一种土豆保健食品,涉及保健食品加工技术领域。其特征是:由下述重量份原料组成:土豆100份,枸杞10份,玉竹10份,食盐3份,红糖15份,味精2份,软水10份;制备方法如下:按上述重量份称取各原料;制浆、制粉;混合、搅拌;倒入模具,脱水成型;放入烤箱内,制得熟制土豆片;在熟制土豆片上面撒上五香粉。本发明的有益效果是:土豆有补中益气,消渴生津,保健,养颜等功效,长期食用对人体的健康有益;在制作过程中无需添加任何添加剂,保持了土豆本身的营养和风味,食用健康;还兼有中药枸杞、玉竹补肾益精,养肝明目,养阴润燥,生津止渴的功效。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,特别是一种土豆保健食品。
背景技术
土豆是我国传统保健食品之一,其主要成份包括:淀粉、粘液质、山药皂甙、r-氧基丁酸、植酸、多巴胺、糖蛋白、胆碱、维生素C、甘露聚糖;以及谷氨酸、酪氨酸、丙氨酸等18种氨基酸和铁、钙、锌、磷、锰、钴、镁、铜等二十余种微量元素。土豆有补中益气,消渴生津,保健,养颜等功效,长期食用对人体的健康有益。但目前市场上把土豆与枸杞、玉竹组合到一块的食品还不多见。
发明内容
为了克服如上所述的问题,本发明提供一种土豆保健食品,以弥补其不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种土豆保健食品,其特征在于,由下述重量份原料组成:土豆100份,枸杞10份,玉竹10份,食盐3份,红糖15份,味精2份,软水10份;具体制备方法如下:(1)按上述重量份称取土豆,去皮、破碎、过80目筛,制得土豆浆液,备用;(2)按上述重量份称取枸杞、玉竹,混合、破碎、搅拌均匀、过180目筛,制得混合粉,备用;(3)按上述重量份称取食盐、红糖、味精、软水,备用;(4)将上述(1)、(2)、(3)备用原料混合、搅拌均匀,制得混合浆液,备用;(5)将上述混合浆液倒入模具里面,脱水成型,制得土豆片,备用;(6)将上述土豆片放入烤箱内,在220°温度下,烘烤4-6分钟,烤至水分含量为3-6%,制得熟制土豆片,备用;(8)将上述熟制土豆片撒上五香粉。
上述中药的功效作用是:枸杞:补肾益精,养肝明目;玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。一种土豆保健食品,其特征在于,由下述重量原料组成:土豆1000克,枸杞100克,玉竹100克,食盐30克,红糖150克,味精20克,软水100克;具体制备方法如下:(1)按上述重量称取土豆,去皮、破碎、过80目筛,制得土豆浆液,备用;(2)按上述重量称取枸杞、玉竹,混合、破碎、搅拌均匀、过180目筛,制得混合粉,备用;(3)按上述重量称取食盐、红糖、味精、软水,备用;(4)将上述(1)、(2)、(3)备用原料混合、搅拌均匀,制得混合浆液,备用;(5)将上述混合浆液倒入模具里面,脱水成型,制得土豆片,备用;(6)将上述土豆片放入烤箱内,在220°温度下,烘烤4-6分钟,烤至水分含量为3-6%,制得熟制土豆片,备用;(8)将上述熟制土豆片撒上五香粉。
上述中药的功效作用是:枸杞:补肾益精,养肝明目;玉竹:养阴润燥,生津止渴。
