The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for monitoring advertisement visible exposure according to an embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of a mobile device side is described. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S201, if it is monitored that the target advertisement to be monitored is being played in the target application program, calling a software development kit SDK in the target application program to monitor at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement, and storing the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information.
In this step, if it is monitored that the target advertisement to be monitored is being played in the target application program, a Software Development Kit (SDK) in the target application program is called to monitor at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement, and the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information are stored, so that the stored playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information are subsequently transmitted to the server, and the server can judge whether the target advertisement is visible according to the playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information. Optionally, the playing information of the targeted advertisement may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the display position of the target advertisement, the size of the target advertisement, the view level of the target advertisement, the transparency attribute of the target advertisement, the hiding attribute of the target advertisement, and the running information of the target advertisement.
Optionally, the mobile device may preset identification information of the target advertisement to be monitored and identification information of the target application program, so that when it is monitored that the target advertisement to be monitored is being played in the target application program, the mobile device invokes the SDK in the target application program to monitor the playing information of the target advertisement.
Illustratively, if it is monitored that the target advertisement to be monitored is being played in the target application program, calling an SDK in the target application program, monitoring the playing information of the target advertisement every other first preset time, and storing each piece of playing information and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information; optionally, the first preset time period may be 100ms, and may also be other values, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, each piece of playing information and the timestamp information corresponding to the piece of playing information may be combined into corresponding time slice information for storage; for example, the playback information 1 and the corresponding time stamp information 1 may be combined into the time slice information 1, the playback information 2 and the corresponding time stamp information 2 may be combined into the time slice information 2 and …, and so on, and at least two pieces of time slice information may be stored.
For example, the identification information of the target advertisement to be monitored can be preset in the target application program in the mobile device, and when the target application program in the mobile device monitors that the target advertisement to be monitored is being played according to the identification information of the target advertisement, the relevant information of the target advertisement (which may include, but is not limited to, the identification information of the target advertisement, the identification information of the target application program, and a view (view) object corresponding to the target advertisement) is transferred to the SDK by calling the SDK interface, so that the SDK monitors the playing information of the target advertisement. Further, the SDK can start to monitor the playing information of the target advertisement according to the acquired relevant information of the target advertisement; for example, the SDK may set a timer (for example, a timing period of the timer is a first preset time duration) to monitor the playing information of the target advertisement every other first preset time duration, and store each piece of playing information and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information.
Optionally, after receiving the relevant information of the target advertisement, the SDK may generate first exposure monitoring information, and place the first exposure monitoring information in a data monitoring queue to wait for reporting. Optionally, the SDK may also generate a visible exposure monitoring identifier (for uniquely identifying exposure monitoring information, such as information for monitored targeted advertisements and/or targeted applications).
The first exposure monitoring information related in the embodiment of the application is used for recording the exposure times of the target advertisement; optionally, the first exposure monitoring information may include exposure request information (e.g., which may include, but is not limited to, identification information of the targeted advertisement to be monitored and identification information of the targeted application); of course, other information may be included, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Considering that the playing information of the target advertisement may be more, in order to save storage resources, optionally, in this embodiment of the application, if the ith (i is an integer greater than 1) playing information of the ith monitored target advertisement is the same as the ith-1 playing information of the ith-1 monitored target advertisement, the ith-1 playing information and the corresponding ith-1 timestamp information of the target advertisement are stored without storing the ith playing information and the corresponding ith timestamp information of the target advertisement. It should be noted that, the 1 st playing information of the 1 st monitored target advertisement, the 1 st timestamp information corresponding to the 1 st playing information, the last monitored playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information are saved by default, so as to facilitate subsequent judgment of the display time information of the target advertisement; for example, the presentation duration of the targeted advertisement may be determined based on the difference between the saved or monitored last timestamp information and the 1 st timestamp information.
Illustratively, the SDK monitors the playing information of the target advertisement once every a first preset time period, and sequentially stores the monitored playing information of each target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each playing information. In order to save storage resources, in this embodiment, the SDK may store the 1 st monitored play information and the corresponding 1 st timestamp information; and if the monitored playing information of the target advertisement of two adjacent times is the same, the monitored playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information are stored, and the monitored playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information are not required to be stored.
The following embodiments of the present application introduce the implementation manner of monitoring the playing information of the target advertisement by the SDK:
1) for example, the SDK may obtain, by calling an Application Programming Interface (API) of an operating system in the mobile device, a size of the target advertisement and a position of a view object corresponding to the target advertisement relative to a screen coordinate system of the mobile device, that is, monitor a display position of the target advertisement.
2) Illustratively, the SDK may obtain the view level of the targeted advertisement, the transparency attribute of the targeted advertisement, and the hiding attribute of the targeted advertisement by calling a second API of the operating system in the mobile device.
3) Illustratively, the SDK may obtain the run information of the target advertisement and the screen display information of the mobile device by calling a third API of the operating system in the mobile device.
Of course, the SDK may also monitor the playing information of the target advertisement in other realizable manners, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step S202, if the condition that the target advertisement meets the preset monitoring-unnecessary condition is monitored, at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information are sent to a server.
In this step, in the process of calling the SDK in the target application program to monitor the playing information of the target advertisement, if the monitoring meets a preset monitoring-unnecessary condition, the mobile device (for example, the SDK in the target application program in the mobile device) stops monitoring and stores the playing information of the target advertisement and other related operations, and sends at least two pieces of stored playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information to the server, so that the server can judge whether the target advertisement is visible according to the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information; if the condition that the monitoring is not required is not monitored, the step S201 is continuously executed. Optionally, the preset non-monitoring condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: and the view object corresponding to the target advertisement is empty and the target advertisement is played.
