本发明涉及产品包装运输技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘及其制备方法。
背景技术
吸塑托盘是一种将塑料采用吸塑工艺制成的包装产品,吸塑托盘内设有特定的凹槽,包装时,人们将产品或产品组件放置于凹槽内,起到保护和美化产品的作用,为了节省空间,经常采用叠放的方式,吸塑托盘经常用于产品生产过程中周转、出货包装等;
现有技术中的吸塑托盘整体质感较软,在运输或者储存摆放的过程中容易出现变形,边角碎裂的情况,容易造成运输产品的损坏,增加了工作人员的负担,为了改善这一现状,提高周转托盘的利用率以及实用性,保证使用寿命,提高工作效率,降低生产成本,本发明提出了一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点提出一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘及其制备方法,不仅提高了工作效率,而且延长了托盘的使用寿命,结构简单,无需维护,制作过程简单。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:
一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,包括托盘本体,托盘本体包括外托盘以及内托盘,内托盘外壁紧贴外托盘内壁相卡设,内托盘以及外托盘均包括四周的面板区以及设于面板区底部的底板区,面板区的顶面均高于并平行于底板区,外托盘的底板区上表面为平滑面,内托盘的底板区上表面设有多个置物单元,内托盘的面板区四周外壁以及面板与面板的衔接处均向内延伸有凹槽,凹槽中均卡设有支撑片,沿外托盘外壁设有一圈加强筋安装槽,加强筋设于加强筋安装槽中。

(二)在混料中加入碳酸亚丙脂以及改性剂后对进行熔融混炼、挤出、造粒制得颗粒状材料;
(三)将颗粒状材料加入至挤出机中,加入助剂,然后进行熔融塑化,挤出,再经过辊压牵引,冷却定型后形成吸塑片;
(四)将吸塑片加热软化后,真空吸附在预先处理好的模具中,冷却后脱模,即可得到外托盘或内托盘。
采用本发明的技术方案有益效果是:通过本发明的技术方案,本发明托盘采用了外托盘与内托盘的双重保险,内托盘的面板区四周外壁以及面板与面板的衔接处均向内延伸有凹槽,凹槽中卡设有支撑片,使用前将支撑片卡入凹槽后再将内托盘卡入外托盘中,支撑片采用硬质塑料材质,通过支撑片对周转托盘的支撑,使得物品在放入该周转托盘中进行运输时不会出现吸塑材料过软而导致变形或破碎的情况,外托盘的面板区外壁一周设有加强筋,且外托盘面板区的顶面向上延伸有多个防脱位凸齿,有效的保证了物品在周转托盘中的固定,提高了周转托盘的利用率,减轻了工作人员的负担,利于运输,价格低廉,并且该技术方案结构简单,安装方便;并且,本发明中的托盘本体均采用环保材质,价格低廉,且制作步骤简单,方便了工作人员的操作。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,包括托盘本体,托盘本体包括外托盘1以及内托盘2,内托盘2外壁紧贴外托盘1内壁相卡设,内托盘2以及外托盘1均包括四周的面板区3以及设于面板区3底部的底板区4,面板区3的顶面均高于并平行于底板区4,外托盘1的底板区4上表面为平滑面,内托盘2的底板区4上表面设有多个置物单元,内托盘2的面板区3四周外壁以及面板与面板的衔接处均向内延伸有凹槽5,凹槽5中均卡设有支撑片6,沿外托盘1外壁设有一圈加强筋安装槽7,加强筋8设于加强筋安装槽7中;
支撑片6采用硬质塑料材质;内托盘2的底板区4厚度大于外托盘1的底板区4厚度;外托盘1的面板区3的顶面向上延伸有多个防脱位凸齿9且防脱位凸齿9与外托盘1之间一体成型;外托盘1与内托盘2为分体式且外托盘1的内壁与内托盘2的外壁相配适;
外托盘以及内托盘均由以下重量份的原料制成:二氧化硅:14份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯:22份,淀粉:10份,木质纤维粉:5份,碳纤维粉:11份,碳酸亚丙脂:13份,改性剂:3份,助剂:18份;
改性剂为6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑肉桂酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑硝基苯甲酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑琥珀酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑马来酸盐中的一种;助剂为固化剂,固化剂采用二乙烯三胺、乙二胺、三乙烯四胺或二甲胺基丙胺中的一种;
上述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将二氧化硅、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、淀粉、木质纤维粉以及碳纤维粉加入至电加热搅拌机中,将转速调至4500r/min,温度调至100℃,进行搅拌混合,然后得到混料;
(二)在混料中加入碳酸亚丙脂以及改性剂后对进行熔融混炼、挤出、造粒制得颗粒状材料;
(三)将颗粒状材料加入至挤出机中,加入助剂,然后进行熔融塑化,挤出,再经过辊压牵引,冷却定型后形成吸塑片;
(四)将吸塑片加热软化后,真空吸附在预先处理好的模具中,冷却后脱模,即可得到外托盘或内托盘。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,包括托盘本体,托盘本体包括外托盘1以及内托盘2,内托盘2外壁紧贴外托盘1内壁相卡设,内托盘2以及外托盘1均包括四周的面板区3以及设于面板区3底部的底板区4,面板区3的顶面均高于并平行于底板区4,外托盘1的底板区4上表面为平滑面,内托盘2的底板区4上表面设有多个置物单元,内托盘2的面板区3四周外壁以及面板与面板的衔接处均向内延伸有凹槽5,凹槽5中均卡设有支撑片6,沿外托盘1外壁设有一圈加强筋安装槽7,加强筋8设于加强筋安装槽7中;
支撑片6采用硬质塑料材质;内托盘2的底板区4厚度大于外托盘1的底板区4厚度;外托盘1的面板区3的顶面向上延伸有多个防脱位凸齿9且防脱位凸齿9与外托盘1之间一体成型;外托盘1与内托盘2为分体式且外托盘1的内壁与内托盘2的外壁相配适;
外托盘以及内托盘均由以下重量份的原料制成:二氧化硅:19份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯:28份,淀粉:14份,木质纤维粉:9份,碳纤维粉:17份,碳酸亚丙脂:19份,改性剂:9份,助剂:21份;
改性剂为6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑肉桂酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑硝基苯甲酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑琥珀酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑马来酸盐中的一种;助剂为固化剂,固化剂采用二乙烯三胺、乙二胺、三乙烯四胺或二甲胺基丙胺中的一种。
上述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将二氧化硅、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、淀粉、木质纤维粉以及碳纤维粉加入至电加热搅拌机中,将转速调至5500r/min,温度调至120℃,进行搅拌混合,然后得到混料;
(二)在混料中加入碳酸亚丙脂以及改性剂后对进行熔融混炼、挤出、造粒制得颗粒状材料;
(三)将颗粒状材料加入至挤出机中,加入助剂,然后进行熔融塑化,挤出,再经过辊压牵引,冷却定型后形成吸塑片;
(四)将吸塑片加热软化后,真空吸附在预先处理好的模具中,冷却后脱模,即可得到外托盘或内托盘。
实施例3

