Abstract
本发明公开了一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,包括连接器本体、旋转锁杆和拉带,所述连接器本体尾部连接线缆。所述的旋转锁杆一端为连接端,另一端为卡接端,连接端的一端转动安装在所述连接器本体上,另一端与卡接端固接,卡接端呈向上倾斜设置,卡接端上方与所述拉带固接。本发明还公开了一种连接器组件及其使用方法。采用旋转锁杆实现线端连接器与板端连接器的互锁,相比于普通的锁扣锁合,本发明具有锁合力足,配合间隙小的优点;通过施力于拉带,使旋转锁杆与板端连接器的卡槽脱离,实现解锁的同时将产品从板端取出,解锁结构占用空间小。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,特别涉及一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器和连接器组件及连接器组件的使用方法。
背景技术
现有的连接器通过锁扣连接后,由于产品板上的高度限制4.5mm,锁扣的尺寸被限制在很小的空间内,则公母之间的保持力势必受到限制,无法提供足够的保持力。常规的锁合方式采用倒钩和孔槽配合的方式,而设计此两个配合特征时,势必要考量配合公差,属于间隙配合,最终会造成公母两端的配合间隙较大,存在接触不稳定之隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器、连接器组件及连接器组件的使用方法,以解决背景技术中所存在的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,包括连接器本体、旋转锁杆和拉带,所述连接器本体尾部连接线缆。所述的旋转锁杆一端为连接端,另一端为卡接端,连接端的一端转动安装在所述连接器本体上,另一端与卡接端固接,卡接端呈向上倾斜设置,卡接端上方与所述拉带固接。
进一步地,所述的连接端包括对称设置在线端连接器左右两侧的两根连接杆,两根连接杆的一端分别转动安装在所述连接器本体上,另一端分别与卡接端固接。
进一步地,所述的卡接端包括卡接臂、第一衔接臂、第二衔接臂和拉带杆。所述的两根连接杆末端分别垂直向内侧弯折形成两根卡接臂,两根卡接臂的末端垂直向上弯折形成两根第一衔接臂,两根第一衔接臂的末端向着连接器本体一侧倾斜弯折形成两根第二衔接臂,两根第二衔接臂的末端分别向内侧垂直弯折并闭合形成所述拉带杆。
进一步地,所述拉带的头端与所述拉带杆固定连接,拉带头端与旋转锁杆倾斜设置。
优选地,所述拉带为条形带状,拉带材质为橡胶或尼龙。
优选地,所述拉带杆的材质为金属。
本发明还公开了一种连接器组件,包括板端连接器和上述线端连接器,所述板端连接器底部与电路板连接,所述的线端连接器上设置有供板端连接器插入的插接槽。所述板端连接器的左右两侧分别固设有一卡块,所述卡块在远离线端连接器的一端开设有卡槽,所述旋转锁杆的卡接端与所述卡槽卡接。
进一步地,所述卡块在靠近线端连接器的一端设有一凸块,所述线端连接器的头端开设有用于与所述凸块相卡合的凹孔。
进一步地,为了使旋转锁杆在解锁后能够方便拉出,所述板端连接器在远离线端连接器的一端设有一斜面。
本发明还公开了上述连接器组件的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步:组装时,将板端连接器插入线端连接器的插接槽内,转动旋转锁杆使得旋转锁杆的卡接端卡入板端连接器的卡槽内,完成连接器组件的组装;
第二步:解锁时,将拉带朝着远离板端连接器的一侧拉动,拉带带动旋转杆的卡接端从板端连接器的卡槽中脱离,实现线端连接器与板端连接器的解锁分离。
本发明具有如下有益效果:1、本发明采用旋转锁杆实现线端连接器与板端连接器的互锁,相比于普通的锁扣锁合,本发明具有锁合力足,配合间隙小且方便解锁的优点;2、本发明采用拉带与旋转锁杆的拉带杆连接,通过施力于拉带,使旋转锁杆的卡接臂与板端连接器的卡槽脱离,实现解锁的同时将产品从板端取出,解锁结构占用空间小,结构紧凑,更利于产品功能的实现;3、本发明将拉带头端与旋转锁杆倾斜设置,使得拉带与旋转锁杆形成一定的角度,利于力量的导向,方便解锁。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器1,包括连接器本体11、旋转锁杆3和拉带4,连接器本体11尾部连接线缆5,旋转锁杆3采用金属制成,拉带4采用尼龙制成。旋转锁杆3包括对称设置在连接器本体11左右两侧的两根连接杆31,两根连接杆31的一端分别转动安装在连接器本体11的侧边中部位置,两根连接杆31的另一端分别垂直向内侧弯折形成两根卡接臂32,两根卡接臂32的末端分别垂直向上弯折形成两根第一衔接臂33,两根第一衔接臂33的末端分别向着连接器本体11的一侧倾斜弯折形成两根第二衔接臂34,两根第二衔接臂34的末端分别垂直向内侧弯折并闭合成拉带杆35。拉带4头端与拉带杆35固接,拉带4头端与旋转锁杆3倾斜设置。
