背景技术
目前，拉丝企业的翻盘作业都是人工翻盘，劳动强度大，翻盘定位差，存在严重事故隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种电动翻盘装置，用于代替人工翻盘，确保生产高效、安全运行。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：包括两组电动转动齿轮和一个截面为半圆弧形翻转盘，每组电动转动齿轮有三个，半圆弧形翻转盘的两端外面设有与电动转动齿轮相配套使用的齿槽，在半圆弧形的翻转盘里面还设有一个截面为L型的桶体，用于安放被翻转的物品。
本实用新型具有结构简单，制作方便，成本低，使用效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
对照图1可知，本实用新型包括两组电动转动齿轮1和一个截面为半圆弧形翻转盘2，每组电动转动齿轮1有三个，半圆弧形翻转盘的两端外面设有与电动转动齿轮相配套使用的齿槽(图中未标出)，在半圆弧形翻转盘2里面还设有一个截面为L型的桶体3，用于安放被翻转的物品。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：启动电动转动齿轮，半圆弧形翻转盘随齿轮转动而转动，从而使其安放在桶体3里面的物品被翻转。
