本发明公开了一种可调切豆角长度的设备,属于机械领域。一种可调切豆角长度的设备包括有:支架、成品出料口、切料装置、放料装置、输送带,所述的成品出料口安装在支架的左侧下端,用于排出已切好的豆角;所述的放料装置安装在支架的右侧上表面,用于将刚放入的豆角两端切平整;所述的切料装置安装在支架的左侧上表面,用于将豆角切成固定的长度;所述的输送带通过滚筒安装在支架上,用于将放料装置的豆角输送到切料装置内,再将切好的豆角输送到成品出料口。经过成品出料口流出的豆角长条就可形成长度统一的长条了。

技术领域
本实发明涉及一种机械领域,特别涉及一种可调切豆角长度的设备。
背景技术
随着农业生产技术的快速发展,我国农业产品的产量往往在收获季节的时候是供过于求。特别是在我们南方在豆角的收获季节时,经常有外地商户将这些过量的豆角收集起来,进行加工处理成一些包装食品。为了便于加工和美观等,这些豆角的包装食品一般都是需要将豆角切成若干根等长度的长条才有利于加工和包装。目前市场还没有出现过有专门为切等长度的豆角切割设备,只能通过人工进行一边测量固定好豆角再一边将豆角切成若干等长度的豆角长条。为此本发明提供了一种可调切豆角长度的设备可以根据用户的需求将豆角切成等长度的豆角长条。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的就是要提供一种可调切豆角长度的设备能快速地将豆角切成等长度的豆角长条。
本发明采用的具体技术方案是:
一种可调切豆角长度的设备包括有:支架、成品出料口、切料装置、放料装置、输送带,所述的成品出料口安装在支架的左侧下端,用于排出已切好的豆角;所述的放料装置安装在支架的右侧上表面,用于将刚放入的豆角两端切平整;所述的切料装置安装在支架的左侧上表面,用于将豆角切成固定的长度;所述的输送带通过滚筒安装在支架上,用于将放料装置的豆角输送到切料装置内,再将切好的豆角输送到成品出料口,由该成品出料口流出。
进一步的:所述的切料装置包括有:壳体、定位切刀、移动切刀、余料出料口、推料板、红线检测器,其中所述的定位切刀固定安装在壳体的左上端,所述的移动切刀通过液压缸安装在壳体的右上端,该移动切刀可以在壳体上端实现左右来回移动,用于调节与定位切刀的距离,工作时先由定位切刀下降到最低点,再由移动切刀自动下降将豆角切断;所述的余料出料口安装在切料装置的壳体一侧,所述的推料板安装在该壳体对应的另一侧;所述的红线检测器安装在靠近移动切刀后端的壳体上,用于检测待切割豆角的长度是否到达移动切刀位置处。当红线检测器检测到移动切刀后端有豆角时,移动切刀开始自动下降将豆角切断,切断后移动切刀自动上升,同时输送带继续向前移动;当红线检测器检测到移动切刀后端没有豆角时,此时推料板直接将剩余的豆角推向余料出料口,剩余的豆角从余料出料口流出。
进一步的:为了防止移动切刀将输送带切断,所述的移动切刀下降的最低点刚好与输送带接触,同时所述的输送带由耐切割和韧性较好的材料做成。
进一步的:所述的放料装置包括有:废料出口槽、放料框架、移动托板、平整切刀,所述的废料出口槽共有两个分别对称安装在放料框架的左右两侧,所述的平整切刀共有两把分别对称安装在废料出口槽的内侧,用于将靠近废料出口槽的豆角两端切平整,切除的废料从废料出口槽流出;所述的移动托板安装在放料框架,用于托住待刚放入的豆角,待豆角两端切平整后,移动托板向外移动豆角掉入输送带,再由输送带输送到切料装置内。此时移动托板开始向内移动,恢复到初始状态。
进一步的:为了便于两端的废料快速流出,所述的废料出口槽与水平面成60至70度的斜角,工作时废料出口槽的边沿与平整切刀表面相接触形成一个剪切力。
进一步的:所述的一种可调切豆角长度的设备还包括有:液压缸,所述的液压缸共有6个,分别与各个执行元件相连,用于控制该装置的相关执行动作。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.用户可以根据自己的需求调整设备的切刀位置将豆角切成等长度的豆角长条。
2.移动切刀的移动和下降的最低点刚好与输送带相接触,有利于用户根据自己的需求切出自己所需的长度以及防止切刀切割到输送带。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图做进一步详细的说明。
