The travelling mechanism (1) comprises a vehicle body frame 11, a battery pack 12, a driving motor 13, a transmission mechanism 14, travelling wheels 15, a braking mechanism 16, a control box 17, a control handrail 18 and the like; the lifting mechanism (2) comprises a lifting screw rod 21, a worm gear transmission device 22, a shell 23, a stepping motor 24, a connecting bracket 25, a hand wheel 26, a connecting flange 27 and the like; the balance mechanism (3) comprises a transmission box body 31, a gear rack mechanism 32, a stepping motor 33, a four-bar mechanism 34, a hedge trimmer mounting seat 35, an angle adjusting mechanism 37 and the like; the trimming mechanism (4) comprises a hedge trimmer 41, a driving motor 42, a transmission flexible shaft 43 and the like; the remote control device is used as an option, and can remotely control various operation processes of the hedge trimmer when needed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to novel hedge trimming equipment, in particular to a walking type electric hedge trimmer.
Background
Along with the development of garden industry in China, the pruning and modeling of hedges around parks, squares, roads and communities are becoming a frequent task in urban greening operation, and the method has the advantages of wide involved area, strong seasonality, large difference of operation contents, operation objects and operation conditions and extremely clear regional characteristics. Due to the continuous improvement of maintenance standards, the existing maintenance mode mainly based on manpower can not meet the development requirements of urban greening. The working mode of pruning shears or hand-held hedge trimmer is mainly characterized by heavy load operation of workers, poor labor condition, high physical consumption, low working efficiency and high accident frequency. Meanwhile, due to structural labor shortage and other reasons, greening workers are generally large in age, obvious in technical level difference, training before on-duty cannot be effectively realized, and size regularity and appearance attractiveness after hedge trimming are often not guaranteed. Although the vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer developed in some universities at home improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity of workers, the vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer is only suitable for trimming hedges with long distances and simple modeling on two sides of a highway from the aspect of design due to the large size and high cost, and is still incapable of trimming and maintaining urban green landscapes reflecting local wind, land, personal conditions and cultural connotations. The chinese patent application nos. 201120329411.7, 201420244793.7, 2015139504. X, 201610349464.2, 201610927419.0, 201620269849.3 disclose various walking hedge trimmers with lifting function mounted on a trolley or a bracket with universal wheels respectively, but these inventions have complicated structural design (such as hydraulic cylinders), complicated operation procedures, or manual adjustment, small working range, low working efficiency and considerable difficulty in popularization. Therefore, a novel walking hedge trimmer with complete functions, convenience and labor saving is urgently needed to meet the requirements of the increasingly-growing modern urban hedge trimming maintenance with various characteristics. The invention aims to provide a novel walking hedge trimmer which overcomes various defects of the existing hedge trimming equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The novel walking hedge trimmer mainly comprises a walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a balancing mechanism, a trimming mechanism and a remote control device.
The traveling mechanism mainly comprises a vehicle body frame, a battery pack, a power mechanism, traveling wheels, a braking mechanism, a control box and a control handrail. Wherein the power mechanism comprises a motor and a corresponding mechanical transmission mechanism; the travelling wheels can be driven by a power mechanism or manually; the control box is arranged at the middle part of the control handrail to control the walking and braking of the whole hedge trimmer, the ascending and descending of the trimming mechanism, the adjustment of the trimming distance and angle, the starting and ending of trimming operation and the like; the control box panel can be of a touch screen type structure or a mechanical structure provided with a plurality of opening and closing buttons. The control can be directly finished on the control box panel by manpower or can be finished by remote control.
The lifting mechanism mainly comprises a lifting screw rod, a worm gear transmission device, a shell, an upper limiting device, a lower limiting device, a guiding device, a stepping motor, a hand wheel and a connecting bracket respectively arranged at the bottom of the shell and a connecting flange at the top of the screw rod. Wherein the connecting bracket at the bottom of the shell is connected with a vehicle body frame in the vehicle body travelling mechanism, and the connecting flange at the top of the lead screw is connected with a transmission box in the connecting rod balancing mechanism. The worm gear and worm transmission device can drive the lifting screw rod to enable the connecting rod balance mechanism and the hedge trimming mechanism to realize up-and-down adjustment of trimming positions under the drive of the stepping motor so as to meet the requirements of hedge trimming at different heights. The worm gear and worm transmission device can also realize the ascending and descending of the lifting screw rod by manually rotating the hand wheel; the lifting screw rod is close to the upper limiting device and the lower limiting device to ensure the normal work of the lifting mechanism; the power supply of the stepping motor is provided by a battery pack arranged on the frame of the vehicle body.
