本实施方式提供了一种抗UV美纹纸胶带,依次设有的离型层、美纹纸基材层、抗UV胶层和普通橡胶基压敏胶层,所述抗UV胶层由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料20‑30份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10‑90份、抗氧剂1‑3份、UV吸收剂1‑3份。本发明抗UV美纹纸胶带上涂布两层胶水层,一层抗UV性能优秀、压敏性能较差的胶水层,在此基础上再涂布一层普通橡胶基压敏胶层,同时满足抗UV和贴合性能的要求且生产工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种美纹纸胶带,尤其涉及一种抗UV美纹纸胶带。
背景技术
美纹纸胶带广泛应用汽车喷漆、家装、电子行业等领域,按应用场合分类可大致分为室内和室外应用。由于美纹胶带大多涂布天然橡胶基压敏胶,而普通橡胶基压敏胶通常抗UV(即紫外线)效果较差,因而限制了美纹胶带的户外应用。
美纹纸胶带根据基材、用途、胶水种类可移分为很多类,大体而言,常见的胶带结构一般都包括离型层、基材、胶层三个部分。目前提高抗UV的主要通过两个途径,即屏蔽反射和吸收UV光两种途径,屏蔽反射紫外线可通过氧化锌、钛白粉等无机填料实现,吸收紫外线可通过UV吸收剂实现。普通橡胶基压敏胶抗UV性能差,但压敏性好,制作的压敏胶润湿性好,饱和合成橡胶三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和SEBS等抗UV性能较好,但制成的压敏性差。因此,现有普通橡胶基压敏胶不能同时满足美纹胶带户外良好应用的两个条件,即良好润湿贴合效果和抗UV性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决现有美纹纸胶带的上述技术问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗UV美纹纸胶带,依次设有的离型层、美纹纸基材层、抗UV胶层和普通橡胶基压敏胶层,所述抗UV胶层由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料20-30份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10-90份、抗氧剂1-3 份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300 份、无机填料1-30份、普通天然橡胶80-100份、热塑性弹性体SIS 1-20份、石油树脂50-120份、橡胶油1-20份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述饱和合成橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、SEPS和乙丙橡胶
等饱和合成橡胶中的一种。
进一步地,所述无机填料为1500目及以上目数的碳酸钙、氧化锌、钛白粉
等无机填料。
进一步地,所述抗UV胶层的厚度为10-20um。
进一步地,所述普通天然橡胶基压敏胶层的厚度为10-20um。
一种抗UV美纹纸胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:抗UV胶层胶水的制备,向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料20-30 份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10-90份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2 份,搅拌直至完全溶解混合均匀,即完成抗UV胶层胶水的制备;
步骤2:普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水的制备,向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料1-30份、普通天然橡胶80-100份、热塑性弹性体SIS 1-20份、石油树脂50-120 份、橡胶油1-20份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份,搅拌至溶解为均一相,即普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水制备完成;
步骤3:上胶,使用涂胶棒将上诉制备好的抗UV胶层胶水层涂布于美纹纸基材层上,涂布厚度10-20um左右,在100-130℃的烘箱中干燥2-3min,取出后再用涂胶棒涂布上述制备的普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水于干燥的抗UV胶层表面,涂布厚度10-20um左右,在100-170℃的烘箱中干燥2-3min,取出即完成抗UV 美纹纸胶带的制备。
进一步地,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水,可使用交联剂进行交联处理,进一步提升抗UV效果。
进一步地,所述普通橡胶,可部分替换为所述抗UV胶层所使用的饱和合成橡胶以提升两种胶层直接粘结强度。
本发明有益效果:
本发明抗UV美纹纸胶带上涂布两层胶水层,一层抗UV性能优秀、粘结性能较差的胶水层,在此基础上再涂布一层普通橡胶基压敏胶层,同时满足抗UV和贴合性能的要求且生产工艺简单。

本实施方式提供了一种抗UV美纹纸胶带,依次设有的离型层1、美纹纸基材层2、抗UV胶层3和普通橡胶基压敏胶层4,所述抗UV胶层3由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料20-30份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10-90份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层4由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料1-30份、普通天然橡胶80-100份、热塑性弹性体SIS1-20份、石油树脂50-120 份、橡胶油1-20份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
所述饱和合成橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、SEPS和乙丙橡胶中的一种,所述无机填料为1500以上目数碳酸钙、氧化锌或钛白粉等。
所述抗UV胶层3的厚度为10-20um,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层4的厚度为 10-20um。
实施例1
抗UV胶层3胶水的制备:向300份甲苯中依次加入氧化锌15份、碳酸钙10份、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)100份、氢化石油树脂50份、抗氧剂2份、UV 吸收剂2份,搅拌直至完全溶解混合均匀,即完成抗UV胶层3胶水的制备;
普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水制备:向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料15份、普通天然橡胶80份、热塑性弹性体SIS 20份、石油树脂60份、橡胶油10份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2份,搅拌至溶解为均一相,即完成普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水的制备;
上胶:使用涂胶棒将上诉制备好的抗UV胶层3胶水层涂布于美纹纸基材层2上,涂布厚度15um,在120℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出后再用涂胶棒涂布上述制备的普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水于干燥的抗UV胶层3表面,涂布厚度 15um,在150℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出放置于标准恒温恒湿房间3天后测试物性以及户外抗UV效果。

