Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,由下列物质组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水。本发明对染色剂的原料组分进行了特殊的优化改进,其对涤纶面料的亲和性高,用本染色剂处理后的涤纶面料的皂洗牢度为5~6级,染色剂结合牢固,K/S值为9.2~9.4,染色性能良好,极具市场竞争力和推广使用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于面料染色处理技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶面料专用染色剂。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。是以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(MEG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物——聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。涤纶是一种常用的纺织面料,在实际使用时需要进行染色处理,但现有的很多染色剂着色性能不佳,导致面料的使用特性较差,不稳定,需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种涤纶面料专用染色剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,由如下重量份的物质组成:
7~9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2~4份硬脂酸盐、1~3份丙三醇、1~2份聚乙烯醇、0.5~1.5份过硫酸钙、1~3份醋酸乙酯、0.2~0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5~1份石蜡、5~7份染料、100~110份去离子水。
优选的,由如下重量份的物质组成:
8份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、3份硬脂酸盐、2份丙三醇、1.5份聚乙烯醇、1份过硫酸钙、2份醋酸乙酯、0.4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.8份石蜡、6份染料、105份去离子水。
进一步的,所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的任意一种。
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水按对应重量份称取后,再投入到搅拌罐内,高速搅拌处理1~2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的染色剂加热至34~37℃,然后将涤纶面料放入,再将染色剂加热至58~62℃,不断搅拌处理50~55min后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明对染色剂的原料组分进行了特殊的优化改进,其对涤纶面料的亲和性高,用本染色剂处理后的涤纶面料的皂洗牢度为5~6级,染色剂结合牢固,K/S值为9.2~9.4,染色性能良好,极具市场竞争力和推广使用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,由如下重量份的物质组成:
7份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2份硬脂酸盐、1份丙三醇、1份聚乙烯醇、0.5份过硫酸钙、1份醋酸乙酯、0.2份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份石蜡、5份染料、100份去离子水。
进一步的,所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠。
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水按对应重量份称取后,再投入到搅拌罐内,高速搅拌处理1h后取出得染色剂备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的染色剂加热至34℃,然后将涤纶面料放入,再将染色剂加热至58℃,不断搅拌处理50min后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
实施例2
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,由如下重量份的物质组成:
8份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、3份硬脂酸盐、2份丙三醇、1.5份聚乙烯醇、1份过硫酸钙、2份醋酸乙酯、0.4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.8份石蜡、6份染料、105份去离子水。
进一步的,所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸镁。
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水按对应重量份称取后,再投入到搅拌罐内,高速搅拌处理2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的染色剂加热至37℃,然后将涤纶面料放入,再将染色剂加热至62℃,不断搅拌处理55min后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
实施例3
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,由如下重量份的物质组成:
9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、4份硬脂酸盐、3份丙三醇、2份聚乙烯醇、1.5份过硫酸钙、3份醋酸乙酯、0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、1份石蜡、7份染料、110份去离子水。
进一步的,所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸锌。
一种涤纶面料专用染色剂的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水按对应重量份称取后,再投入到搅拌罐内,高速搅拌处理2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的染色剂加热至37℃,然后将涤纶面料放入,再将染色剂加热至62℃,不断搅拌处理55min后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。

1.一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的物质组成:
7~9份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2~4份硬脂酸盐、1~3份丙三醇、1~2份聚乙烯醇、0.5~1.5份过硫酸钙、1~3份醋酸乙酯、0.2~0.5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.5~1份石蜡、5~7份染料、100~110份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的物质组成:
8份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、3份硬脂酸盐、2份丙三醇、1.5份聚乙烯醇、1份过硫酸钙、2份醋酸乙酯、0.4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、0.8份石蜡、6份染料、105份去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种涤纶面料专用染色剂,其特征在于,所述的硬脂酸盐为硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的任意一种。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的涤纶面料专用染色剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硬脂酸盐、丙三醇、聚乙烯醇、过硫酸钙、醋酸乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、石蜡、染料、去离子水按对应重量份称取后,再投入到搅拌罐内,高速搅拌处理1~2h后取出得染色剂备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的染色剂加热至34~37℃,然后将涤纶面料放入,再将染色剂加热至58~62℃,不断搅拌处理50~55min后将涤纶面料取出烘干即可。
