Abstract
幅板式空心车轮,幅板是无幅条结构,幅板的中心与轮辋圈的中心重合,轮辋圈的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起;幅板的中心与轮毂套的中心重合,轮毂套的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起。轮毂套的两个端面有定位台,定位台的外径与幅板的中心孔的内径相配,幅板的中心孔套在轮毂套的定位台上。在轮辋圈上,绕轴线均布有的径向小孔,径向小孔的数量大于等于2个。幅板是用金属材料冲压成形,轮毂套的两个端面各组装一块幅板,轮辋圈的两个端面各组装一块幅板,将幅板与轮毂套焊牢固,将幅板与轮辋圈焊牢固,形成一个空心轮子,在通过轮辋圈上的径向小孔,向左右两块幅板中间的空腔内,充填聚氨酯发泡剂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及幅板式车轮,尤其是“幅板式空心车轮”,可作为板车、手摇三轮车、电动车、自行车及滑板车的车轮。
背景技术
目前,板车、手摇三轮车、电动车、自行车及滑板车的车轮,很多用上了免充气的车胎。但是,大多数车轮还是采用幅条的结构,每一个轮子上要安装多根幅条,且调整较费时,人工费成本较高。中国专利申请号:201380038144.X,“具有整体式侧面构造的自行车车轮”,车轮具有轮缘,该轮缘具有在纵向平面的相反侧的侧表面。毂相对于轮缘被同心地设置。两个整体式侧面元件被设置在纵向平面的相反侧上并且被连接至轮缘和毂的端部。整体式侧面元件中的每一个具有环形侧壁、凸缘部分以及多个辐条,该多个辐条不穿过纵向平面并将环形侧壁和凸缘部分一体地互相连接。一个侧面元件的每个辐条的端部被系附至另一个侧面元件的对齐的辐条的端部以限制被系附的端部彼此远离移动。这项专利申请采用了整体式的辐条,在辐条的安装上非常节省时间,但是这种结构的辐条,需要很厚的材料才能满足车轮的强度要求,另外,这项专利申请是用纤维材料制作整体式侧面元件,这种方法的生产效率太低。
发明内容
为了进一步完善车轮系列,本发明力图提供一种幅板式空心车轮,加工制作省时。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:幅板式空心车轮,有轮毂,有轮辋,幅板是无幅条结构,幅板的中心与轮辋圈的中心重合,轮辋圈的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起;幅板的中心与轮毂套的中心重合,轮毂套的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起。轮毂套的两个端面有定位台,定位台的外径与幅板的中心孔的内径相配,幅板的中心孔套在轮毂套的定位台上。在轮辋圈上,绕轴线均布有的径向小孔,径向小孔的数量大于等于2个。
幅板式空心车轮的制作方法,有轮毂,有轮辋,其特征是:幅板是用金属材料冲压成形,轮毂套的两个端面各组装一块幅板,轮辋圈的两个端面各组装一块幅板,将幅板与轮毂套焊牢固,将幅板与轮辋圈焊牢固,形成一个空心轮子,在通过轮辋圈上的径向小孔,向左右两块幅板中间的空腔内,充填聚氨酯发泡剂。
本发明的有益效果是,幅板式空心车轮,冲压制作出来的幅板,加工制造快,节省人力,幅板采用的是没有幅条的结构,受力好,能用较薄的材料,节省原料,还能减轻车轮的重量,在车轮的空心腔体内,充填的聚氨酯发泡剂能起到减震防水的作用。

具体实施方式
在图中,幅板式空心车轮,有轮毂,有轮辋,幅板1是无幅条结构,幅板1的中心与轮辋圈2的中心重合,轮辋圈2的两个端面各有一块幅板1帖合固定在一起;幅板1的中心与轮毂套3的中心重合,轮毂套3的两个端面各有一块幅板1帖合固定在一起。帖合面用焊接的方式加固或用螺钉加固。轮毂套3的两个端面有定位台,定位台的外径与幅板1的中心孔的内径相配,幅板1的中心孔套在轮毂套3的定位台上。在轮辋圈2上,绕轴线均布有的径向小孔21,径向小孔21的数量大于等于2个。
幅板式空心车轮的制作方法,有轮毂,有轮辋,其特征是:幅板1是用金属材料冲压成形,轮毂套3的两个端面各组装一块幅板1,轮辋圈2的两个端面各组装一块幅板1,将幅板1与轮毂套3焊牢固,将幅板1与轮辋圈2焊牢固,形成一个空心轮子,在通过轮辋圈2上的径向小孔21,向左右两块幅板1中间的空腔内,充填聚氨酯发泡剂。聚氨酯发泡剂是一种泡沫胶,充填到两块幅板1之间的空腔内,能起到粘接、减振及防水的作用。幅板1与轮毂套3及幅板1与轮辋圈2之间的焊接方式可用点焊、压力焊、摩擦焊。

1.幅板式空心车轮,有轮毂,有轮辋,其特征是:幅板是无幅条结构,幅板的中心与轮辋圈的中心重合,轮辋圈的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起;幅板的中心与轮毂套的中心重合,轮毂套的两个端面各有一块幅板帖合固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的幅板式空心车轮,其特征是:轮毂套的两个端面有定位台,定位台的外径与幅板的中心孔的内径相配,幅板的中心孔套在轮毂套的定位台上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的幅板式空心车轮,其特征是:在轮辋圈上,绕轴线均布有的径向小孔,径向小孔的数量大于等于2个。
4.幅板式空心车轮的制作方法,有轮毂,有轮辋,其特征是:幅板是用金属材料冲压成形,轮毂套的两个端面各组装一块幅板,轮辋圈的两个端面各组装一块幅板,将幅板与轮毂套焊牢固,将幅板与轮辋圈焊牢固,形成一个空心轮子,在通过轮辋圈上的径向小孔,向左右两块幅板中间的空腔内,充填聚氨酯发泡剂。
