3. The tear-off paper device of claim 1 wherein the primary lift drive mechanism is a first slip table cylinder, the clamp assembly mount being mounted on a side wall of a slip table of the first slip table cylinder.

A tear-off paper device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lower clamp drive mechanism includes a vertical slide-type cylinder and a lateral slide-type cylinder mounted to said clamp assembly mounting bracket, a side plate is fixed on the side wall of the sliding table of the vertical sliding table type cylinder, a transverse plate is fixed on the bottom wall of the sliding table of the vertical sliding table type cylinder, the bottom of the side plate is fixedly connected with the middle part of the transverse plate, the transverse sliding table type cylinder is fixed on the bottom surface of the transverse plate, the bottom wall of the sliding table of the transverse sliding table type cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower clamping piece, the lower clamping part transversely exceeds the side wall of the sliding table of the transverse sliding table type cylinder, the transverse sliding table type cylinder drives the lower clamping part to move to the position right below the upper clamping part or move out of the position right below the upper clamping part, the vertical sliding table type cylinder drives the lower clamping portion to be close to the upper clamping portion or to be far away from the upper clamping portion.
5. A tear-off paper device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower gripping portion has a gripping surface with a friction contact area having a saw-tooth like cross-section.

A paper tearing and separating device, which is characterized by comprising a product positioning jig and at least one paper tearing and separating device, wherein the paper tearing and separating device is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, and the paper tearing and separating device is used for tearing and separating the release paper on the surface of a product positioned on the product positioning jig.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the product positioning fixture comprises a vacuum suction platform for sucking and fixing the product.

The tear-off paper device of claim 6, further comprising a product conveying device and a blanking device, wherein the product positioning fixture is fixed to the product conveying device, at least one of the tear-off paper device and the blanking device are sequentially disposed along the product conveying device, the product conveying device is configured to sequentially convey the product positioning fixture to a position corresponding to at least one of the tear-off paper device and the blanking device, and the blanking device is configured to blank a product from which release paper is removed.
