Abstract
本发明属于一种机械传动技术,齿轮传动领域,具体涉及一种异形齿轮,在等腰类梯形曲面沿一条腰上平行建弧形齿,弧形齿被等腰类梯形曲面另一条腰上的齿道切割,在齿道的切割面侧,建曲率偏移导域与平行的弧形齿连接,构成等腰类梯形曲面齿域,将若干个等腰类梯形曲面齿域在内凹类圆台实体上,旋转排列一周构成内凹类圆台形齿轮,实现了齿轮形状传动属性,以达到齿轮外的某一点,到齿轮纵向圆弧齿的各个点,距离相等的目的,将此形状传动属性应用到,一种齿轮传动的无级变速器上。

技术领域:本发明属于一种机械传动技术,齿轮传动领域,具体涉及一种异形齿轮。
背景技术:目前传动齿轮有多种,直齿轮、斜齿轮、锥齿轮、曲齿、弧齿轮、蜗杆涡轮和非圆齿轮,利用其自身形状属性实现传动目的。
发明内容:为了实现齿轮形状传动属性,将一段圆弧线在圆台实体上,以圆台的实体轴线为中心轴,旋转一周,构建一个内凹类圆台实体,在内凹类圆台实体曲面上建齿,形成齿轮,以实现齿轮外的某一点,到齿轮纵向圆弧齿的各个点,距离相等的目的,将此形状传动属性应用到,一种齿轮传动的无级变速器上。
本发明的技术特点是:在内凹类圆台实体的内凹类圆台实体曲面环上,用曲线将曲面环分成若干个等份的等腰类梯形曲面;等腰类梯形曲面的两个腰,一侧是齿,另一侧是齿道,形成一个等腰类梯形曲面齿域,等腰类梯形曲面齿域上的每条齿平行排列,被腰的另一侧齿道切断,齿道末端截断部形成斜面导域,在斜面导域部分建曲率偏移导域,来进行曲率偏移调整;两个等腰类梯形曲面齿域依次连接时有效组合,使两个等腰类梯形曲面齿域成为一个整体,若干等腰梯形曲面齿域依次首尾排列,在内凹类圆台实体上旋转一周形成内凹类圆台形齿轮。

具体实施方式:
如图1图2图3所示,在等腰类梯形曲面沿一条腰上平行建弧形齿2,弧形齿2被等腰类梯形曲面另一条腰上的齿道4切割,在齿道4的切割面侧,建曲率偏移导域3与平行的弧形齿连接,构成等腰类梯形曲面齿域1,将若干个等腰类梯形曲面齿域1在内凹类圆台实体5上,旋转排列一周,构成内凹类圆台形齿轮。

1.一种异形齿轮,包括在等腰类梯形曲面沿一条腰上平行建弧形齿(2),弧形齿(2)被等腰类梯形曲面另一条腰上的齿道(4)切割,在齿道(4)的切割面侧,建曲率偏移导域(3)与对应的弧形齿连接,构成等腰类梯形曲面齿域(1),将若干个等腰类梯形曲面齿域(1)在内凹类圆台实体(5)上,旋转排列一周,并固定连接。
