本发明涉及纸板制造领域,具体是一种复合纸板及其制造方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,对商品外包装的要求越来越高。瓜果疏菜包装纸箱作为商品外包装容器,不仅能保证商品的运输安全,又要能起到美化商品、提高附加值、促进销售的作用,特别是近年来市场上出现各种印刷精美的新型防潮上光纸箱在很大程度上改进了包装纸箱的产品质量,从根本上解决了纸箱包装易潮、易霉、易损的问题。现有技术是在纸板粘合过程中,把耐水性的防水涂料用喷涂法或滚涂法涂布在张纸表面上,使纸板具有良好的耐水性。用这种方法制造的纸板,能充分防止水从表面浸入,加工费用也较低廉,但不能防止水从纸板断面浸入。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合纸板及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种复合纸板,纸板是由多层材料复合而成复合纸板,其特征在于,所述纸板的外表面有平行或相交的加强筋,所述加强筋与纸板为一体成型的整体结构,复合纸板从上至下依次包括上防水膜、上蜂窝纸板层、保温层、下蜂窝纸板层和下防水膜,所述上防水膜和上蜂窝纸板层之间设有保鲜剂囊,所述上防水膜上均有密布有多个通孔,通孔与位于其下面保鲜剂囊相联通,一个保鲜剂囊对应多个通孔,所述保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料,所述保温层采用泡沫板或者装有冷冻介质的囊状冰袋填充而成,在上蜂窝纸板层或/和下蜂窝纸板层上形成加强筋;所述加强筋的形状是T形加强筋,直线或曲线形的加强筋中的一种;所述蜂窝纸板层包括面纸、蜂窝纸芯和底纸,所述蜂窝纸芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述上防水膜和下防水膜均厚度一致,且上防水膜和下防水膜厚度介于3-5mm之间,防水膜的选择要求,首先要具有好的防水、隔水性能,另一方面其具备一定的耐磨性,能够在包装、搬运过程中造成破损以影响其性能。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述上蜂窝纸板层和下蜂窝纸板层厚度相同,均为10-15mm。
一种复合纸板及其制造方法,包括上述的复合纸板,其特征在于,具体步骤如下;
S1、纸板裁剪,将选定的纸板通过裁剪机进行裁剪,先将纸板平放在支撑平台的正中间,向上翻转L型压板,将纸板的相邻两边进行压紧;驱动气缸执行动作,驱动气缸带动上压板下压,裁切台跟着下压板下压,斜切刀获得冲切力,当斜切刀接触到纸板后,在纸板上冲切出块状纸板,块状纸板落入储物抽屉内,取出后除去边缘毛刺,将大块纸板分成多块相同尺寸的块状纸板,便于后续操作,更符合实际生产需要,产生的废料少,不会因为纸板尺寸过大而不易控制,造成浪费,除去边缘毛刺可提高纸板的美观度,保证纸板的成型质量;
S2、纸板外表面涂胶,涂胶在上胶机上进行,调节好涂胶辊的纵向位置,通过涂胶辊将冷粘胶均匀地涂刷在块状纸板的上表面,对每一张块状纸板沿同一个方向刷胶,控制胶膜厚度为0.5-0.8mmm,然后将块状珍珠棉盖在块状纸板涂胶的表面上,通过压平轮进行压平,及时擦干从块状纸板边缘溢出的冷粘胶,接着在块状珍珠棉的上表面涂刷酚醛树脂胶,涂刷方向与涂刷冷粘胶时的方向垂直,控制胶膜厚度为0.3-0.6mmm,紧接着将铝箔铺放在块状珍珠棉涂胶的上表面,通过压平轮再次压平,及时擦干从块状珍珠棉边缘溢出的酚醛树脂胶,裁掉铝箔露出块状珍珠棉的部分,获得初级复合纸板,并在晾房内进行晾制4h;
S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取10-40份的热固性聚合物,然后取10-40份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为65-80℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述热固性聚合物为烯基丙聚合物、酚醛树脂和环氧树脂中的其中一种。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述胶水为EVA型热熔胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中加强筋的设置将大大提高其的抗压能力,使其能够承受更大的包装承载,提高了包装纸箱的质量。另外,加强筋与纸板为一体成型的整体结构,进一步地,在复合纸板的结构中,在上蜂窝纸板层或/和下蜂窝纸板层上形成加强筋,这样加强筋与纸板的整体性好,抗压承载能力大大提升,也便于大批量生产,无需在复合纸板的制作过程中另外增设外置加强筋的工序,也可以防止另外增设加强筋而产生的加强筋连接不稳易脱落,生产工序多,不便于大批量生产等问题的出现。