如图4、图5所示,板端连接器2底部与电路板22连接,连接器本体11上设置有供板端连接器2插入的插接槽10,板端连接器2的左右两侧分别固设有一卡块21,卡块21在远离连接器本体11的一端开设有卡槽211,卡接臂31卡接于卡槽211内。卡块21在靠近线端连接器1的一端设有一凸块212,连接器本体11的头端开设有用于与凸块212相卡合的凹孔11。板端连接器2在远离线端连接器1的一端设有斜面23。
如图6、图7所示,连接器组件包括线端连接器1和板端连接器2,板端连接器2插入线端连接器1的插接槽10内,线端连接器1和板端连接器2通过旋转锁杆3上的卡接臂31与卡槽211的卡接锁合在一起;需要解锁时,通过朝着远离板端连接器2的方向施力于拉带4,使旋转锁杆3的卡接臂31与板端连接器2的卡槽211脱离,实现解锁的同时将产品从板端取出。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:包括连接器本体、旋转锁杆和拉带,所述连接器本体尾部连接线缆,所述的旋转锁杆一端为连接端,另一端为卡接端,连接端的一端转动安装在所述连接器本体上,另一端与卡接端固接,卡接端呈向上倾斜设置,卡接端上方与所述拉带固接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:所述的连接端包括对称设置在连接器本体左右两侧的两根连接杆,两根连接杆的一端分别转动安装在所述连接器本体上,另一端分别与卡接端固接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:所述的卡接端包括卡接臂、第一衔接臂、第二衔接臂和拉带杆,所述的两根连接杆末端分别垂直向内侧弯折形成两根卡接臂,两根卡接臂的末端垂直向上弯折形成两根第一衔接臂,两根第一衔接臂的末端向着连接器本体一侧倾斜弯折形成两根第二衔接臂,两根第二衔接臂的末端分别向内侧垂直弯折并闭合形成所述拉带杆。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:所述拉带的头端与所述拉带杆固定连接,拉带头端与旋转锁杆倾斜设置。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:所述拉带为条形带状,拉带材质为橡胶或尼龙。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,其特征在于:所述拉带杆的材质为金属。
7.一种连接器组件,包括线端连接器和板端连接器,其特征在于:所述的线端连接器为权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种带旋转锁杆的线端连接器,所述板端连接器底部与电路板连接,所述的线端连接器上设置有供板端连接器插入的插接槽,所述板端连接器的左右两侧分别固设有一卡块,所述卡块在远离线端连接器的一端开设有卡槽,所述旋转锁杆的卡接端与所述卡槽卡接。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种连接器组件,其特征在于:所述卡块在靠近线端连接器的一端设有一凸块,所述线端连接器的头端开设有用于与所述凸块相卡合的凹孔。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种连接器组件,其特征在于:所述板端连接器在远离线端连接器的一端设有一斜面。
10.一种如权利要求7-9中任一项所述连接器组件的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:组装时,将板端连接器插入线端连接器的插接槽内,转动旋转锁杆使得旋转锁杆的卡接端卡入板端连接器的卡槽内,完成连接器组件的组装;
S2:解锁时,将拉带朝着远离板端连接器的一侧拉动,拉带带动旋转杆的卡接端从板端连接器的卡槽中脱离,实现线端连接器与板端连接器的解锁分离。
