Abstract

本发明提供一种腈纶匀染剂,所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚20‑50份,季铵聚氧乙烯醚硝酸盐8‑25份,山梨醇1‑10份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1‑3份,水40‑70份。本发明的腈纶匀染剂GS‑AN对腈纶纤维染色有极佳的初期匀染力和高温移染力,对染料上染率影响小,不会减损颜色坚牢度,同时能赋予腈纶纤维较柔软的手感和抗静电性,适用作腈纶匀染剂和回修剂,染后面料色泽均匀。

一种腈纶匀染剂及其使用工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染助剂领域,更具体是涉及一种腈纶匀染剂及其使用工艺。
背景技术
印染行业是纺织工业的重要组成本分,又是能耗较高、污水排放量较大的行业。先进国家吨纤维印染用水量约为100吨,而我国一般为300-400吨,因此,印染行业实行节能减排势在必行。
印染行业开展节能减排工作,除了研发高效、节水、节能设备,开发并推广应用节能、节水的实用新技术外,采用高效、环保、节水、节能的染化料是现阶段最行之有效的办法,且投入少,见效快。
腈纶纤维的性能很羊毛,所以叫“合成羊毛”。腈纶在内部大分结构上很独特,呈不规则的螺旋形构象,且没有严格的结晶区,但有高序排列与低序排列之分。由于这种结构使腈纶具有很好的热弹性(可加工膨体纱),腈纶密度小,比羊毛还小,织物保暖性好。腈纶的耐日光性与耐气候性很好(居第一位),吸湿差,染色难。纯粹的丙烯腈纤维,由于内部结构紧密,服用性能差,所以通过加入第二,第三单体,改善其性能,第二单体改善弹性和手感,第三单体改善染色性。主要作民用,可纯纺也可混纺,制成多种毛料、毛线、毛毯、运动服也可:人造毛皮、长毛绒,膨体纱,水龙带,雨伞布等。
日前国内外纺织印染行业普遍采用的高温匀染剂一般由聚醚型非离子或聚醚型阴离子表面活性剂、膨化剂及其混合物而成,如:专利申请号为:87101577所述的“一种匀染剂及其制法”,该类匀染剂是基于对分散染料的增溶和分散作用以及降低涤纶纤维的玻璃化温度而设计的,缺乏除油功能和鏊合能力,不适用于同浴染色。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种腈纶匀染剂,为实现目的方案如下:
一种腈纶匀染剂,所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-50份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚8-25份,山梨醇1-10份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-3份,水40-70份。
优选地,腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-40份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-10份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-3份,水40-70份。
进一步优选地,腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-40份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-8份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份,水40-70份。
进一步优选地,腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚25-35份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-5份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份,水40-60份。
进一步优选地,腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚30份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚15份,山梨醇3份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.5份,水51.5份。
进一步优选地,所述十二醇聚氧乙烯醚和山梨醇的重量份数比为5:1;硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量份数比为2:1。
一种所述腈纶匀染剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为220-300℃下螯合15-20分钟,制备得到腈纶匀染剂。
所述的腈纶匀染剂,用于腈纶纤维染色时提高其初期匀染力和高温移染力。
一种腈纶匀染剂使用工艺,将权利要求1-6所述的腈纶匀染剂与乙酸混合形成混合液,其中腈纶匀染剂的重量百分数为1-4%,乙酸的体积份数为0.2-1g/L,染花后的腈纶浸泡于混合液中,加热至100℃沸腾,保持30-60分钟,完成染花后的腈纶回修工艺。
本发明的优点在于:
1.用于腈纶染色时对阳离子染料具有良好的匀染性;
2.本品耐酸、碱,但不能与阴离子产品混用;
3.能有效地回修阳离子染料染色过程中产生的斑点和色花等病疵。
4、腈纶匀染剂GS-AN对腈纶纤维染色有极佳的初期匀染力和高温移染力,对染料上染率影响小,不会减损颜色坚牢度,同时能赋予腈纶纤维较柔软的手感和抗静电性,适用作腈纶匀染剂和回修剂,染后面料色泽均匀。
5、本发明的的配方在十二醇聚氧乙烯醚和山梨醇的重量份数比为5:1以及硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量份数比为2:1时均染效果最好。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明,下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊情况,均视为常规方法。

以上各实施例1-4均从属本发明的配方以及制备方法,是外观为淡黄色透明液体,PH值为7.0-8.0(10%水溶液)的腈纶匀染剂。腈纶匀染剂GS-AN用量应根据颜色深浅及工厂实际情况而调整。参考工艺如下。
浅色 1.0%-2.0%
中色 0.5%-1.0%
深色 0-0.5%
染花后回修使用:
GS-AN 1-4%
HAC 0.5g/l
100℃X30-60分钟
用在腈纶染色上通过缓染性、剥色性及染色后的重新加色等系列试验,观察最终上染及其颜色变化情况来测试实施例1-4和对比例1-2的均染剂效果。
通过以上试验,发现实施例1-5的均染剂效果好于对比例1和2,其中实施例3效果最佳。

1.一种腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于;所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-50份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚8-25份,山梨醇1-10份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-3份,水40-70份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于:所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-40份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-10份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-3份,水40-70份。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于:所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚20-40份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-8份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份,水40-70份。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于:所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚25-35份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份,山梨醇1-5份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.1-1份,水40-60份。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于:所述的腈纶匀染剂由以下重量份的各组分组成:硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚30份,十二醇聚氧乙烯醚15份,山梨醇3份,甲基异噻唑啉酮0.5份,水51.5份。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的腈纶匀染剂,其特征在于:所述十二醇聚氧乙烯醚和山梨醇的重量份数比为5:1;硬脂酸胺聚氧乙烯醚和十二醇聚氧乙烯醚的重量份数比为2:1。
7.一种权利要求1-6任意一项所述腈纶匀染剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将配比量的各组分混合,搅拌均匀,在反应釜内温度为80-90℃下螯合50-60分钟,制备得到腈纶匀染剂。
8.根据权利要求1-6所述的腈纶匀染剂,用于腈纶纤维染色时提高其初期匀染力和高温移染力。
9.一种腈纶匀染剂使用工艺,将权利要求1-6所述的腈纶匀染剂与乙酸混合形成混合液,其中腈纶匀染剂的重量百分数为1-4%,乙酸的体积份数为0.2-1g/L,染花后的腈纶浸泡于混合液中,加热至100℃沸腾,保持30-60分钟,完成染花后的腈纶回修工艺。
