4. Defective product detection
Referring to fig. 13-15, the defective product detecting device of the roller spindle comprises a detecting base 49, a cylinder push rod assembly, a detecting sliding frame, a detecting shaft 45, a reset spring 44 and an inductor 47, wherein the detecting sliding frame is composed of a detecting head 43 and an L-shaped plate 46, the detecting head 43 and the L-shaped plate 46 are fixedly connected, and a bottom plate of the L-shaped plate 46 slides on the detecting base 49. The detection shaft 45 traverses the shaft seat 432 of the detection head 43 and the L-shaped plate 46, the tail end of the detection shaft extends out of the shaft hole of the vertical plate of the L-shaped plate, the middle part of the detection shaft is provided with a reset lug 451, the outer diameter of the reset lug 451 is larger than the shaft hole of the detection head, and the detection shaft 45 forms a travel limit in the advancing direction. The front end of the detection shaft extends to the clamping seat 3, and the reset spring 44 is sleeved on the detection shaft, one end of the reset spring is abutted against the reset lug 451, and the other end of the reset spring is abutted against the vertical plate of the L-shaped plate. The cylinder push rod assembly comprises a detection driving cylinder and a detection push rod 48, wherein the detection driving cylinder is fixed on a detection base 49, the detection push rod 48 moves below the L-shaped plate and is connected with a connecting block 431, and the detection carriage is made to reciprocate by pushing the connecting block 431 of the detection head. The inductor 47 is installed on detecting the base 49, is equipped with proximity switch at the tail end 452 of detecting the axle, inductor 47 and PLC control cabinet 5 signal connection. When the defective product detection device works, the PLC control console sends out a working signal, the detection cylinder acts, the detection push rod 48 pushes the detection sliding frame to the detection position, the detection shaft 45 directly abuts against the clamping seat 3 and stretches into the opening 201 of the shaft sleeve, if a rubber plug clip is arranged in the shaft sleeve, the rubber plug clip prevents the detection shaft from further stretching in, at the moment, the reset lug 451 of the shaft moves backwards, the reset spring 44 is compressed, the tail end of the detection shaft moves backwards, the proximity switch is close to the sensor 47, the sensor 47 sends out a switching signal to the PLC control console, and the PLC control console reads a product qualified signal and makes a corresponding control instruction so that the defective product offline device of the next sequence is not started. After the detection action is completed, the detection push rod 48 moves backward to reset the detection carriage to the position to be detected, and the reset spring 44 also pulls the detection shaft backward to the state to be detected, and waits for the next action.
In contrast, if the rubber plug clip is not successfully sleeved in the shaft sleeve, the detection shaft stretches into the inner cavity of the shaft sleeve 20 along with the movement of the detection sliding frame, the reset protruding block 451 of the shaft always abuts against the outer wall of the detection head, the reset spring 44 is in an extending state, the tail end of the detection shaft does not move relative to the L-shaped plate, therefore, the inductor 47 cannot receive a close signal of the proximity switch, at the moment, the PLC control console sends out a defective product signal, the defective product indicator lamp flashes, the PLC control console drives the workbench to rotate in a stepping manner, the clamping seat rotates to the defective product offline device, and the defective product offline device starts to offline the hollow shaft sleeve from the clamping seat.
5. Defective product offline
Referring to fig. 16-18, the defective product offline machine of the roller mandrel comprises a pedestal, an offline cylinder 53, a U-shaped push block 58, wherein the bottom end of the U-shaped push block is connected with a push rod 55 of the offline cylinder, and the U-shaped push block is used for pressing and pushing a pair of side arms of the clamping seat, so that the pair of side arms are outwards opened; the off-line cylinder is driven by the PLC control console. The core-inserting cylinder frame 54 is fixed above the U-shaped push block 58, the core-inserting cylinder 56 is installed on the core-inserting cylinder frame, the push rod of the core-inserting cylinder is connected with the core-inserting rod 57, the core-inserting cylinder drives the core-inserting rod 57 to be inserted into the shaft sleeve rotating rod hole 203, and the shaft sleeve 20 is taken out of the clamping seat 3 along with the resetting of the U-shaped push block 58. A defective product collecting container 59 is arranged beside the pedestal, and defective products drop into the collecting container after being taken off from the clamping seat.
6. Off-line of qualified products
Referring to fig. 19-20, the blanking device design of the roller mandrel is very simple and practical, and a power device is not required to be configured. The device consists of a base 64 and a wedge plate 63 fixedly arranged on the base, wherein the wedge plate 63 is provided with a sharp angle 631 extending in the upward working procedure direction, the installation height of the wedge plate is between the top plane of a clamping seat and the lower part of a top convex ring 209 of a shaft sleeve, when a workbench rotates, the shaft sleeve back of a roller mandrel (the back of an opening of the shaft sleeve) firstly contacts with the tail end of the sharp angle, gradually overcomes the elasticity of a side arm in the process of continuing rotation, is pushed away from a clamping cavity by the bevel edge of the wedge plate, and finally falls into a blanking channel 65.
