一种用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其各组分按重量份包括:抗坏血酸10‑15份,亚硫酸氢钠30‑35份、亚硫酸钠5‑10份、亚硝酸钠5‑10份、蛋氨酸20‑40份。本发明采用还原剂进行复配水溶性抗黄剂,抑制丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂在存储过程中发生的黄变现象,原料易得、性能稳定、绿色环保,将抗黄剂成本降低了90%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于抗黄剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂。
背景技术
高吸水性树脂(Super Absorbent Resin,简称SAR),通常又称为“高吸水性聚合物”(Super Absorbent Polymer,简称SAP)、“吸水性高分子材料”、“超强吸水剂”等,其具有轻度交联的三维网状结构,能够吸收并保持自身重量数百倍乃至数千倍的水分,在婴儿纸尿裤、妇女卫生用品、成人失禁垫、农林保水、沙漠治理等领域都有非常广泛的应用。
高吸水性树脂的生产过程中需使用精酸,精酸中含有阻聚剂MEHQ(50~200ppm),MEHQ属于酚类物质,在一定的湿度、温度以及氧气作用下,会发生氧化成醌类物质,呈棕黄色,使高吸水性树脂黄变,因此,为了防止丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂在存储过程中发生黄变现象,影响产品销售,须加入抗黄变剂,以抑制黄变现象。
高吸水性树脂中,抗黄变剂需配成水溶液,喷洒其上,对水溶性要求较高,而常用的抗黄剂中含有的抗氧剂一般为受阻酚类抗氧剂、受阻胺类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、含硫类抗氧剂及复合型抗氧剂,这些抗氧剂为油溶性、不溶于水。
目前,对于水溶性抗黄变剂较少报道,在高吸水性树脂应用方面更是一片空白,因此,针对高吸水性树脂的存储条件和应用领域,开发抗黄变剂,以达到良好的抗黄变性能具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,采用水溶性还原剂进行复配,抑制丙烯酸类高吸水性树脂在存储过程中发生的黄变现象,原料易得、性能稳定、绿色环保,价格约2万元/吨,与现有抗黄剂的25万元/吨相比,成本价下降了90%以上。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其各组分按重量份包括:抗坏血酸10-15份,亚硫酸氢钠30-35份、亚硫酸钠5-10份、亚硝酸钠5-10份、蛋氨酸20-40份。
进一步,所述抗黄剂还包括:甲醛合次硫酸氢钠1-5份。
又,所述抗黄剂还包括:硫代硫酸钠1-5份。
又进一步,所述抗黄剂还包括:焦亚硫酸钠1-5份。
又,所述抗黄剂还包括:乙二胺四乙酸1-5份。
本发明中,采用抗坏血酸、亚硫酸氢钠、蛋氨酸与两种或两种以上的水溶性还原剂复配得到,主要通过除氧方式起到抗黄变的作用,除氧机理又分为两种:一是通过添加还原剂降低高吸水性树脂体系中氧的含量;二是中断氧化过程中的链式反应,阻止氧化过程进一步反应。
本发明中抗坏血酸、亚硫酸氢钠为酸性且具有还原性,高吸水性树脂后期要加入硫酸铝增加通液性能,营造酸性环境,酸性物质还可由蛋氨酸、乙二胺四乙酸、甲醛合次硫酸氢钠代替。
本发明中,亚硫酸钠和亚硝酸钠为还原性物质,通过与氧反应,起到降低体系中氧含量的作用;硫代硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠则是通过产生一些没有活性的自由基参与链终止反应从而阻止黄变。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过混合多种水溶性还原剂,安全环保,通过对复配还原剂阻止氧化反应,抑制高吸水性树脂的原料丙烯酸中阻聚剂MEHQ的氧化,发挥了抗黄变的作用。
本发明中的抗黄变成分均为水溶性还原剂,原料易得、性能稳定、绿色环保,价格远低于现有抗黄变剂,弥补国内水溶性抗黄剂的空白。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
按照表1所列各组分含量(重量份),将水溶性还原剂按所示要求进行称量,然后进行粉碎,再在固体混合釜中搅拌下进行混合均匀,得到粉末状水溶性抗黄剂。
将上述实施例1-5中的粉末状水溶性抗黄剂配成0.1%的水溶液,取定量表面交联后的高吸水性树脂,放入高速搅拌器,将此溶液均匀喷洒在树脂颗粒表面,放入恒温恒湿箱中,于70℃、90%相对湿度条件下测试高吸水性树脂的白度值情况,测试结果参见表2。
表2结果表明:使用本发明的抗黄变剂具有与进口样S1000相当的抗黄变效果,白度值相当,价格仅为现有产品的10%不到,将抗黄剂成本降低了90%以上。

1.一种用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其各组分按重量份包括:抗坏血酸10-15份,亚硫酸氢钠30-35份、亚硫酸钠5-10份、亚硝酸钠5-10份、蛋氨酸20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其特征在于,所述抗黄剂还包括:甲醛合次硫酸氢钠1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其特征在于,所述抗黄剂还包括:硫代硫酸钠1-5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其特征在于,所述抗黄剂还包括:焦亚硫酸钠1-5份。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述用于高吸水性树脂的水溶性抗黄剂,其特征在于,所述抗黄剂还包括:乙二胺四乙酸1-5份。