如图所示,一种可调切豆角长度的设备主要包括:成品出料口1、支架2、切料装置3、余料出料口31、壳体32、定位切刀33、移动切刀34、推料板35、红线检测器36、放料装置4、废料出口槽41、放料框架42、移动托板43、平整切刀44、液压缸5、输送带6。
所述的成品出料口1安装在支架2的左侧下端,用于排出已切好的豆角;所述的放料装置4安装在支架2的右侧上表面,用于将刚放入的豆角两端切平整;所述的切料装置3安装在支架2的左侧上表面,用于将豆角切成固定的长度;所述的输送带6通过滚筒安装在支架2上,用于将放料装置4的豆角输送到切料装置3内,再将切好的豆角输送到成品出料口1,由该成品出料口1流出。
所述的定位切刀33固定安装在壳体32的左上端,所述的移动切刀34通过液压缸5安装在壳体32的右上端,该移动切刀34可以在壳体32上端实现左右来回移动,用于调节与定位切刀33的距离,工作时先由定位切刀33下降到最低点,再由移动切刀34自动下降将豆角切断;所述的余料出料口31安装在壳体32一侧,所述的推料板35安装在该壳体32对应的另一侧;所述的红线检测器36安装在靠近移动切刀34后端的壳体32上,用于检测待切割豆角的长度是否到达移动切刀34位置处。当红线检测器36检测到移动切刀34后端有豆角时,移动切刀34开始自动下降将豆角切断,切断后移动切刀34自动上升,同时输送带6继续向前移动;当红线检测器36检测到移动切刀34后端没有豆角时,此时推料板35直接将剩余的豆角推向余料出料口31,剩余的豆角从余料出料口31流出。为了防止切刀将输送带6切断,所述的移动切刀34下降的最低点刚好与输送带6接触,同时所述的输送带6由耐切割和韧性较好的材料做成。
放料装置4包括有:废料出口槽41、放料框架42、移动托板43、平整切刀44,所述废料出口槽41共有两个分别对称安装在放料框架42的左右两侧,所述的平整切刀44共有两把分别对称安装在废料出口槽41的内侧,用于将靠近废料出口槽41的豆角两端切平整,切除的废料从废料出口槽41流出;所述的移动托板43安装在放料框架42,用于托住待刚放入的豆角,待豆角两端切平整后,移动托板43向外移动豆角掉入输送带6,再由输送带6输送到切料装置3内。此时移动托板43开始向内移动,恢复到初始状态。为了便于两端的废料快速流出,所述的废料出口槽41与水平面成60至70度的斜角,工作时废料出口槽41的边沿与平整切刀44表面相接触形成一个剪切力。所述的液压缸5共有6个,分别与各个执行元件相连,用于控制该装置的相关执行动作。

1.一种可调切豆角长度的设备,包括有:支架、成品出料口、切料装置、放料装置、输送带,其特征在于,所述的成品出料口安装在支架的左侧下端,用于排出已切好的豆角;所述的放料装置安装在支架的右侧上表面,用于将刚放入的豆角两端切平整;所述的切料装置安装在支架的左侧上表面,用于将豆角切成固定的长度;所述的输送带通过滚筒安装在支架上,用于将放料装置的豆角输送到切料装置内,再将切好的豆角输送到成品出料口;所述的切料装置包括有:壳体、定位切刀、移动切刀、余料出料口、推料板、红线检测器,其中所述的定位切刀固定安装在壳体的左上端,所述的移动切刀通过液压缸安装在壳体的右上端,该移动切刀可以在壳体上端实现左右来回移动,用于调节与定位切刀的距离,工作时先由定位切刀下降到最低点,再由移动切刀自动下降将豆角切断;所述的余料出料口安装在切料装置的壳体一侧,所述的推料板安装在该壳体对应的另一侧;所述的红线检测器安装在靠近移动切刀后端的壳体上,用于检测待切割豆角的长度是否到达移动切刀位置处;当红线检测器检测到移动切刀后端有豆角时,移动切刀开始自动下降将豆角切断,切断后移动切刀自动上升,同时输送带继续向前移动;当红线检测器检测到移动切刀后端没有豆角时,此时推料板直接将剩余的豆角推向余料出料口,剩余的豆角从余料出料口流出;所述的移动切刀下降的最低点刚好与输送带接触;所述的放料装置包括有:废料出口槽、放料框架、移动托板、平整切刀,所述的废料出口槽共有两个分别对称安装在放料框架的左右两侧,所述的平整切刀共有两把分别对称安装在废料出口槽的内侧,用于将靠近废料出口槽的豆角两端切平整,切除的废料从废料出口槽流出;所述的移动托板安装在放料框架,用于托住待放入的豆角,待豆角两端切平整后,移动托板向外移动豆角掉入输送带,再由输送带输送到切料装置内;所述的废料出口槽与水平面成60至70度的斜角,工作时废料出口槽的边沿与平整切刀表面相接触形成一个剪切力;还包括有:液压缸,所述的液压缸共有6个,分别与各个执行元件相连,用于控制该装置的相关执行动作。