一种复合纸板及其制造方法,包括上述的复合纸板,其特征在于,具体步骤如下;
S1、纸板裁剪,将选定的纸板通过裁剪机进行裁剪,先将纸板平放在支撑平台的正中间,向上翻转L型压板,将纸板的相邻两边进行压紧;驱动气缸执行动作,驱动气缸带动上压板下压,裁切台跟着下压板下压,斜切刀获得冲切力,当斜切刀接触到纸板后,在纸板上冲切出块状纸板,块状纸板落入储物抽屉内,取出后除去边缘毛刺,将大块纸板分成多块相同尺寸的块状纸板,便于后续操作,更符合实际生产需要,产生的废料少,不会因为纸板尺寸过大而不易控制,造成浪费,除去边缘毛刺可提高纸板的美观度,保证纸板的成型质量;
S2、纸板外表面涂胶,涂胶在上胶机上进行,调节好涂胶辊的纵向位置,通过涂胶辊将冷粘胶均匀地涂刷在块状纸板的上表面,对每一张块状纸板沿同一个方向刷胶,控制胶膜厚度为0.5mmm,然后将块状珍珠棉盖在块状纸板涂胶的表面上,通过压平轮进行压平,及时擦干从块状纸板边缘溢出的冷粘胶,接着在块状珍珠棉的上表面涂刷酚醛树脂胶,涂刷方向与涂刷冷粘胶时的方向垂直,控制胶膜厚度为0.3mmm,紧接着将铝箔铺放在块状珍珠棉涂胶的上表面,通过压平轮再次压平,及时擦干从块状珍珠棉边缘溢出的酚醛树脂胶,裁掉铝箔露出块状珍珠棉的部分,获得初级复合纸板,并在晾房内进行晾制4h;
S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取10份的热固性聚合物,然后取10份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为65℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
所述热固性聚合物为烯基丙聚合物。
所述胶水为EVA型热熔胶。
实施例2
一种复合纸板,纸板是由多层材料复合而成复合纸板,其特征在于,所述纸板的外表面有平行或相交的加强筋,所述加强筋与纸板为一体成型的整体结构,复合纸板从上至下依次包括上防水膜、上蜂窝纸板层、保温层、下蜂窝纸板层和下防水膜,所述上防水膜和上蜂窝纸板层之间设有保鲜剂囊,所述上防水膜上均有密布有多个通孔,通孔与位于其下面保鲜剂囊相联通,一个保鲜剂囊对应多个通孔,所述保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料,所述保温层采用泡沫板或者装有冷冻介质的囊状冰袋填充而成,在上蜂窝纸板层或/和下蜂窝纸板层上形成加强筋。
所述加强筋的形状是T形加强筋。
所述蜂窝纸板层包括面纸、蜂窝纸芯和底纸,所述蜂窝纸芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形。

S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取20份的热固性聚合物,然后取20份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为70℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
所述热固性聚合物为烯基丙聚合物。

S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取30份的热固性聚合物,然后取30份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为70℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
所述热固性聚合物为环氧树脂。
所述胶水为EVA型热熔胶。
实施例4
一种复合纸板,纸板是由多层材料复合而成复合纸板,其特征在于,所述纸板的外表面有平行或相交的加强筋,所述加强筋与纸板为一体成型的整体结构,复合纸板从上至下依次包括上防水膜、上蜂窝纸板层、保温层、下蜂窝纸板层和下防水膜,所述上防水膜和上蜂窝纸板层之间设有保鲜剂囊,所述上防水膜上均有密布有多个通孔,通孔与位于其下面保鲜剂囊相联通,一个保鲜剂囊对应多个通孔,所述保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料,所述保温层采用泡沫板或者装有冷冻介质的囊状冰袋填充而成,在上蜂窝纸板层或/和下蜂窝纸板层上形成加强筋。
所述加强筋的形状是曲线形的加强筋。
所述蜂窝纸板层包括面纸、蜂窝纸芯和底纸,所述蜂窝纸芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形。