The balance mechanism mainly comprises a transmission box body, a gear rack mechanism, a stepping motor, a four-bar mechanism, a hedge trimmer mounting seat and an angle adjusting mechanism. Wherein the transmission box body is connected with a connecting flange at the top of the screw rod, and the hedge trimmer mounting seat is connected with the hedge trimmer. The gear rack mechanism is driven by the stepping motor, so that the balancing mechanism drives the trimmer to adjust the trimming distance; the angle adjusting mechanism consists of an adjusting rod and a stepping motor, and the hedge trimmer mounting seat can drive the trimming machine to adjust the trimming angle under the driving of the stepping motor; the power supply of the two stepping motors is provided by a battery pack arranged on the vehicle body frame; the hedge trimmer mounting seat is provided with two parallel sliding grooves and clamping springs so as to realize quick disassembly and locking of the hedge trimmer; the balance end of the four-bar mechanism is connected with a hedge trimmer driving motor in the hedge trimming mechanism, and the hedge trimmer driving motor is used as a counterweight to realize the balance of the hedge trimmer.
The trimming mechanism mainly comprises a hedge trimmer, a driving motor and a transmission flexible shaft. The hedge trimmer is connected with a hedge trimmer mounting seat in the balance mechanism, convenient disassembly and locking can be realized, and the driving motor is used as a machine balance weight to be connected with the balance end of the four-bar mechanism in the balance mechanism. The hedge trimmer can be a reciprocating cutting mechanism or a disc rotary cutting mechanism, and under the drive of a hedge trimmer driving motor, power is transmitted to the hedge trimmer through a transmission flexible shaft so as to realize hedge trimming operation; the hedge trimmer can be easily taken down from the hedge trimmer mounting seat, so that the trimming of individual special occasions can be realized by manual hand-held operation, and the working flexibility of the hedge trimmer is improved; the power supply of the driving motor is provided by a battery pack arranged on the frame of the vehicle body.
The remote control device is mainly used as an option, and can remotely control various operations of the hedge trimmer when needed.

Detailed Description
The following describes detailed embodiments of the invention in conjunction with the drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the novel walking hedge trimmer is characterized in that a walking mechanism (1) is positioned at the bottom and is fixed together with a connecting bracket 25 of a lifting mechanism (2) through a vehicle body frame 11; above the lifting mechanism (2) is a connecting rod balance mechanism (3), which are fixed together through a connecting flange 27 and a transmission box body 31. The hedge trimmer 41 in the trimming mechanism (4) is arranged on the left side of the balance mechanism (3) and is connected through the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35; on the right side of the balancing mechanism (3) is a hedge trimmer drive motor 42 which is fixed with the balancing end of the four bar linkage 34.
The travelling mechanism (1) is composed of a vehicle body frame 11, a battery pack 12, a driving motor 13, a transmission mechanism 14, travelling wheels 15, a braking mechanism 16, a control box 17 and a control handrail 18 (see fig. 1 and 2). The driving motor 13 can be controlled by an on-off button arranged on a panel of a touch screen type or mechanical control box 17 on the control handrail 18, the travelling wheel 15 is driven to walk through the transmission mechanism 14, the braking mechanism 16 is controlled, the travelling wheel 15 is braked, and accordingly, the travelling and braking of the whole hedge trimmer are controlled. In order to meet the application requirements of different occasions, the invention can be provided with a simplified version, namely, the driving motor 13, the transmission mechanism 14 and the electric control in the braking mechanism 16 are omitted, the whole hedge trimmer is manually pushed to walk through the control handrail 18, and the braking mechanism 16 is controlled through manually stepping on a pedal arranged on the vehicle body frame 11 or manually pulling a handle arranged on the control handrail 18 to realize the braking of the whole hedge trimmer.
The lifting mechanism (2) consists of a lifting screw rod 21, a worm gear transmission device 22, a shell 23, a stepping motor 24, a connecting bracket 25 at the bottom of the shell, a hand wheel 26 at the end part of the worm, a connecting flange 27 at the top of the screw rod, an upper limiting device (not shown), a lower limiting device (not shown) and a guiding device (not shown) (see figures 1 and 3). According to the preset trimming height, when the whole hedge trimmer approaches the hedge, the stepping motor 24 can be controlled to drive the worm and the worm wheel in the worm gear transmission device 22 to rotate through the opening and closing button on the panel of the control box 17, and the worm wheel inner cavity screw drives the lifting screw rod 21 to ascend or descend. The guide means mounted on the housing 23 will limit the rotation of the lifting screw 21 during the lifting or lowering. The upper limiting device and the lower limiting device respectively limit the highest safe working position and the lowest safe working position of the lifting screw rod. The lifting screw 21 is lifted or lowered, and simultaneously the balancing mechanism (3) and the trimming mechanism (4) are correspondingly driven to lift and lower. For some hedges of simple design, the working height of the trimming mechanism (4) can also be determined once by the hand wheel 26 before trimming, since the trimming height is uniform.
