Abstract

本发明公开一种高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,包括底座和上盖,其特征在于,所述上盖装配于所述底座,所述底座上设有低压插孔、高压接头和凸起,所述上盖上设有低压插头、高压插口、熔断器、U型互锁锁扣和线束接入口;所述熔断器、所述低压插头、所述高压插口均集成在所述上盖内,所述高压插口位于所述熔断器两边,所述低压插头与所述熔断器并排排列。本发明所提供的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件可以减少电池箱开孔的数量,降低防水难度,避免箱体外侧线束杂乱无章;同时能有效降低电池包升温速度,提高安全性。

高低压及熔断器集成的接插件
技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车电池领域,具体涉及高低压及熔断器集成的接插件。
背景技术
电池箱的接插件是用于将电池箱内部的高、低压线束连接至电池箱外部的一种装置。目前的技术中电池箱接插件均是单一功能的插件,这样就需要在电池箱上开多个孔,使电池箱的防水难度大大增加;同时,高低压线束通过独立插件连接至电池箱外部,箱体外的线束排布杂乱无章,很有可能出现误接错接;此外,电池箱使用的熔断器也是放置在内部,然而电池箱内部空间有限,熔断器很难有位置进行安装,而且熔断器在工作时放热量大,放置在箱内会出现散热问题,会对电池的使用寿命造成影响,甚至出现安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是设计一种集成高低压线束的插件,减少电池箱的开孔数量。同时将熔断器集成在插件上,减少对电池箱内的空间占用量,也能减少熔断器散热对电池箱造成的不良影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,包括底座和上盖,所述上盖装配于所述底座,所述底座上设有低压插孔、高压接头和突起,所述上盖上设有低压插头、高压插口、熔断器、U型互锁锁扣和线束接入口。
进一步的,所述U型互锁锁扣通过转轴固定于所述上盖上;
进一步的,所述线束接入口设于所述上盖一端;
进一步的,所述熔断器、所述低压插头、所述高压插口均集成在所述上盖内,;
进一步的,所述高压插口位于所述熔断器两边,呈“凹”型缺口状;
进一步的,所述低压插头与所述熔断器并排排列;
进一步的,所述低压插孔为通孔,与所述低压插头过盈配合;
进一步的,所述高压接头呈“叉形分岔”状,包括叉耳和叉柄,所述叉耳设于所述底座与所述上盖的装配面上,叉柄穿过所述底座并延伸出来,与电池箱体连接;
进一步的,所述叉耳与所述高压插口互盈配合,所述叉柄末端有一圆形通孔,用于连接箱体内电池。
进一步的,所述底座两边还设有突起,并与上盖上的U型互锁锁扣配合形成互锁装置。
本发明提供的电池箱接插件,将高、低压集成在一个插件内,通过上述设计方案,只需要在电池箱体上开一个孔就能连接高压和低压,不但能有效避免电池箱体外侧线束杂乱无章,更能提高电池箱体的防水等级。
作为本发明的进一步改进是将熔断器集成在插件内,不仅不需要占用电池箱体内的空间,还能将熔断器产生的热量散发到电池箱体外,大大提高了电池系统的安全性。

本发明公开高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,包括底座(1)和上盖(2),所述上盖(1)装配于所述底座(2),所述底座(1)上设有低压插孔(11)、高压接头(12)和凸起(13),所述上盖(2)上设有低压插头(21)、高压插口(22)、熔断器(23)、U型互锁锁扣(24)和线束接入口(25)。
进一步的,所述U型互锁锁扣(24)通过转轴固定于所述上盖(2)上;
进一步的,所述线束接入口(25)设于所述上盖(2)一端;
进一步的,所述熔断器(23)、所述低压插头(21)、所述高压插口(22)均安装于所述上盖(2),
进一步的,所述高压插口(22)位于所述熔断器(23)两边,呈“凹”型缺口状;
进一步的,低压插头(21)与熔断器(23)并排排列;
进一步的,所述低压插孔(11)为通孔,与所述低压插头(21)过盈配合;
进一步的,所述高压接头(12)呈“叉形分岔”状,包括叉耳(a)和叉柄(b),所述叉耳(a)设于所述底座与所述上盖(1)的装配面上,叉柄(a)穿过所述底座并延伸出来,与电池箱体连接;
进一步的,所述叉耳(a)与所述高压插口(22)互盈配合,所述叉柄(a)末端有一圆形通孔(c),用于连接箱体内电池。
更进一步的,所述底座(1)两边还设有凸起(13),并与上盖(2)上的U型互锁锁扣(25)相配合成互锁装置;
在本实施例中,线束从线束接线孔接入,高、低压线束分别与高压插口、低压插头对应连接,将上盖装配于底座上,高压线束经高压熔断器、高压插口、高压接头、箱体与电池连接,形成高压电回路;低压线束经低压插头、低压插孔、箱体与电池连接,形成低压电回路。

1.本发明公开一种高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,包括底座和上盖,其特征在于,所述上盖装配于所述底座,所述底座上设有低压插孔、高压接头和凸起,所述上盖上设有低压插头、高压插口、熔断器、U型互锁锁扣和线束接入口;所述熔断器、所述低压插头、所述高压插口均集成在所述上盖内,所述高压插口位于所述熔断器两边,所述低压插头与所述熔断器并排排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述U型互锁锁扣通过转轴固定于所述上盖上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述线束接入口设于所述上盖一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述高压插口呈“凹”型缺口状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述低压插孔为通孔,与所述低压插头过盈配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述高压接头呈“叉形分岔”状,包括叉耳和叉柄。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述叉耳设于所述底座与所述上盖的装配面上,叉柄穿过所述底座并延伸出来。
8.根据权利要求1和6所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述叉耳与所述高压插口互盈配合。
9.根据权利要求6所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述叉柄末端有一圆形通孔。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高低压及熔断器集成的接插件,其特征在于,所述底座两边还设有凸起,并与上盖上的U型互锁锁扣相配合。
