本发明涉及一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,主要由以下组分组成:绿香蕉粉、菊糖、专利定序苦瓜胜肽。本发明的有益效果是提升代谢能力、降低体脂、降低血糖。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品和保健品领域,尤其涉及一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方。
背景技术
人们日常生活中因为饮食不正常,生活不规律,加上现代人生活节奏快、压力大、常熬夜,本来人体就处于“代谢不良”状态,也由于熬夜、压力、肥胖、饮食等造成胰岛素受器不敏感,如同生绣的锁,需要更多的钥匙才能开锁,造成血中胰岛素分泌过多,称为「胰岛素阻抗」。高糖饮食、胰岛素阻抗造成血中高胰岛素浓度,加速脂肪合成,增加肥胖风险。而现有的饮食含糖量、热量都比较高,在饮用现有的快速食品后,更加引发了“代谢不良”、“肥胖”症状,导致经常出现“肥胖”、“脂肪堆积”、“食欲增加”、“能量代谢异常”、“身体机能失衡”、“睡不香”等生理现象。市面上现有的苦瓜萃取物配方大多只是在各式各样的营养食品中加入苦瓜萃取物,导致人们在食用苦瓜萃取物后没有任何效果。
市面上现有苦瓜萃取物没有经过实际测试,没有试验数据,效果不佳而且对身体没有实质好处。本发明创造的目的是提供一种提升代谢能力、降低体脂、降低血糖的辅助食品配方。
本发明主要基于活体基因影像标靶分析系统分析中医药的传统使用经验,由瓜科中药栝楼及食品苦瓜等,以具血糖调控功能之多胜肽关键活性物质专利为主体,发展出具血糖调控功能的专利定序苦瓜胜肽。专利定序苦瓜胜肽以动物模式为基础,将测试不同苦瓜萃取液在不同动物模式交叉实验,确定苦瓜胜肽在特定分子量区间具较佳之血糖调整效应,透过先进的「光架桥质谱分析技术」,鉴定出苦瓜萃取中的特定序列胜肽片段编号17-21,34-40,59-66等三个氨基酸胜肽片段,能与胰岛素受体上特定区结合,启动细胞降糖信号稳定血糖值。从而开发出具血糖调控功能的专利定序苦瓜胜肽。
专利定序苦瓜胜肽,是唯一天然的植物「类胰岛素」,能专一性结合胰岛素受体,活化胰岛素受器加速吸收葡萄糖,开启血糖通道,使得血中葡萄糖能顺利进入细胞中利用并代谢。有效控制糖尿病发的重要靶点。
发明内容
本发明提出含有专利定序苦瓜胜肽的具有一种提升代谢能力、降低体脂、降低血糖的食品配方,是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉 70-80份;
菊糖 15-20份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽 5-10份。
专利定序苦瓜胜肽可结合胰岛素受体、启动能量代谢开关。实验证实能帮助血糖稳定、维持胰岛素分泌、减少体/血脂肪、预防脂肪肝的效果。同时具强效不易形成体脂肪效果,并可预防胆固醇及三甘油脂上升。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉 70-80份;
菊糖 15-20份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽 5-10份。
其中,绿香蕉粉是从绿香蕉粉提取的RS2抗性淀粉,菊糖主要是菊苣纤维,包括半乳寡糖(GOS)、聚葡萄糖(PDX)、果寡糖(FOS)以及菊苣纤维(Inulin)等寡糖类物质。专利定序苦瓜胜肽是一种从苦瓜中提取的天然苦瓜多肽,包括:天然苦瓜多肽、苦瓜蛋白质降解,人工合成的寡肽、氨基酸、苦瓜甙和苦味素、生物碱类物质奎宁、维生素C、胰蛋白酶抑制剂等物质。
绿香蕉粉(抗性淀粉resistant starch,又称抗酶解淀粉,难消化淀粉)在小肠中不能被酶解,但在人的肠胃道结肠中可以与挥发性脂肪酸起发酵反应,不容易被人体吸收,不会产生多余的热量,而且还能燃烧体内脂肪,既解饿又减肥,具有一定的减肥效果,近年来普遍受到爱美人士的青睐。
菊糖(菊苣纤维),主要是β-D-呋喃果糖和1~2个吡喃菊糖残基聚合,其不消化性使其摄入后不会引起血糖浓度的增加,更不会促进血液中胰岛素浓度上升,适合糖尿病患者使用。同时甜菊糖可以帮助消化、预防便秘。
菊糖使用人体内低密度脂蛋白浓度(LDL)降低,不影响高密度脂蛋白(HDL)浓度,使得HDL/LDL比率增加,具有降低血液中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量的功效。
