Claims (8)

1. A conveying equipment for conveying edible fungus culture medium into and out of a sterilizer is used for conveying the edible fungus culture medium into the sterilizer, the sterilizer comprises a feeding end and a discharging end, and the conveying equipment is characterized by comprising:
the first conveying mechanism comprises a first conveyor body and a first conveying rail, wherein the first conveying rail is arranged on one side of the feeding ends of the sterilizers, and the first conveying rail is used for driving the first conveyor body to move along the first conveying rail among the feeding ends of the sterilizers;
the second conveying mechanism comprises a second conveyor body and a second conveying rail, wherein the second conveying rail is used for driving the second conveyor body to move along the second conveying rail so as to convey the edible fungus culture medium in the sterilizer; the second carrying rail comprises a first part positioned above the first carrying machine body and a second part positioned in the sterilizer, and the moving direction of the second carrying machine body is vertical to that of the first carrying machine body;
the conveying mechanism comprises a conveyor body, the conveyor body is arranged at the side end part of the first conveying track and is used for bearing the edible fungus culture medium, and the second conveying track comprises a third part arranged on the conveyor body;
the second transporter body comprises a supporting base and a transporter table arranged on the supporting base, the supporting base is arranged on the second transporting track, and the transporter table is connected with the supporting base through a lifting device; the carrying machine table comprises two carrying end bodies which are opposite to each other, and the carrying end bodies are used for supporting the edible fungus culture medium;
the carrying end body adopts an L-shaped structure, and comprises a supporting end extending in the horizontal direction and a fastening end extending upwards through the edge of the supporting end;

the bearing mechanism comprises a bearing machine body and a bearing rail, wherein the bearing rail is arranged on one side of the discharge ends of the sterilizers, and the bearing rail is used for driving the bearing machine body to move among the discharge ends of the sterilizers along the bearing rail; the second carrying rail comprises a fourth part arranged on the bearing machine body.

A handling conveyor apparatus for edible fungus culture medium to and from a sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said first handler body has a position detecting device disposed therein, wherein said position detecting device is adapted to allow said first handler body to identify the position of said sterilizer and/or said conveyor body, and wherein said position detecting device is adapted to at least one of: laser navigation head, two-dimensional code detection device.
4. The apparatus for transporting edible fungus culture medium into and out of sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein at least two of said second transporting rails extending in parallel with each other are provided in said first transporter body.

The edible fungus culture medium in/out conveying equipment for the sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a driving device for driving the first conveyor body to move along the first conveying rail is arranged on the first conveyor body, and the driving device comprises a first driving motor and a first driving wheel, and the first driving motor is powered by a power supply trolley line connected to the first conveying rail.

The edible mushroom culture medium transfer apparatus for entering and exiting a sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a guide means is provided on an end portion of the first transporter body on a side of the feed end of the sterilizer, the guide means including a guide wheel, and a guide end body having an arc-shaped configuration is provided on the guide wheel and extends in a circumferential direction of the guide wheel.

The edible fungus culture medium feeding and discharging conveyor equipment for the sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a plurality of position detection holes are formed in the second conveyor rail, a photoelectric receiver is arranged in each position detection hole, a photoelectric generator is arranged on the second conveyor body, and the photoelectric generator and the photoelectric receiver are electrically connected with each other.

The edible fungus culture medium in and out transfer conveyor equipment for the sterilizer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a driving device for driving the second transfer body to move along the second transfer rail is arranged on the second transfer body, the driving device comprises a second driving motor and a second driving wheel, the second driving motor is powered by a storage battery arranged on the second transfer body, and a charging pile for charging the storage battery is arranged on the first transfer body.