上述户外抗UV测试方法为:从实施例1所制备的抗UV美纹纸胶带上随机取一块10cm×10cm的胶带,贴附在用酒精洗干净的不锈钢板上,用1kg的滚轮碾压3次后,置于白天有阳光直射的户外,放置一定时长后撕开胶带,观察钢板上是否有残胶。
实施例2
抗UV胶层3胶水的制备:向300份甲苯中依次加入碳酸钙25份、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)100份、氢化石油树脂50份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2份,搅拌直至完全溶解混合均匀,即完成抗UV胶层3胶水的制备;
普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水制备:向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料15份、普通天然橡胶80份、热塑性弹性体SIS 20份、石油树脂60份、橡胶油10份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2份,搅拌至溶解为均一相,再使用适量交联剂(如异氰酸酯)对胶水进行交联处理,进一步提升胶带的抗UV效果,完成普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水的制备;
上胶:使用涂胶棒将上诉制备好的抗UV胶层3胶水层涂布于美纹纸基材层2上,涂布厚度15um,在120℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出后再用涂胶棒涂布上述制备的普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水于干燥的抗UV胶层3表面,涂布厚度 15um,在150℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出放置于标准恒温恒湿房间3天后测试物性以及户外抗UV效果。

普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水制备:向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料15份、普通天然橡胶80份、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)10份、热塑性弹性体SIS 10份、石油树脂60份、橡胶油10份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2份,搅拌至溶解为均一相,即完成普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水的制备;
上胶:使用涂胶棒将上诉制备好的抗UV胶层3胶水层涂布于美纹纸基材层2上,涂布厚度15um,在120℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出后再用涂胶棒涂布上述制备的普通橡胶基压敏胶层4胶水于干燥的抗UV胶层3表面,涂布厚度 15um,在150℃的烘箱中干燥3min,取出放置于标准恒温恒湿房间3天后测试物性以及户外抗UV效果。

1.一种抗UV美纹纸胶带,依次设有的离型层、美纹纸基材层、抗UV胶层和普通橡胶基压敏胶层,其特征在于,所述抗UV胶层由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料20-30份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10-90份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带,其特征在于,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层由以下组分按重量份组成:甲苯300份、无机填料1-30份、普通天然橡胶80-100份、热塑性弹性体SIS 1-20份、石油树脂50-120份、橡胶油1-20份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带,其特征在于,所述饱和合成橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶、SEBS、SEPS和乙丙橡胶等饱和合成橡胶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗UV美纹纸胶带,其特征在于,所述无机填料为1500目及以上目数的碳酸钙、氧化锌、钛白粉等无机填料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带,其特征在于,所述抗UV胶层的厚度为10-20um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带,其特征在于,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层的厚度为10-20um。
7.一种抗UV美纹纸胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:抗UV胶层胶水的制备,向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料20-30份、饱和合成橡胶100份、氢化石油树脂10-90份、抗氧剂2份、UV吸收剂2份,搅拌直至完全溶解混合均匀,即完成抗UV胶层胶水的制备;
步骤2:普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水的制备,向300份甲苯中依次加入无机填料1-30份、普通橡胶80-100份、热塑性弹性体SIS 1-20份、石油树脂50-120份、橡胶油1-20份、抗氧剂1-3份、UV吸收剂1-3份,搅拌至溶解为均一相,即普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水制备完成;
步骤3:上胶,使用涂胶棒将上诉制备好的抗UV胶层胶水层涂布于美纹纸基材层上,涂布厚度10-20um左右,在100-130℃的烘箱中干燥2-3min,取出后再用涂胶棒涂布上述制备的普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水于干燥的抗UV胶层表面,涂布厚度10-20um左右,在100-170℃的烘箱中干燥2-3min,取出即完成抗UV美纹纸胶带的制备。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述普通橡胶基压敏胶层胶水,可使用交联剂进行交联处理,进一步提升抗UV效果。
9.根据权利要求7所述的抗UV美纹纸胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述普通天然橡胶,可部分替换为抗UV胶层所使用的饱和合成橡胶以提升两种胶层直接粘结强度。