The balance mechanism (3) is composed of a transmission case 31, a rack-and-pinion mechanism 32, a stepping motor 33, a four-bar mechanism 34, a hedge trimmer mount 35, and an angle adjusting mechanism 36 (see fig. 1 and 4). The angle adjusting mechanism 36 may be a pen container type or linear stepping motor, and two end adjusting rods are respectively connected with the four-bar mechanism 34 and a pin shaft on the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35. When the stepper motor works, the distance between the two pin shafts changes, so that the included angle between the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35 and the rod piece of the connected four-bar mechanism 34 changes.
The trimming mechanism (4) is composed of a hedge trimmer 41, a driving motor 42, and a transmission flexible shaft 43 (see fig. 1 and 4), wherein the transmission flexible shaft 43 passes through the center of the four-bar mechanism 34 to connect the hedge trimmer 41 and the driving motor 42 together. The drive motor 42, the stepper motor 33 and the stepper motor of the angle adjusting mechanism 36 can be controlled to operate respectively by opening and closing buttons on the panel of the control box 17. The driving motor 42 drives the hedge trimmer 41 to trim hedges through the transmission flexible shaft 43. The stepping motor 33 drives a pin shaft of the four-bar linkage 34 to move back and forth in the horizontal chute of the transmission box 31 through the rack and pinion mechanism 32, so as to control the hedge trimmer 41 connected to the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35 to perform the back and forth movement operation. The stepper motor of the angle adjusting mechanism 36 drives the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35 to rotate through the two end adjusting rods, so that the hedge trimmer 41 connected to the hedge trimmer mounting seat 35 is controlled to perform angle change operation.
For hedges that are not accessible or of a particular shape by some machines, the hedge trimmer 41 can be quickly removed from the hedge trimmer mounting base 35 and manually held to perform the trimming operation.
When special needs exist, such as during operation in a dangerous road section or to reduce the labor intensity of operators, the manipulation of the drive motor 13, the step motor 27, the step motor 33, the step motor of the angle adjusting mechanism 36, the hedge trimmer drive motor 42 and the brake mechanism 16 can be accomplished by remote control.

A walking electric hedge trimmer, which is characterized in that: the device mainly comprises a travelling mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a connecting rod balancing mechanism, a pruning mechanism and a remote control device; the travelling mechanism (1) is positioned at the bottom and is fixed with a connecting bracket (25) of the lifting mechanism (2) through a vehicle body frame (11); the lifting mechanism (2) is provided with a connecting rod balancing mechanism (3) above, the lifting mechanism (2) is fixed with a transmission box body (31) of the connecting rod balancing mechanism (3) through a connecting flange (27), the left side of the connecting rod balancing mechanism (3) is provided with a hedge trimmer (41) in the trimming mechanism (4), and the hedge trimmer (41) is connected with a hedge trimmer mounting seat (35) and can be quickly connected and separated according to trimming requirements; the right side of the connecting rod balancing mechanism (3) is provided with a hedge trimmer driving motor (42), and the hedge trimmer driving motor (42) is fixed with the balancing end of the four-bar mechanism (34); the balancing weight of the connecting rod balancing mechanism is a hedge trimmer driving motor;
the connecting rod balancing mechanism (3) consists of a transmission box body (31), a gear rack mechanism (32), a stepping motor (33), a four-bar mechanism (34), a hedge trimmer mounting seat (35) and an angle adjusting mechanism (36); the angle adjusting mechanism (36) is a pen barrel type or linear stepping motor, two end adjusting rods are respectively connected with pin shafts on the four-bar mechanism (34) and the hedge trimmer mounting seat (35), and when the pen barrel type or linear stepping motor works, the distance between the two pin shafts changes, so that the included angle between the hedge trimmer mounting seat (35) and a rod piece of the connected four-bar mechanism (34) changes;
the trimming mechanism (4) consists of a hedge trimmer (41), a hedge trimmer driving motor (42) and a transmission flexible shaft (43), wherein the transmission flexible shaft (43) penetrates through the center of the four-bar mechanism (34) to connect the hedge trimmer (41) with the hedge trimmer driving motor (42), the stepping motor (33) and the stepping motor of the angle adjusting mechanism (36) can be controlled to work respectively through an on-off button on a panel of the control box (17), and the hedge trimmer driving motor (42) drives the hedge trimmer (41) to trim hedge by the transmission flexible shaft (43); the stepping motor (33) drives a pin shaft of the four-bar mechanism (34) to move back and forth in a horizontal chute of the transmission box body (31) through the gear rack mechanism (32), so that the hedge trimmer (41) connected to the hedge trimmer mounting seat (35) is controlled to perform back and forth movement operation.
