Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸湿快干面料的制备方法,属于面料领域。本发明的吸湿快干面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干。本发明制得的吸湿快干面料具有优异的耐干摩擦色牢度、耐湿摩擦色牢度、耐水洗色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度,而且具有很强的吸湿快干性能,手感好,柔软度高。

本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种吸湿快干面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,越来越多的人喜欢户外活动,如徒步、登山和露营,而且都喜欢结伴出行好几天,在以前,长时间的户外活动都需要携带较多的换洗衣物,不仅增加了人们出行前的准备时间不方便,还增加了人们出行时的负重,因此,市场上就出现了很多的快干衣服和一次性衣服。然而,传统的吸湿快干面料的色牢度不高,同时,人体穿着舒适性也不高,如果采用舒适度高的面料则其吸湿快干性能会有所降低。
综上所述,需要一种不仅具有吸湿快干性能,穿着舒适度高,还需具有优异的色牢度和柔软度的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种不仅具有吸湿快干性能,还需具有优异的色牢度和柔软度的面料。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
吸湿快干面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干,其中,所述吸湿快干处理具体如下:将面料浸轧在吸湿快干液中,所述吸湿快干液包括吸湿快干剂和水,所述吸湿快干液包括按照水量计的如下组份:八甲基环四硅氧烷4~6g/L,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵2~3g/L,松香4~6g/L,苯乙烯磺酸钠3~4g/L,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯11~15g/L。
进一步的,进行所述吸湿快干处理时,吸湿快干液的温度为140~150℃,所述吸湿快干处理时间为40~60min。
进一步的,所述预处理具体过程如下:采用漂洗液对坯布进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为70~90℃,所述漂洗时间为60~90min。
进一步的,所述漂洗液包括漂洗剂和水,所述漂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:油酸7~8g/L,氯化钙0.3~0.7g/L,海藻酸钠5~6g/L。
进一步的,所述皂洗过程具体如下:通过皂洗液对坯布进行皂洗,所述皂洗温度为70~85℃,所述皂洗时间为45~60min。
进一步的,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵4~7g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.2~0.4g/L。
进一步的,所述烘干温度为50~60℃,烘干时间为90~120min。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明的吸湿快干面料的制备方法,在预处理过程中,采用油酸作为润滑剂,氯化钙作为固化剂,海藻酸钠作为渗透剂,将油酸、氯化钙和海藻酸钠混合使用后,漂洗剂可以有效渗透进面料纤维进行清洗,提高了面料纤维的清洁度,为后续染色及吸湿快干处理做准备;
第二、皂洗过程中,采用氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵作为清洗剂,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠作为软水剂,两者混合使用后可有效提高皂洗效率,在后续吸湿快干处理中,采用八甲基环四硅氧烷作为表面活性剂,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵作为固化剂,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯作为拒水剂,苯乙烯磺酸钠作为分散剂,松香作为粘粘剂,松香可溶于甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯中,通过苯乙烯磺酸钠使其均匀分散于水中并粘到面料纤维上,面料经过自主研发的吸湿快干液处理后,不仅具有较好的吸湿快干性能,同时,还具有较好的色牢度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
吸湿快干面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干,其中:
所述预处理具体过程如下:采用漂洗液对坯布进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为70℃,所述漂洗时间为60min。
其中,所述漂洗液包括漂洗剂和水,所述漂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:油酸7g/L,氯化钙0.3g/L,海藻酸钠5g/L。
所述皂洗过程具体如下:通过皂洗液对坯布进行皂洗,所述皂洗温度为70℃,所述皂洗时间为45min。
其中,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵4g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.2g/L。
所述吸湿快干处理具体如下:将面料浸轧在吸湿快干液中,所述吸湿快干液包括吸湿快干剂和水,所述吸湿快干液包括按照水量计的如下组份:八甲基环四硅氧烷4g/L,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵2g/L,松香4g/L,苯乙烯磺酸钠3g/L,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯11g/L,进行所述吸湿快干处理时,吸湿快干液的温度为140℃,所述吸湿快干处理时间为40min。