据研究,发现菊糖对收缩压和舒张压有非常好的治疗作用,而且没有明显的毒副作用。此外,有研究发现,菊糖的提取物可以抗组胺的生成。因此,菊糖可以减少过敏的发病率,对过敏性鼻炎、哮喘等过敏性疾病都有很好的作用。另外甜菊糖在体内不参与代谢,不蓄积,因而食用甜菊糖也不会导致发胖。
实施例1
一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉(抗性淀粉)70份;
菊糖(菊苣纤维)20份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽10份。
本发明的上述配重比通过85℃的开水冲调成糊状食用。
实施例二:
一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉(抗性淀粉)75份;
菊糖(菊苣纤维)21.25份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽3.75份。
本发明的上述配重比通过85℃的开水冲调成糊状食用。
实施例三:
一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉(抗性淀粉)80份;
菊糖(菊苣纤维)15份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽5份。
本发明的上述配重比通过85℃的开水冲调成糊状食用。
为增加本发明配方的效果,本发明的配方还可以添加辅助配方食用。辅助配方包括:由葡萄干5g、土豆80g、红枣10g、山楂10g、桃50g、橘50g及清水200ml通过破壁机制成的糊状物,或者在冲调好的本发明的配方添加薏仁3-5g、燕麦5-8g食用。
本发明的临床使用效果如下:
1、中国台湾台中郭小姐,38岁,服用本产品2个月后体重由101.8kg降至96.4kg,减轻了5.4公斤,三酸甘油脂由205mg/dl降低到103mg/dl,胰岛素由38.3uU/ml减少至23uU/ml,降低40%。
2、中国台湾彰化龚小姐服用本产品3个月后体重减轻9.4公斤,三酸甘油脂降低19,体脂肪减少5.1%,腰围减少13公分
3、中国台湾台中郑小姐服用本产品3个月后体重减轻5公斤,体脂肪减少3.7%,腰围减少9公分
4、中国台湾南投黄小姐服用本产品3个月后体重减轻3.2公斤,三酸甘油脂降低231(70%),体脂肪减少1.2%。
5、中国台湾彰化郭先生服用本产品3个月后体重减轻4公斤,体脂肪减少2.8%,血糖、血脂、血压都明显降低。
经上述实例证明,本发明的配方能够启动代谢开关、维持易瘦好体质。可同时稳糖、降体脂的口服植物类胰岛素,维持胰岛素恒定。在高脂饮食下,苦瓜胜肽具强效不易形成体脂肪效果,并可预防胆固醇及三甘油脂上升。高纤增加饱足感减少对食物的欲望。而绿香蕉粉(抗性淀粉)不容易被人体吸收,不会产生多余的热量,而且还能燃烧体内脂肪,既解饿又减肥,具有一定的减肥效果,加上菊糖(菊苣纤维)的辅助效果,芯宝苦瓜肽是提供一种提升代谢能力、调节体脂、调节血糖的辅助食品配方。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种降体脂、降血糖的食品配方,按重量份计,主要由以下组分组成:
绿香蕉粉 70-80份;
菊糖 15-20份;
专利定序苦瓜胜肽 5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品配方,其特征在于,所述绿香蕉粉的主要成分是抗性淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食品配方,其特征在于,所述菊糖的主要成分是菊苣纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品配方,其特征在于,所述的食品配方通过85°的开水冲调成糊状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食品配方,其特征在于,所述的食品配方可添加辅助配方,辅助配方包括:由葡萄干5g、土豆80g、红枣10g、山楂10g、桃50g、橘50g及清水200ml通过破壁机制成的糊状物,再添加所述的食品配方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的食品配方,其特征在于,所述的食品配方可添加辅助配方,辅助配方包括薏仁3-5g、燕麦5-8g。