上述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(三)将颗粒状材料加入至挤出机中,加入助剂,然后进行熔融塑化,挤出,再经过辊压牵引,冷却定型后形成吸塑片;
(四)将吸塑片加热软化后,真空吸附在预先处理好的模具中,冷却后脱模,即可得到外托盘或内托盘。

Claims (9)
1.一种防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,包括托盘本体,其特征在于:所述托盘本体包括外托盘(1)以及内托盘(2),所述内托盘(2)外壁紧贴外托盘(1)内壁相卡设,所述内托盘(2)以及外托盘(1)均包括四周的面板区(3)以及设于面板区(3)底部的底板区(4),所述面板区(3)的顶面均高于并平行于所述底板区(4),所述外托盘(1)的底板区(4)上表面为平滑面,所述内托盘(2)的底板区(4)上表面设有多个置物单元,所述内托盘(2)的面板区(3)四周外壁以及面板与面板的衔接处均向内延伸有凹槽(5),所述凹槽(5)中均卡设有支撑片(6),沿所述外托盘(1)外壁设有一圈加强筋安装槽(7),加强筋(8)设于加强筋安装槽(7)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述的支撑片(6)采用硬质塑料材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述内托盘(2)的底板区(4)厚度大于所述外托盘(1)的底板区(4)厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述外托盘(1)的面板区(3)的顶面向上延伸有多个防脱位凸齿(9)且所述防脱位凸齿(9)与外托盘(1)之间一体成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述的外托盘(1)与内托盘(2)为分体式且所述外托盘(1)的内壁与内托盘(2)的外壁相配适。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述的外托盘(1)以及内托盘(2)均由以下重量份的原料制成:二氧化硅:14-19份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯:22-28份,淀粉:10-14份,木质纤维粉:5-9份,碳纤维粉:11-17份,碳酸亚丙脂:13-19份,改性剂:3-9份,助剂:18-21份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述的改性剂为6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑肉桂酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑硝基苯甲酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑琥珀酸盐、6-羟甲基-氨基苯并噻唑马来酸盐中的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘,其特征在于:所述的助剂为固化剂,所述的固化剂采用二乙烯三胺、乙二胺、三乙烯四胺或二甲胺基丙胺中的一种。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一权利要求所述的防碎防变形吸塑包装周转托盘的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(一)将二氧化硅、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、淀粉、木质纤维粉以及碳纤维粉加入至电加热搅拌机中,将转速调至4500-5500r/min,温度调至100-120℃,进行搅拌混合,然后得到混料;
(二)在混料中加入碳酸亚丙脂以及改性剂后对进行熔融混炼、挤出、造粒制得颗粒状材料;
(三)将颗粒状材料加入至挤出机中,加入助剂,然后进行熔融塑化,挤出,再经过辊压牵引,冷却定型后形成吸塑片;
(四)将吸塑片加热软化后,真空吸附在预先处理好的模具中,冷却后脱模,即可得到外托盘或内托盘。