其中,所述烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为90min,烘干后即得吸湿快干面料。
实施例2
吸湿快干面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干,其中:
所述预处理具体过程如下:采用漂洗液对坯布进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为80℃,所述漂洗时间为80min。
其中,所述漂洗液包括漂洗剂和水,所述漂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:油酸8g/L,氯化钙0.5g/L,海藻酸钠6g/L。
所述皂洗过程具体如下:通过皂洗液对坯布进行皂洗,所述皂洗温度为80℃,所述皂洗时间为50min。
其中,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵5g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.3g/L。
所述吸湿快干处理具体如下:将面料浸轧在吸湿快干液中,所述吸湿快干液包括吸湿快干剂和水,所述吸湿快干液包括按照水量计的如下组份:八甲基环四硅氧烷5g/L,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵3g/L,松香5g/L,苯乙烯磺酸钠4g/L,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯13g/L,进行所述吸湿快干处理时,吸湿快干液的温度为144℃,所述吸湿快干处理时间为50min。
其中,所述烘干温度为55℃,烘干时间为100min,烘干后即得吸湿快干面料。
实施例3
吸湿快干面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干,其中:
所述预处理具体过程如下:采用漂洗液对坯布进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为90℃,所述漂洗时间为90min。
其中,所述漂洗液包括漂洗剂和水,所述漂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:油酸8g/L,氯化钙0.7g/L,海藻酸钠6g/L。
所述皂洗过程具体如下:通过皂洗液对坯布进行皂洗,所述皂洗温度为85℃,所述皂洗时间为60min。
其中,所述皂洗液包括皂洗剂和水,所述皂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:氯化十二烷基二甲基苄基铵7g/L,乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠0.4g/L。
所述吸湿快干处理具体如下:将面料浸轧在吸湿快干液中,所述吸湿快干液包括吸湿快干剂和水,所述吸湿快干液包括按照水量计的如下组份:八甲基环四硅氧烷6g/L,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵3g/L,松香6g/L,苯乙烯磺酸钠4g/L,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯15g/L,进行所述吸湿快干处理时,吸湿快干液的温度为150℃,所述吸湿快干处理时间为60min。
其中,所述烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为120min,烘干后即得吸湿快干面料。
上述实施例中所得吸湿快干面料的染色步骤中,根据实际所需要的颜色及其颜色深度进行染色。
根据GB/T 3920-2008标准测试面料的耐干摩擦色牢度和耐湿摩擦色牢度;
根据GB/T 3921-2008(40℃,30min)标准测试面料的耐皂洗色牢度;
根据GB/T 5713-2013标准测试面料的耐水洗色牢度;
根据GB/T 21655.1-2008标准测试面料的吸湿快干性能。
检测结果如下表1;
表1:实施例1~3制得的吸湿快干面料的检测结果:
从表1中可以看出,用本发明的制作方法制得的吸湿快干面料,其耐干摩擦色牢度和耐湿摩擦色牢度均达到了4级,耐皂洗色牢度的测试结果达到变色4级和沾色4级,耐水洗色牢度的测试结果达到变色4级和沾色4级,吸湿率达到了545%,滴水扩散时间达到了0.3s,芯吸高度达到了198mm,蒸发速率达到了0.370g/h,透湿量达到11000[g/(m2·d)],制得的面料具有很强的吸湿快干性能,且人触摸时具有良好的手感和柔软舒适性。

1.吸湿快干面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:预处理、染色、固色、皂洗、定型、吸湿快干处理和烘干,其中,所述吸湿快干处理具体如下:将面料浸轧在吸湿快干液中,所述吸湿快干液包括吸湿快干剂和水,所述吸湿快干液包括按照水量计的如下组份:八甲基环四硅氧烷4~6 g/L,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵2~3 g/L,松香4~6 g/L,苯乙烯磺酸钠3~4 g/L,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯11~15 g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干面料的制备方法,其特征在于,进行所述吸湿快干处理时,吸湿快干液的温度为140~150℃,所述吸湿快干处理时间为40~60min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预处理具体过程如下:采用漂洗液对坯布进行漂洗,所述漂洗温度为70~90℃,所述漂洗时间为60~90min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸湿快干面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述漂洗液包括漂洗剂和水,所述漂洗剂包括按照水量计的如下组份:油酸7~8 g/L,氯化钙0.3~0.7 g/L,海藻酸钠5~6 g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿快干面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述皂洗过程具体如下:通过皂洗液对坯布进行皂洗,所述皂洗温度为70~85℃,所述皂洗时间为45~60min。
