本发明公开为一种污水过滤装置，包括有阀体，其特征在于：在所述阀体内设置有圆腔，在所述圆腔圆周外壁设置有多个贯穿的通槽，在所述通槽内活动设置有过滤块，所述圆腔上表面设置有电机，所述电机连接有能带动多个过滤块轮流往复运动的往复机构，在所述通槽出口处设置有能对过滤块表面进行清洁的清洁装置，本发明的污水处理装置在处理污水时，不再由于长时间的污水过滤而出现过滤网容易堆积过滤物的情况，不再堵塞水分的流通，提高了过滤质量，结构简单，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理装置领域，特别涉及一种污水过滤装置。
背景技术
污水处理装置，用于处理污水的设备，改善人们的环境，但现有的污水处理装置在处理污水时，由于长时间的污水过滤，过滤网容易堆积过滤物，堵塞水分的流通，降低了过滤质量。
故此，现有的污水处理装置需要进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种污水过滤装置。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下方案：
一种污水过滤装置，包括有阀体，其特征在于：在所述阀体内设置有圆腔，在所述圆腔圆周外壁设置有多个贯穿的通槽，在所述通槽内活动设置有过滤块，所述圆腔上表面设置有电机，所述电机连接有能带动多个过滤块轮流往复运动的往复机构，在所述通槽出口处设置有能对过滤块表面进行清洁的清洁装置。
如上所述的一种污水过滤装置，其特征在于所述往复机构包括有设置在电机端部的转盘，在所述转盘表面设置有偏心轴，所述偏心轴和过滤块内壁之间通过铰接连杆铰接。
如上所述的一种污水过滤装置，其特征在于所述过滤块包括有过滤块本体，在过滤块本体横向设置有多个贯穿的通孔，在所述过滤块本体边角处设置有倒角，所述过滤块本体两侧壁倾斜设置有斜导板。
如上所述的一种污水过滤装置，其特征在于所述清洁装置包括由设置在通槽开口两侧边缘的轴座，在轴座上穿插有导向杆，所述导向杆靠近通槽一端设置有能对过滤块本体表面进行过滤物清洁的清洁刮杆，在所述导向杆另一端设置有限位块，所述导向杆外套设有能压紧于轴座和清洁刮杆之间的压紧弹簧。
综上所述，本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是：
本发明的污水处理装置在处理污水时，不再由于长时间的污水过滤而出现过滤网容易堆积过滤物的情况，不再堵塞水分的流通，提高了过滤质量，结构简单，使用方便。

一种污水过滤装置，包括有阀体1，在所述阀体1内设置有圆腔7，在所述圆腔7圆周外壁设置有多个贯穿的通槽21，在所述通槽21内活动设置有过滤块3，所述圆腔7上表面设置有电机2，所述电机2连接有能带动多个过滤块3轮流往复运动的往复机构6，在所述通槽21出口处设置有能对过滤块3表面进行清洁的清洁装置4，工作时通过清洁装置4对过滤块3的表面进行清洁，通过电机2带动往复机构6运转。
本发明所述往复机构6包括有设置在电机2端部的转盘61，在所述转盘61表面设置有偏心轴62，所述偏心轴62和过滤块3内壁之间通过铰接连杆63铰接。
本发明所述过滤块3包括有过滤块本体31，在过滤块本体31横向设置有多个贯穿的通孔32，在所述过滤块本体31边角处设置有倒角33，所述过滤块本体31两侧壁倾斜设置有斜导板34。
本发明所述清洁装置4包括由设置在通槽21开口两侧边缘的轴座41，在轴座41上穿插有导向杆43，所述导向杆43靠近通槽21一端设置有能对过滤块本体31表面进行过滤物清洁的清洁刮杆42，在所述导向杆43另一端设置有限位块45，所述导向杆43外套设有能压紧于轴座41和清洁刮杆42之间的压紧弹簧44，通过压紧弹簧44使清洁刮杆42贴紧过滤块本体31进行表面清洁。

1.一种污水过滤装置，包括有阀体（1），其特征在于：在所述阀体（1）内设置有圆腔（7），在所述圆腔（7）圆周外壁设置有多个贯穿的通槽（21），在所述通槽（21）内活动设置有过滤块（3），所述圆腔（7）上表面设置有电机（2），所述电机（2）连接有能带动多个过滤块（3）轮流往复运动的往复机构（6），在所述通槽（21）出口处设置有能对过滤块（3）表面进行清洁的清洁装置（4），所述清洁装置（4）包括由设置在通槽（21）开口两侧边缘的轴座（41），在轴座（41）上穿插有导向杆（43），所述导向杆（43）靠近通槽（21）一端设置有能对过滤块（3）的过滤块本体（31）表面进行过滤物清洁的清洁刮杆（42），在所述导向杆（43）另一端设置有限位块（45），所述导向杆（43）外套设有能压紧于轴座（41）和清洁刮杆（42）之间的压紧弹簧（44），所述过滤块（3）包括有过滤块本体（31），在过滤块本体（31）横向设置有多个贯穿的通孔（32），在所述过滤块本体（31）边角处设置有倒角（33），所述过滤块本体（31）两侧壁倾斜设置有斜导板（34）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水过滤装置，其特征在于所述往复机构（6）包括有设置在电机（2）端部的转盘（61），在所述转盘（61）表面设置有偏心轴（62），所述偏心轴（62）和过滤块（3）内壁之间通过铰接连杆（63）铰接。
