Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合水刺无纺布,该复合水刺无纺布为三层级复合结构,上、下层均为水刺无纺布层,中间层为加强层,所述上层的水刺无纺布层、中间层的加强层和下层的水刺无纺布层三者加固为一体。本发明一种复合水刺无纺布,结构合理,采用三层级复合结构,上、下层为水刺无纺布层,中间层为加强层,通过水刺加固为一体,改善了传统水刺无纺布强力差的问题,大大提高了水刺无纺布的抗拉强度,加强层上密布有均匀的小孔,增加了复合无纺布的导湿性能,在不改变水刺无纺布的性能的情况下增加了水刺无纺布强力增加了产品的附加值。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及无纺布的技术领域,特别涉及一种复合水刺无纺布。
【背景技术】
无纺布具有透气、柔软、质轻、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉等特点。如采用聚丙烯(PP)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺网、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。水刺无纺布是无纺布中的一种,是将高压微细水流喷射到一层或多层纤维网上,使纤维相互缠结在一起,从而使纤网得以加固而具备一定强力,得到的织物即为水刺无纺布。
传统水刺无纺布强力较差,抗拉强度较低,为了不改变水刺无纺布的性能的情况下增加非织造布的强力、增加水刺无纺布附加值,有必要提出一种复合水刺无纺布。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种复合水刺无纺布,其旨在解决现有技术中水刺无纺布强力较差,抗拉强度较低的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种复合水刺无纺布,该复合水刺无纺布为三层级复合结构,上、下层均为水刺无纺布层,中间层为加强层,所述上层的水刺无纺布层、中间层的加强层和下层的水刺无纺布层三者加固为一体。
作为优选,所述的上层的水刺无纺布层原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合,所述的下层的水刺无纺布层原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合。
作为优选,所述的上层的水刺无纺布层原料与下层的水刺无纺布层原料能够相同,也能够不同。
作为优选,所述的加强层采用热风无纺布、纺熔无纺布或者热轧无纺布中的一种。
作为优选,所述的加强层上密布有均匀的小孔。
作为优选,所述上层的水刺无纺布层、中间层的加强层和下层的水刺无纺布层三者通过水刺加固为一体。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种复合水刺无纺布,结构合理,采用三层级复合结构,上、下层为水刺无纺布层,中间层为加强层,通过水刺加固为一体,改善了传统水刺无纺布强力差的问题,大大提高了水刺无纺布的抗拉强度,加强层上密布有均匀的小孔,增加了复合无纺布的导湿性能,本发明在不改变水刺无纺布的性能的情况下,增加了水刺无纺布强力的附加值。

参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种复合水刺无纺布,该复合水刺无纺布为三层级复合结构,上、下层均为水刺无纺布层1,中间层为加强层2,所述上层的水刺无纺布层1、中间层的加强层2和下层的水刺无纺布层1三者加固为一体。
在本发明实施例中,所述的上层的水刺无纺布层1原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合,所述的下层的水刺无纺布层1原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合。
进一步地,所述的上层的水刺无纺布层1原料与下层的水刺无纺布层1原料能够相同,也能够不同。
在本发明实施例中,所述的加强层2采用热风无纺布、纺熔无纺布或者热轧无纺布中的一种。
进一步地,所述的加强层2上密布有均匀的小孔21。
在本发明实施例中,所述上层的水刺无纺布层1、中间层的加强层2和下层的水刺无纺布层1三者通过水刺加固为一体。

1.一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:该复合水刺无纺布为三层级复合结构,上、下层均为水刺无纺布层(1),中间层为加强层(2),所述上层的水刺无纺布层(1)、中间层的加强层(2)和下层的水刺无纺布层(1)三者加固为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的上层的水刺无纺布层(1)原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合,所述的下层的水刺无纺布层(1)原料为棉花、黏胶、涤纶、竹浆纤维、玉米纤维中的一种或者两种以上混合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的上层的水刺无纺布层(1)原料与下层的水刺无纺布层(1)原料能够相同,也能够不同。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的加强层(2)采用热风无纺布、纺熔无纺布或者热轧无纺布中的一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的加强层(2)上密布有均匀的小孔(21)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种复合水刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述上层的水刺无纺布层(1)、中间层的加强层(2)和下层的水刺无纺布层(1)三者通过水刺加固为一体。
