Abstract

本发明公开了一种PE膜黏胶结构,包括安装架,安装架上安装有伸缩结构,伸缩结构连接有粘胶滚筒和胶箱,粘胶滚筒和胶箱之间设置有胶缝;粘胶滚筒轴接有拨轮,粘胶滚筒连接有气缸;安装架滑动连接在机架上,机架上安装有与拨轮配合的拨齿。本发明仅仅对PE膜的两侧进行涂胶,减轻了涂胶的用量,使得PCB板黏贴PE膜后容易快速晾干,并且在后期易于去除,大大加快了PCB板的生产制作速度。

一种PE膜黏胶结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PCB板贴膜设备,尤其涉及一种PE膜黏胶结构。
背景技术
PCB板制作时,尤其PTFE材质的PCB板制作时通常会在PCB板两侧黏贴PE膜,然后冲压成形,在将PE膜去除如专利201710965632 .5公开的PTFE材质PCB板的冲模成型方法。但是其存在的问题为PE膜通过滚筒式贴膜机在PE膜表面刷胶黏贴在PCB板上,这导致PE膜上黏胶过多,不仅后续很难去除,而且黏胶过多,导致胶水难以干燥,大大延长了其制作工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PE膜黏胶结构,本发明仅仅对PE膜的两侧进行涂胶,减轻了涂胶的用量,使得PCB板黏贴PE膜后容易快速晾干,并且在后期易于去除,大大加快了PCB板的生产制作速度。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种PE膜黏胶结构,包括安装架,安装架上安装有伸缩结构,伸缩结构连接有粘胶滚筒和胶箱,粘胶滚筒和胶箱之间设置有胶缝;粘胶滚筒轴接有拨轮,粘胶滚筒连接有气缸;安装架滑动连接在机架上,机架上安装有与拨轮配合的拨齿。
进一步的改进,所述拨齿固定连接有L状的转杆,转杆通过转轴轴接在机架上。
进一步的改进,所述机架成形有与拨齿配合的第一凹槽,第一凹槽内固定有与拨齿相连的第一弹簧。
进一步的改进,所述安装架上设置有第二凹槽,第二凹槽通过第二弹簧连接有与第二凹槽配合的止退齿。
进一步的改进,所述伸缩结构为气缸。

实施方式
如图1-7所示的一种PE膜黏胶结构,包括PE膜输送机构6,沿PE膜的进料方向依次安装有PE膜卷筒1、PE膜黏胶机构2、切断机构3和负压送膜机构4;配合负压送膜机构4安装3有PCB板送料机构5。
负压送膜机构4包括负压吸板41,负压吸板41上表面设置有第一负压吸孔42,负压吸板41两侧分别设置有转轴43,转轴43外套设有传送带44,传送带44上设置有第一透气孔45;临近PCB板送料机构5的转轴43上设置有凹槽46,凹槽46内设置有第二透气孔47;负压吸板41底部临近PCB板送料机构5侧固定有与转轴43配合的挡板48;第一透气孔45和第二透气孔47与气泵连通,其中转轴43沿轴心方向开设有开口49;转轴43上的第二透气孔47通过开口49与气泵连通。
本专利使用时,PE膜自PE膜卷筒1经PE膜输送机构6被送到PE膜黏胶机构2,PE膜黏胶机构2在PE膜上涂胶,然后前行进入切断机构3,切断机构在涂胶处的中部将PE膜切开,被切开的PE膜进入负压送膜机构4,被负压吸附定位,稳定的随传送带44行进,同时对向下侧有PCB板相向行进,PE膜转到传送带44右侧,PE膜黏贴在PCB板上,当PE膜处于传送带下方时,由于挡板48和负压吸板41下表面的阻挡,消除了负压送膜机构4的吸附,从而使得PE膜能够黏贴在PCB板表面完成黏贴固定,然后待胶水干燥后,将PCB板另一面按同样程序黏胶即可。
PCB板送料机构5包括储料槽51,储料槽51底部安装有PCB板输送结构,PCB板输送结构为输送带形式的结构。也可如图1所示,包括若干平行设置的送料柱52,送料柱52两端连接有输送链进行运输。
PE膜黏胶机构2包括安装架25 ,安装架25上安装有气缸29,气缸29连接有粘胶滚筒21和胶箱22,粘胶滚筒21和胶箱22之间设置有胶缝27;粘胶滚筒21轴接有拨轮23,粘胶滚筒21连接有气缸24;安装架25滑动连接在机架28上,机架28上安装有与拨轮23配合的拨齿26。
这样气缸29带动粘胶滚筒21和胶箱22上下运动,每次向上运动,拨轮23挤压三角状的拨齿26,使得拨齿26内缩,每次下行时,拨齿26阻截住拨轮23,从而带动粘胶滚筒21转动,将胶箱22内的胶带出,涂抹到PE膜表面。这样通过将上下运动转化为滚动运动,从而可以仅仅在PE膜的两侧涂胶,而在PE膜的中部不用涂胶,不仅节省胶,而且可防止PE膜涂胶过多而难以干燥。
拨齿26的内缩结构为:拨齿26固定连接有L状的转杆210,转杆210通过转轴211轴接在机架28上。或者机架28成形有与拨齿26配合的第一凹槽,第一凹槽内固定有与拨齿26相连的第一弹簧。
为了防止拨轮23倒转,安装架25上设置有第二凹槽,第二凹槽通过第二弹簧连接有与第二凹槽配合的止退齿212。这样波轮23倒转时就会被止退齿212阻拦。
PE膜输送机构6为送膜滚筒,送膜滚筒设置有送膜导向限位杆61,送膜导向限位杆61顶部固定有限位帽62,送膜导向限位杆61套设在导向杆63上。

1.一种PE膜黏胶结构,其特征在于,包括PE膜输送机构(6),沿PE膜的进料方向依次安装有PE膜卷筒(1)、PE膜黏胶机构(2)、切断机构(3)和负压送膜机构(4);配合负压送膜机构(4)安装有PCB板送料机构(5);所述PE膜黏胶机构(2)包括安装架(25) ,安装架(25)上安装有伸缩结构,伸缩结构连接有粘胶滚筒(21)和胶箱(22),粘胶滚筒(21)和胶箱(22)之间设置有胶缝 (27);粘胶滚筒(21)轴接有拨轮(23);安装架(25)滑动连接在机架(28)上,机架(28)上安装有与拨轮(23)配合的拨齿(26);
所述机架(28)成形有与拨齿(26)配合的第一凹槽,第一凹槽内固定有与拨齿(26)相连的第一弹簧;所述安装架(25)上设置有第二凹槽,第二凹槽通过第二弹簧连接有与拨轮(23)配合的止退齿(212);所述伸缩结构为气缸(29);
使用时,PE膜自PE膜卷筒(1)经PE膜输送机构(6)被送到PE膜黏胶机构(2),气缸(29)带动粘胶滚筒(21)和胶箱(22)上下运动, 使得PE膜黏胶机构(2)在PE膜上间隔涂胶,然后PE膜前行进入切断机构(3),切断机构在每处涂胶处的中部将PE膜切开,从而仅仅在PE膜的两侧涂胶,而在PE膜的中部不用涂胶。
