The specific workflow process of the self-adaptive box selection system of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
after the box type is selected by the box packing algorithm, the box blank is released by the box blank storage structure 11, and then is conveyed to the position of the front-back direction conveyor 122 through the paper board conveying mechanism 12, and the paper board is pushed to the box opening station by the push plate 222; after the box blank reaches the unpacking station, the side plate adjusting device 24 pushes the box blank to the reference side for a certain distance to complete reference positioning.
The rotary cylinder 2622 drives the curved bar 2621 to turn downwards to press the paper board, meanwhile, the suckers in the bottom sucker assembly rise to prop against the bottom surface of the box blank, and at the moment, the side suckers on the curved bar 2621 and the suckers at the bottom generate negative pressure simultaneously to suck the bottom surface and the side surface of the box blank;
the curved bar 2621 is turned over upwards, pull the side of the box blank upwards, because the cardboard of the bottom is caught by the lower side, at this moment, the carton is adjusted to the stereoscopic state from the planar state, finish opening the case;
after the opening operation is completed, the inner leaf folding cylinder 2631 drives the bent angle plate 2632 to fold the inner rocking cover on one side of the carton, at the moment, the carton is changed from a parallelogram unstable structure to a certain rigid stable structure, at the moment, the suction cup assembly on the bottom looses the adsorption force, and the gantry moving welding assembly 261 drives the carton to enter the side sealing device 3 under the driving of the linear module;
before entering the side sealing device 3, the upper pinch belt 322 automatically adjusts the distance between the lower pinch belt 321 and the upper pinch belt 322 according to the height of the carton under the action of the driving electric cylinder assembly 324, the side sealing blocking strip device 34 also automatically adjusts to a corresponding size, after half of the carton enters the side sealing pinch conveying device 32, the suction cups on the curved rod 2621 stop absorbing force, the carton continues to be conveyed by the side sealing pinch conveying device 32, and then the gantry moving welding assembly 261 returns to the initial position under the driving of the linear module.
The carton is extruded by the side-sealing inner rocking cover folding device 33 to complete the folding of the inner rocking cover at the other side and maintain the folding state of the inner rocking cover, the outer rocking cover of the carton is folded by the side-sealing claw device 35, and in the moving process of the carton, the outer rocking cover gradually leans on the inner rocking cover gradually under the extrusion action of the side-sealing claw device 35 and finally completely clings to the inner rocking cover;
the height of the adhesive tape is automatically adjusted by the tape sealer under the action of the electric cylinder movement component 361, and after the carton comes out from the tail part of the side sealing claw device 35, the carton automatically finishes the pasting and the tape breaking of the adhesive tape through a mechanical mechanism of the tape sealer in the process of passing through the side sealing glue sealing device 36;
after the carton comes out from the side sealing device 3, the opening is not upward, the carton needs to be rotated by 90 degrees through the turnover device 4 to be upward, therefore, after the carton enters the turnover station, the turnover cylinder 43 acts to control the rake tooth-shaped plate 41 to turn downward, when the rake tooth-shaped plate 41 sinks into the roller way gap of the roller way conveyor below, the carton is supported by the roller way at the moment, the rake tooth-shaped plate 41 is separated, the power handover is completed, and the carton is continuously conveyed forward under the pushing of the roller way.

the side sealing device comprises a side sealing device supporting structure, a side sealing clamping conveying device and a side sealing inner rocking cover folding device, wherein the side sealing clamping conveying device and the side sealing inner rocking cover folding device are arranged on the side sealing device supporting structure; the opened carton is conveyed forwards through the side sealing clamping conveying device, and the side sealing of the inner rocking cover is finished through the side sealing inner rocking cover folding device; thereafter, the carton is rotated by the flipping mechanism through 90 ° with the opening facing upward.

The self-adaptive box selecting and opening system according to claim 1, wherein the box opening device comprises a side plate adjusting device, the side plate adjusting device comprises an L-shaped adjusting plate, a linear module and a stepping motor, the L-shaped adjusting plate is mounted on a sliding block of the linear module, and one end, facing the box blank storage, of the L-shaped adjusting plate is in a bell mouth shape, so that a box blank cannot be jammed when entering the box blank storage.
