Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料,包括自下而上依次叠放无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层。本发明还涉及一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将无纺布和第一隔胶膜预先复合,第二隔胶膜和面料层预先复合;(2)先在PU泡绵的两面涂布一层聚氨酯胶,然后在聚氨酯胶表面喷涂一层水;(3)按顺序进行叠放,然后送入油压机的模具中进行热压成型。本发明通过改变遮阳板成型的材料,采用胶膜和无纺布复合材料,面料层与胶膜复合材料,有效解决透胶问题,提高良品率,节约工时,有利于连续生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前常用的汽车内饰件中的小天窗遮阳板多采用湿法、喷涂、浇注等方法生产,其中湿法PU泡绵法生产出来的产品以其优良的性能、较低的价格越来越受到天窗系统厂家的重视。但是目前湿法工艺主要三次工法和两次工法热压而成,先进行基材的压制,在压合上背层无纺布和面料,浪费工时,也不利于连续生产。而一次法生产的天窗遮阳板容易出现透胶,材料铺设时间长等缺点,遮阳板在压合成型之后还需要使用水刀进行切割,时间长,切割精度低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种可有效解决透胶问题,提高良品率的汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料及其制造工艺。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料,包括自下而上依次叠放无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层。
进一步的,无纺布克重为180g/M²、第一隔胶膜克重为30g/M²、第一玻纤毡克重为200g/M²、PU泡绵克重为32KG/M³、第二玻纤毡克重为 200g/M²、第二层隔胶膜克重为36g/M²;PU泡绵通过聚氨酯胶与第一玻纤毡和第二玻纤毡粘接在一起。
一种如上所述汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将无纺布和第一隔胶膜预先复合,第二隔胶膜和面料层预先复合;(2)先在PU泡绵的两面涂布一层聚氨酯胶,然后在聚氨酯胶表面喷涂一层水;(3)按自下而上依次为无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层的顺序进行叠放,然后送入油压机的模具中进行热压成型。
进一步的,步骤(2)中,聚氨酯胶的涂胶量为170~190g/M²,喷涂的水量为75~85g/M²;步骤(3)中,热压的温度为135℃,热压时间为60s。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料通过改变遮阳板成型的材料,采用胶膜和无纺布复合材料,面料层与胶膜复合材料,有效解决透胶问题,提高良品率,节约工时,有利于连续生产。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1所示,一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料,包括自下而上依次叠放无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层,整个复合材料通过PU泡绵双面附带的聚氨酯胶及隔胶膜融化后的胶黏作用模压粘合而成,其中PU泡绵4主要起到填充和结构的作用,聚氨酯胶起到粘结的作用,水可以促进聚氨酯胶的粘结作用,玻纤毡可以增加这个遮阳板的强度,隔胶膜可以避免透胶,无纺布和面料层是外观层。
在本实施例中,无纺布克重为180g/M²、第一隔胶膜克重为30g/M²、第一玻纤毡克重为 200g/M²、PU泡绵克重为32KG/M³、第二玻纤毡克重为 200g/M²、第二层隔胶膜克重为36g/M²;PU泡绵通过聚氨酯胶与第一玻纤毡和第二玻纤毡粘接在一起。
本发明通过改变遮阳板成型的材料,采用胶膜和无纺布复合材料,面料层与胶膜复合材料,模具冲切多余材料的方法,来达到快速生产小天窗遮阳板,提高良品率的目的,解决现有汽车内饰用小天窗遮阳板在生产时间及存在透胶问题。
一种如上所述汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将无纺布和第一隔胶膜预先复合,第二隔胶膜和面料层预先复合;(2)先在PU泡绵的两面涂布一层聚氨酯胶,然后在聚氨酯胶表面喷涂一层水;(3)按自下而上依次为无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层的顺序进行叠放,然后送入油压机的模具中进行热压成型;(4)取出热压好的成品,进行水刀切割和仕上作业。
在本实施例中,步骤(2)中,聚氨酯胶的涂胶量为170g/M²,喷涂的水量为75g/M²;步骤(3)中,热压的温度为135℃,热压时间为60s。
实施例二:汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺的步骤(2)中,聚氨酯胶的涂胶量为190g/M²,喷涂的水量为85g/M²;步骤(3)中,热压的温度为135℃,热压时间为60s。
实施例三:汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺的步骤(2)中,聚氨酯胶的涂胶量为180g/M²,喷涂的水量为80g/M²;步骤(3)中,热压的温度为135℃,热压时间为60s。

1.一种汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料,其特征在于:包括自下而上依次叠放无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料,其特征在于:无纺布克重为180g/M²、第一隔胶膜克重为30g/M²、第一玻纤毡克重为 200g/M²、PU泡绵克重为32KG/M³、第二玻纤毡克重为 200g/M²、第二层隔胶膜克重为36g/M²;PU泡绵通过聚氨酯胶与第一玻纤毡和第二玻纤毡粘接在一起。
3.一种如权利要求1所述汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)将无纺布和第一隔胶膜预先复合,第二隔胶膜和面料层预先复合;(2)先在PU泡绵的两面涂布一层聚氨酯胶,然后在聚氨酯胶表面喷涂一层水;(3)按自下而上依次为无纺布、第一隔胶膜、第一玻纤毡、PU泡绵、第二玻纤毡、第二隔胶膜和面料层的顺序进行叠放,然后送入油压机的模具中进行热压成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰用天窗遮阳板复合材料的制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,聚氨酯胶的涂胶量为170~190g/M²,喷涂的水量为75~85g/M²;步骤(3)中,热压的温度为135℃,热压时间为60s。
