Abstract

本发明涉及一种双层链杆式网带烧结炉,该双层链杆式网带烧结炉包括密封设置的炉体,炉体设置两端开口的炉膛,炉膛内的上侧设置用于水平输送的上层网带,炉膛内的下侧设置用于水平输送的下层网带,上层网带的两端伸出炉膛的两端设置,下层网带的长度大于下层网带的长度,以使上层网带、下层网带的端部呈阶梯形分布,使得上、下层网带装炉时互不影响,便于操作,利于提高效率;炉膛内设置上、下两层链杆式网带,装炉量提升了一倍,有效提高了烘干效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及加热设备技术领域,特别是一种双层链杆式网带烧结炉。
背景技术
达克罗和久美特是代替对环境污染严重的传统电镀锌、热浸锌类的最佳技术。它不但可以处理钢、铁、铝及其合金、铸铁件、结构件,还可以处理烧结金属,以及特殊的表面处理。现有技术中,工件在进行达克罗或久美特涂覆时一般都包含以下步骤,依次进行脱脂处理、抛丸除锈、浸渍涂覆、然后将涂覆好的工件送入烧结炉进行烘烤以及干燥以对涂层进行烧结固化;现有的烧结炉一般采用单层的网带进行物料传送,造成装炉量较低,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、可以有效提高装炉量的双层链杆式网带烧结炉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,包括:密封设置的炉体,所述炉体设置两端开口的炉膛,所述炉膛内的上侧设置用于水平输送的上层网带,所述炉膛内的下侧设置用于水平输送的下层网带,所述上层网带的两端伸出所述炉膛的两端设置,所述下层网带的长度大于所述上层网带的长度,以使所述上层网带、下层网带的端部呈阶梯形分布。
进一步,所述上层网带、下层网带为链杆式网带,链杆式网带包括多根横向设置的链杆和置于链杆两端的滚子链条,所述链杆的端部与所述滚子链条的侧面固定相连,所述炉膛的两端设置转轴,所述转轴上设置与所述滚子链条相啮合的链轮,以使所述转轴转动时可驱动所述链杆式网带往复运动。
进一步,所述滚子链条包括多个首尾依次相连的滚子连接单元,各滚子连接单元包括滚子、左侧连杆、右侧连杆,所述左侧连杆的尾端与所述滚子的左侧端铰接配合,所述右侧连杆的尾端与所述滚子的右侧端铰接配合,所述左侧连杆、右侧连杆的前端与前一滚子连接单元的滚子两侧铰接配合,所述链杆的端部与所述左侧连杆、或右侧连杆的外侧面固定相连,以使所述链杆与所述滚子链条可同步移动。
进一步,所述炉体包括加热段炉体和冷却段炉体,所述加热段炉体的顶盖上设置与炉膛相通的循环风机,所述循环风机的风叶置于所述炉膛内,用于对炉膛内加热后的气体进行搅拌,使得加热后的气体分布均匀,提高烘干效率,确保烘干的均匀性。
进一步,所述冷却段炉体的两侧设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却进风风机,所述冷却段炉体的顶端设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却排风风机,以加快冷却段炉体内的气体流通,提高冷却效率。
进一步,双层链杆式网带烧结炉还包括抽湿罩,所述抽湿罩罩设在所述炉膛的前端,所述抽湿罩经抽湿风机、抽湿风道与所述加热段炉体的炉膛相通,对溢出炉膛的气体进行回收,避免外溢。
进一步,所述滚子链条包括置于所述链杆式网带两侧的边缘滚子链条、置于两边缘滚子链条之间的中部滚子链条,所述中部滚子链条与两边缘滚子链条之间均设置链杆,所述转轴的两端设置与所述边缘滚子链条相啮合的链轮,所述转轴的中部设置与所述中部滚子链条相啮合的链轮。
进一步,双层链杆式网带烧结炉还包括水平设置的涨紧油缸,所述涨紧油缸与所述转轴的端部传动配合,以使所述涨紧油缸可驱动所述转轴平移,实现链杆式网带的松紧程度调节。
发明的技术效果:(1)本发明的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,相对于现有技术,炉膛内设置上、下两层链杆式网带,装炉量提升了一倍,有效提高了烘干效率;(2)上层网带、下层网带的端部呈阶梯形分布,使得上、下层网带装炉时互不影响,便于操作,利于提高效率;(3)上层网带、下层网带为链杆式网带,结构简单,经久耐用;(4)冷却段炉体的两侧边缘设置冷却进风风机、冷却段炉体的顶盖设置冷却排风风机,使得冷却气体可迅速流通,加快了冷却速度;(5)抽湿罩的设置可有效防止废气溢出。