For example, the mobile device (e.g., an SDK within a target application in the mobile device) may combine at least two pieces of playing information of the saved target advertisement and timestamp information (or at least two pieces of time slice information) corresponding to each piece of playing information into a set of time slice data, and upload the set of time slice data, the first exposure monitoring information, the visible exposure monitoring identifier, and the like to the server.
For example, the SDK may string the set of time slice data and the visible exposure monitoring identifier after the first exposure monitoring information to form second exposure monitoring information, so as to report the second exposure monitoring information to the server. For example, the second exposure monitoring information may be carried in a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) request message, and may of course be carried in other messages, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The second exposure monitoring information related in the embodiment of the application is used for judging whether the target advertisement corresponding to the first exposure monitoring information is visible or not.
In the embodiment of the application, if the target advertisement to be monitored is monitored to be played in the target application program, calling a Software Development Kit (SDK) in the target application program to monitor at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement, and storing the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information; further, if the condition that the target advertisement is monitored to meet the preset monitoring-unnecessary condition is monitored, at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information are sent to the server, so that the server can judge whether the target advertisement is visible or not according to the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information; therefore, the visible exposure monitoring scheme suitable for the advertisement in the application program of the mobile equipment end is realized.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for monitoring advertisement visible exposure according to another embodiment of the present application. Based on the above example, in the embodiment of the present application, before sending the playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information to the server, the mobile device further determines whether the target advertisement is visible. As shown in fig. 3, before step S202, the method of the embodiment of the present application may further include:
step S203, judging whether the target advertisement is visible or not according to at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information.
In this embodiment, before sending the playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information to the server, the mobile device (for example, an SDK in a target application program in the mobile device) may further determine, according to at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information, whether the target advertisement is visible, so that when the target advertisement is monitored to be visible, and/or the target advertisement is invisible and the monitoring duration exceeds a second preset duration, it is determined that a preset monitoring-unnecessary condition is also met (for example, the preset monitoring-unnecessary condition may further include that the target advertisement is visible and/or the target advertisement is invisible and the monitoring duration exceeds the second preset duration).
Illustratively, according to the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to each timestamp information, respectively judging whether the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information is visible; and if the target advertisements corresponding to the preset number of continuous timestamp information are all visible, determining that the target advertisements are visible.
In this embodiment, the mobile device (for example, an SDK in a target application program in the mobile device) may respectively determine whether the target advertisement corresponding to each timestamp information is visible according to the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to each timestamp information. Exemplarily, 1) if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to any timestamp information includes a view level of the target advertisement, and the view level of the target advertisement is a non-top level, it may be directly determined that the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information is invisible; if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information comprises the display position of the target advertisement, the size of the target advertisement and the view level of the target advertisement, and the view level of the target advertisement is the top layer, the visible area of the target advertisement displayed in the screen can be determined according to the display position of the target advertisement and the size of the target advertisement, the visible area ratio is determined according to the visible area and the size of the target advertisement, if the visible area ratio is larger than or equal to the visible area ratio threshold value, the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information is determined to be visible, and if the visible area ratio is smaller than the visible area ratio threshold value, the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information is determined to be invisible.

It should be noted that, if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to any timestamp information includes the view level of the target advertisement and the view level of the target advertisement is a non-top level, if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information includes the transparency attribute of the target advertisement and the transparency attribute of the target advertisement is transparent, if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information includes the hidden attribute of the target advertisement and the hidden attribute of the target advertisement is hidden, if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information includes the running information of the target advertisement and the running information of the target advertisement is running in the background, and if the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information comprises screen display information of the mobile equipment and at least one piece of screen display information of the mobile equipment is in a dark screen state, directly determining that the target advertisement corresponding to the timestamp information is invisible.
In summary, according to the playing information of the target advertisement corresponding to each timestamp information, whether the target advertisement corresponding to each timestamp information is visible or not can be accurately and respectively judged, so that the accuracy of monitoring the visible exposure of the target advertisement can be improved.
It should be noted that the visible area ratio threshold (e.g. 50%) referred to in this embodiment may be preset in the SDK, or may be passed to the SDK through the SDK interface for the target application in the mobile device; of course, other arrangements are possible, and this is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Further, if the target advertisements corresponding to the preset number of consecutive timestamp information are all visible (optionally, the longest time interval corresponding to the preset number of consecutive timestamp information is greater than or equal to the visible time threshold), it is determined that the target advertisements are visible. For example, assuming that the time corresponding to the time stamp information 1 is the 1 st s, the time corresponding to the time stamp information 2 is the 2 nd s, and the time corresponding to the time stamp information 3 is the 3 rd s, the maximum time interval corresponding to the time stamp information 1 to the time stamp information 3 is 2 s.
Alternatively, for picture-class targeted advertising, then the visible time threshold may be equal to the first time threshold (e.g., 1 s); for a video category target advertisement, the visibility time threshold may be equal to a second time threshold (e.g., 2 s).
It should be noted that the visible time threshold referred to in this embodiment may be preset in the SDK, or may be passed to the SDK through an SDK interface for a target application in the mobile device; of course, other arrangements are possible, and this is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, before the playing information of the target advertisement and the corresponding timestamp information are sent to the server, whether the target advertisement is visible or not is judged according to at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information, so that when the target advertisement is monitored to be visible, and/or the target advertisement is invisible and the monitoring time length exceeds a second preset time length, the condition that the target advertisement is not required to be monitored is determined to be met, so that the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information are sent to the server, and the server can judge whether the target advertisement is visible or not according to the at least two pieces of playing information of the target advertisement and the timestamp information corresponding to each piece of playing information; therefore, the visible exposure monitoring scheme suitable for the advertisement in the application program of the mobile equipment end is realized.