S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取40份的热固性聚合物,然后取40份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为80℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
所述热固性聚合物为酚醛树脂。
所述胶水为EVA型热熔胶。

Claims (8)
1.一种复合纸板,纸板是由多层材料复合而成复合纸板,其特征在于,所述纸板的外表面有平行或相交的加强筋,所述加强筋与纸板为一体成型的整体结构,复合纸板从上至下依次包括上防水膜、上蜂窝纸板层、保温层、下蜂窝纸板层和下防水膜,所述上防水膜和上蜂窝纸板层之间设有保鲜剂囊,所述上防水膜上均有密布有多个通孔,通孔与位于其下面保鲜剂囊相联通,一个保鲜剂囊对应多个通孔,所述保鲜剂囊内装有保鲜材料,所述保温层采用泡沫板或者装有冷冻介质的囊状冰袋填充而成,在上蜂窝纸板层或/和下蜂窝纸板层上形成加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板,其特征在于,所述加强筋的形状是T形加强筋,直线或曲线形的加强筋中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝纸板层包括面纸、蜂窝纸芯和底纸,所述蜂窝纸芯的截面形态为菱形、正四边形或正六边形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板,其特征在于,所述上防水膜和下防水膜均厚度一致,且上防水膜和下防水膜厚度介于3-5mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板,其特征在于,所述上蜂窝纸板层和下蜂窝纸板层厚度相同,均为10-15mm。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的复合纸板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤;
S1、纸板裁剪,将选定的纸板通过裁剪机进行裁剪,先将纸板平放在支撑平台的正中间,向上翻转L型压板,将纸板的相邻两边进行压紧;驱动气缸执行动作,驱动气缸带动上压板下压,裁切台跟着下压板下压,斜切刀获得冲切力,当斜切刀接触到纸板后,在纸板上冲切出块状纸板,块状纸板落入储物抽屉内,取出后除去边缘毛刺,将大块纸板分成多块相同尺寸的块状纸板,便于后续操作,更符合实际生产需要,产生的废料少,不会因为纸板尺寸过大而不易控制,造成浪费,除去边缘毛刺可提高纸板的美观度,保证纸板的成型质量;
S2、纸板外表面涂胶,涂胶在上胶机上进行,调节好涂胶辊的纵向位置,通过涂胶辊将冷粘胶均匀地涂刷在块状纸板的上表面,对每一张块状纸板沿同一个方向刷胶,控制胶膜厚度为0.5-0.8mmm,然后将块状珍珠棉盖在块状纸板涂胶的表面上,通过压平轮进行压平,及时擦干从块状纸板边缘溢出的冷粘胶,接着在块状珍珠棉的上表面涂刷酚醛树脂胶,涂刷方向与涂刷冷粘胶时的方向垂直,控制胶膜厚度为0.3-0.6mmm,紧接着将铝箔铺放在块状珍珠棉涂胶的上表面,通过压平轮再次压平,及时擦干从块状珍珠棉边缘溢出的酚醛树脂胶,裁掉铝箔露出块状珍珠棉的部分,获得初级复合纸板,并在晾房内进行晾制4h;
S3、上防水膜和下防水膜的制取,取10-40份的热固性聚合物,然后取10-40份的石油蜡放放入粉碎机中粉碎成粉末状,将两种物品放入混料装置中进行充分混合;将混合的粉末放入加热炉中加热并搅拌,当粉末呈熔融状态时停止加热并保温,加热温度为65-80℃,高于石油蜡的熔点而低于热固性聚合物固化温度,使热固性聚合物均匀地充分分散在熔融的石油蜡中;
S4、纸板合成,将上防水膜和下防水膜的制取贴附在纸板表面,然后通过各原料之间的协同作用,使得制得的复合不仅具备优良的机械强度,而且防水防潮能力较强;
S5、纸板成型制备,使用模切机将S4中制备的纸板裁断成所需要的形状。
7.根据权利要求5所述的复合纸板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述热固性聚合物为烯基丙聚合物、酚醛树脂和环氧树脂中的其中一种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的复合纸板及其制造方法,其特征在于,所述胶水为EVA型热熔胶。