具体实施方式
实施例1 如图1至图3所示,本实施例的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,包括:密封设置的炉体,炉体设置两端开口的炉膛,炉膛内的上侧设置用于水平输送的上层链杆式网带4,炉膛内的下侧设置用于水平输送的下层链杆式网带5,上层链杆式网带4的两端伸出炉膛的两端设置,下层链杆式网带5的长度大于上层链杆式网带4的长度,以使上层链杆式网带4、下层链杆式网带5的端部呈阶梯形分布。
上层链杆式网带4、下层链杆式网带5的结构相同,均包括多根横向设置的链杆41和置于链杆41两端的滚子链条8,滚子链条8包括置于链杆式网带两侧的边缘滚子链条、置于两边缘滚子链条之间的中部滚子链条,中部滚子链条与两边缘滚子链条之间均设置链杆41,其中边缘滚子链条、中部滚子链条均由多个首尾依次相连的滚子连接单元构成,各滚子连接单元包括滚子81、左侧连杆82、右侧连杆83,左侧连杆82的尾端与滚子81的左侧铰接配合,右侧连杆83的尾端与滚子81的右侧铰接配合,左侧连杆82、右侧连杆83的前端与前一滚子连接单元的滚子81两侧铰接配合,左侧边缘滚子链条的右侧连杆、右侧边缘滚子链条的左侧连杆向内延伸设置连接支架84,中部滚子链条的右侧连杆和左侧连杆均沿水平方向设置连接支架84,链杆41的端部设置连接耳42,连接耳上设置2个适于螺钉通过的锥形孔,连接支架84上设置与螺钉相适配的螺孔,连接耳42与连接支架84经螺钉进行固定(在其他实施例中,也可以通过铆钉进行固定连接),使得链杆41与滚子链条8固定相连,炉膛的两端设置转轴51,转轴51的两端设置与边缘滚子链条相啮合的链轮52,转轴51的中部设置与中部滚子链条相啮合的链轮52,以使转轴51转动时可驱动相应上层链杆式网带、下层链杆式网带往复运动。炉膛尾端的51转轴分别与单独的动力机构23传动配合,以使上层链杆式网带4、下层链杆式网带5可分别独立移动,动力机构23为减速电机。炉膛前端的转轴51的两端分别与水平设置的涨紧油缸6传动配合,以使涨紧油缸6可驱动转轴51平移,实现相应上层链杆式网带4、下层链杆式网带5的松紧程度调节。
作为优选,炉体包括加热段炉体1和冷却段炉体2,加热段炉体1的顶盖上设置与炉膛相通的循环风机11,循环风机11的风叶置于炉膛内,用于对炉膛内加热后的气体进行搅拌,使得炉膛内加热后的气体分布均匀;加热段炉体1的一侧还设有维修楼梯12,用于对炉体进行维修;冷却段炉体2的两侧设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却进风风机21,冷却段炉体2的顶端中部设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却排风风机22,使用时由两侧的冷却进风风机21向炉膛内引入气体,由中部的冷却排风风机22排出,形成对流,以加快冷却段炉体2内的气体流通,提高冷却效率。
作为优选,双层链杆式网带烧结炉还包括抽湿罩3,抽湿罩3罩设在炉膛的前端,抽湿罩3经抽湿风机32、抽湿风道31与加热段炉体1的炉膛相通,对溢出炉膛的气体进行回收,避免外溢。
使用时,待烧结的物料7放置在上层链杆式网带4、或下层链杆式网带5上,动力机构23驱动转轴51转动,使得上层链杆式网带4、下层链杆式网带5在炉膛内移动,实现双层装料,以提高装炉量。

1.一种双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,包括:密封设置的炉体,所述炉体设置两端开口的炉膛,所述炉膛内的上侧设置用于水平输送的上层网带,所述炉膛内的下侧设置用于水平输送的下层网带,所述上层网带的两端伸出所述炉膛的两端设置,所述下层网带的长度大于所述上层网带的长度,以使所述上层网带、下层网带的端部呈阶梯形分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,所述上层网带、下层网带为链杆式网带,链杆式网带包括多根横向设置的链杆和置于链杆两端的滚子链条,所述链杆的端部与所述滚子链条的侧面固定相连,所述炉膛的两端设置转轴,所述转轴上设置与所述滚子链条相啮合的链轮,以使所述转轴转动时可驱动所述链杆式网带往复运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,所述滚子链条包括多个首尾依次相连的滚子连接单元,各滚子连接单元包括滚子、左侧连杆、右侧连杆,所述左侧连杆的尾端与所述滚子的左侧端铰接配合,所述右侧连杆的尾端与所述滚子的右侧端铰接配合,所述左侧连杆、右侧连杆的前端与前一滚子连接单元的滚子两侧铰接配合,所述链杆的端部与所述左侧连杆、或右侧连杆的外侧面固定相连,以使所述链杆与所述滚子链条可同步移动。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,所述炉体包括加热段炉体和冷却段炉体,所述加热段炉体的顶盖上设置与炉膛相通的循环风机,所述循环风机的风叶置于所述炉膛内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,所述冷却段炉体的两侧设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却进风风机,所述冷却段炉体的顶端设置多个与炉膛相通的冷却排风风机。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,还包括抽湿罩,所述抽湿罩罩设在所述炉膛的前端,所述抽湿罩经抽湿风机、抽湿风道与所述加热段炉体的炉膛相通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,所述滚子链条包括置于所述链杆式网带两侧的边缘滚子链条、置于两边缘滚子链条之间的中部滚子链条,所述中部滚子链条与两边缘滚子链条之间均设置链杆,所述转轴的两端设置与所述边缘滚子链条相啮合的链轮,所述转轴的中部设置与所述中部滚子链条相啮合的链轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的双层链杆式网带烧结炉,其特征在于,还包括水平设置的涨紧油缸,所述涨紧油缸与所述转轴的端部传动配合,以使所述涨紧油缸可驱动所述转轴平移。
