干;将处理后的蚕丝纤维置于等离子体输送带上,等离子体设备通过一个高压电极、一个负极地线电极、中间隔绝一层耐高压绝缘层产生的电离子对蚕丝纤维进行低温等离子体改性处理130-140s/100g,并且在常压状态下对蚕丝纤维进行等离子体改性处理;
(2)一次改性处理:
将上述处理后的蚕丝纤维添加到其质量10倍的清水中,然后向清水中添加蚕丝纤维质量0.3-0.5%的硫酸铵、1.2-1.5%的六偏磷酸钠、3.2-3.4%的海藻酸钠,水浴加热至75℃,以120r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后保温静置4小时,然后过滤,自然晾干;
(3)二次改性处理:
将木聚糖溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量分数为9-10%的木聚糖溶液,然后然后再添加木聚糖质量5.5%的马来酸盐,加热至180℃,以500r/min转速搅拌2小时,得到混合溶液;向混合溶液中加入其质量4-5%的三乙胺,在120℃保温下反应2小时,然后将反应产物在乙醇中沉淀,经过滤、洗涤、干燥后,粉碎,研磨,过300目筛,得到改性剂;将改性剂按41-44g:200mL的比例溶解于乙醇溶液中,得到改性液;将蚕丝按81-84g:300mL的比例添加到改性液中,然后再将改性液添加到反应釜中,向反应釜中通入氦气,排除空气后,抽真空,然后浸渍41-43min,然后过滤过蚕丝,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝表面清洗,真空干燥至恒重,即得。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液为将月桂醇溶于无水乙醇中得到。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述超声波功率为500W,频率为30kHz。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液浸泡温度为55-58℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述等离子体处理功率为850-880W。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述马来酸盐为马来酸钾。
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺溶剂。
进一步的,步骤(3)中所述乙醇溶液质量分数为80%。
进一步的,步骤(3)中抽真空为抽至真空度为0.0125MPa。
进一步的,步骤(3)中真空干燥温度为40℃。
实施例3
一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,对蚕丝纤维进行二次改性处理,处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:

对比例3:与实施例1区别仅在于不经过步骤(2)处理。
对比例4:与实施例1区别仅在于步骤(2)中不添加海藻酸钠。
对比例5:与实施例1区别仅在于不经过步骤(3)处理。
对比例6:与实施例1区别仅在于步骤(3)中不添加马来酸钠。
对比例7:与实施例1区别仅在于步骤(3)中不添加三乙胺。
对比例8:与实施例1区别仅在于步骤(3)中采用常压浸渍处理。
试验
将同批蚕丝分别采用实施例与对比例方法进行处理,然后进行力学性能检测对比:

对照组为未处理的蚕丝;
由表1可以看出,本发明对蚕丝纤维的处理,不仅能显著的提高蚕丝纤维的干断裂强度,而且还能够明显的提高蚕丝纤维的断裂伸长率。
将同批蚕丝分别采用实施例与对比例方法进行处理,然后进行保湿性能检测对比:

对照组为未处理的蚕丝;
由表2可以看出,本发明对蚕丝纤维的处理,能够显著的提高蚕丝纤维的保湿性。
Claims (10)
1.一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,对蚕丝纤维进行二次改性处理,处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
将蚕丝纤维浸泡在质量分数为3.4-3.6%的月桂醇溶液中,然后再采用超声波处理33-38s,然后过滤,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝纤维清洗,自然晾干;将处理后的蚕丝纤维置于等离子体输送带上,等离子体设备通过一个高压电极、一个负极地线电极、中间隔绝一层耐高压绝缘层产生的电离子对蚕丝纤维进行低温等离子体改性处理130-140s/100g,并且在常压状态下对蚕丝纤维进行等离子体改性处理;
(2)一次改性处理:
将上述处理后的蚕丝纤维添加到其质量10倍的清水中,然后向清水中添加蚕丝纤维质量0.3-0.5%的硫酸铵、1.2-1.5%的六偏磷酸钠、3.2-3.4%的海藻酸钠,水浴加热至75℃,以120r/min转速搅拌2小时,然后保温静置4小时,然后过滤,自然晾干;
(3)二次改性处理:
将木聚糖溶解在溶剂中,配置成质量分数为9-10%的木聚糖溶液,然后然后再添加木聚糖质量5.5%的马来酸盐,加热至180℃,以500r/min转速搅拌2小时,得到混合溶液;向混合溶液中加入其质量4-5%的三乙胺,在120℃保温下反应2小时,然后将反应产物在乙醇中沉淀,经过滤、洗涤、干燥后,粉碎,研磨,过300目筛,得到改性剂;将改性剂按41-44g:200mL的比例溶解于乙醇溶液中,得到改性液;将蚕丝按81-84g:300mL的比例添加到改性液中,然后再将改性液添加到反应釜中,向反应釜中通入氦气,排除空气后,抽真空,然后浸渍41-43min,然后过滤过蚕丝,采用去离子水对过滤后的蚕丝表面清洗,真空干燥至恒重,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液为将月桂醇溶于无水乙醇中得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述超声波功率为500W,频率为30kHz。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述月桂醇溶液浸泡温度为55-58℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述等离子体处理功率为850-880W。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述马来酸盐为马来酸钾。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述溶剂为二甲基乙酰胺溶剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述乙醇溶液质量分数为80%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(3)中抽真空为抽至真空度为0.0125MPa。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高品质改性蚕丝纤维,其特征在于,步骤(3)中真空干燥温度为40℃。
