Abstract
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温10‑15min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;本发明所得到的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,其能有效的降低涤包氨织物在染色过程中产生色花的现象,同时提升橘黄色染色的均匀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于涤包氨织物的染色过程中由于织物内部本身的材料特性,造成染色难度大,容易产生色花等染色不均匀的情况,尤其是对于涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色,其染色均匀的难度更大,需要我们克服。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升对涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色的均匀程度的涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,有效防止色花的情况。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温10-15min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;其中各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐22-30份、羧甲基纤维素20-40份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18-20份、山梨醇14-16份、甲基异噻唑啉酮8-15份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3-6份、偏磷酸钠1-4份、丙三醇1-3份、水200-400份。
作为优化,上述各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐28份、羧甲基纤维素35份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚19份、山梨醇15份、甲基异噻唑啉酮10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份、偏磷酸钠3份、丙三醇2份、水340份。
本发明所得到的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,其能有效的降低涤包氨织物在染色过程中产生色花的现象,同时提升橘黄色染色的均匀性。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温10min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;其中各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐22份、羧甲基纤维素20份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18份、山梨醇14份、甲基异噻唑啉酮8份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3份、偏磷酸钠1份、丙三醇1份、水200份。

本实施例描述的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温15min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;其中各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐30份、羧甲基纤维素40份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚20份、山梨醇16份、甲基异噻唑啉酮15份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱6份、偏磷酸钠4份、丙三醇3份、水400份。

本实施例描述的一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温13min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;其中各原料的质量份数为:上述各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐28份、羧甲基纤维素35份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚19份、山梨醇15份、甲基异噻唑啉酮10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱5份、偏磷酸钠3份、丙三醇2份、水340份。

1.一种涤包氨织物的橘黄色染色方法,其特征是:在染色过程中将涤包氨织物加入水中后加入匀染剂,匀染剂用量与涤包氨织物的质量比为1.8/1000,在35℃的温度下保温10-15min后加入染料,并进行后续正常染色工艺;其中匀染剂包括以下原料,其中亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、羧甲基纤维素、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、偏磷酸钠、丙三醇、水;其中各原料的质量份数为:亚甲基双萘磺酸盐22-30份、羧甲基纤维素20-40份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚18-20份、山梨醇14-16份、甲基异噻唑啉酮8-15份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3-6份、偏磷酸钠1-4份、丙三醇1-3份、水200-400份。
