背景技术

本发明的目的就是针对小麦苗具有很高的营养价值,并且味道鲜美,而目前还没有一种以小麦苗为主要原料的速食食品,提供一种小麦苗粉玉米速食粥。
本发明的一种小麦苗粉玉米速食粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:小麦苗20-40,新鲜甜玉米20-40,玉米糁20-40,大虾3-6,盐1-2,香油2-4,它的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将新鲜甜玉米蒸熟或煮熟,剥粒,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(2)将基围虾放入沸水中煮熟,捞出去头剥壳抽虾线,留虾肉虾尾放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(3)将小麦苗切碎,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(4)将玉米糁加入3-4倍开水煮沸后,加入盐、香油,保持沸腾,至玉米糁熟透,普通过滤,将筛上物料放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(5)将上述步骤中制得的各物料按配方比例配料,分装,即得。

一种小麦苗粉玉米速食粥,由下述重量份的原料组成:小麦苗30,新鲜甜玉米30,玉米糁20,大虾6,盐2,香油4,它的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将新鲜甜玉米蒸熟或煮熟,剥粒,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(2)将基围虾放入沸水中煮熟,捞出去头剥壳抽虾线,留虾肉虾尾放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(3)将小麦苗切碎,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(4)将玉米糁加入3-4倍开水煮沸后,加入盐、香油,保持沸腾,至玉米糁熟透,普通过滤,将筛上物料放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(5)将上述步骤中制得的各物料按配方比例配料,分装,即得。食用时,直接将包装袋内的物料放入碗中,冲入适量沸水,覆盖等待2-3分钟,即可进行食用。

1.一种小麦苗粉玉米速食粥,其特征在于由下述重量份的原料组成:小麦苗20-40,新鲜甜玉米20-40,玉米糁20-40,大虾3-6,盐1-2,香油2-4,它的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将新鲜甜玉米蒸熟或煮熟,剥粒,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(2)将基围虾放入沸水中煮熟,捞出去头剥壳抽虾线,留虾肉虾尾放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(3)将小麦苗切碎,放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(4)将玉米糁加入3-4倍开水煮沸后,加入盐、香油,保持沸腾,至玉米糁熟透,普通过滤,将筛上物料放入真空冷冻干燥设备中进行干燥,待产品的中心温度达到-18℃时出料,待用;(5)将上述步骤中制得的各物料按配方比例配料,分装,即得。
